as shown in fig. 1, the third embodiment provides a transportation device for bagging batches of feed, comprising: the stirring mechanism 1, the material conveying mechanism 2 and the stirring mechanism 1 bagging mechanism 3 are provided with an underframe 101, a stirring tank body 102 and a stirring rod 104, wherein the stirring tank body 102 is arranged above the underframe 101 and is movably connected with the underframe 101; the stirring rod 104 is positioned in the stirring box body 102, and the stirring rod 104 can stir the feed; the material conveying mechanism 2 is arranged on the right side of the stirring mechanism 1, the material conveying mechanism 2 is provided with a fixed frame 201, an outer frame 202 and an inner frame 203, and the bottom of the outer frame 202 is fixed on the fixed frame 201; the inner frame 203 is disposed in the inner side of the outer frame 202; a material conveying frame 204, wherein the material conveying frame 204 is arranged between the outer frame 202 and the inner frame 203; the bagging mechanism 3 is arranged on the right side of the material conveying mechanism 2, the bagging mechanism 3 is provided with a fixed seat 304, a turntable 305 and a charging bucket 306, and the fixed seat 304 is positioned on the right side of the fixed frame 201; the turntable 305 is movably connected above the fixed seat 304; the charging bucket 306 is mounted on the turntable 305, and is provided in plural.
As shown in fig. 5, pulleys 205 are arranged on two sides of the material conveying frame 204, the pulleys 205 are attached between the outer frame 202 and the inner frame 203, a plurality of material conveying frames 204 are arranged, the outer frame 202 and the inner frame 203 are symmetrically arranged, and the material conveying frame 204 is clamped between the outer frame 202 and the inner frame 203 which are symmetrically arranged; each pulley 205 is connected with two support plates 207, a hollow plate is connected between each two support plates 207, a small spring is installed in the hollow plate, the support plates 207 abut against the small spring, the support plates 207 are movably connected with the pulleys 205, and the support plates 207 can stretch and move in the hollow plate; as shown in fig. 6, a rotating cylinder 210 is movably connected in the fixed frame 201, a plurality of telescopic rods 208 are mounted on the rotating cylinder 210, one end of each telescopic rod 208 is fixed on the rotating cylinder 210, the other end of each telescopic rod 208 is movably connected on a hollow plate, and a compression spring 209 is mounted between each telescopic rod 208.
As shown in fig. 7, a long plate 303 is mounted on one side of the fixing base 304, a material guide chute 301 is movably connected in the long plate 303, the bottom of the material guide chute 301 is connected with a first telescopic cylinder 302, and the bottom of the first telescopic cylinder 302 is connected in the long plate 303; as shown in fig. 8, an opening plate 307 is installed at the bottom of the charging bucket 306, a second telescopic cylinder 308 is arranged at the rear part of the charging bucket 306, and the telescopic end of the second telescopic cylinder 308 is connected with the rear part of the opening plate 307; the hopper 309 is arranged below the charging barrel 306, the fixing sleeve 310 is fixed on the right side of the fixing seat 304, the hopper 309 is installed in the fixing sleeve 310, and feed can be bagged below the hopper 309.
The rotary drum 210 rotates to enable the telescopic rod 208 to drive the hollow plate supporting plate 207 to rotate, the material conveying frames 204 can move circularly between the outer frame 202 and the inner frame 203, the compression springs 209 are used for promoting the balance of the pushing force between the material conveying frames 204, and the material conveying frames 204 move stably to carry out feed conveying work.
Example four:
a method of using a conveyor for bulk bagging of feed, comprising:
mixing the feed, pouring the original feed into the stirring box body 102, then lowering the cover 103, lowering the stirring rod 104 into the stirring box body 102, inserting the bottom end of the stirring rod 104 into the bearing seat 106, and then driving the stirring rod 104 to rotate to stir the feed;
finely grinding the feed, mixing and stirring the feed, driving the lifting plate 111 to descend by the lifting cylinder 110 to enable the abutting rod 112 to be separated from the bottom of the stirring box body 102, then driving the large gear 108 to rotate by the servo motor 109, enabling the large gear 108 to be meshed with the track plate 105 to enable the stirring box body 102 to rotate rightwards, pouring the feed into the crushing box body 114 through the guide plate 113, then extruding and grinding the feed by the crushing roller 115, and dropping the feed onto the material guide plate 116;
when the feed is conveyed, the feed falls out of the material guide plate 116 into the feed conveying frame 204, the rotary drum 210 rotates, the telescopic rod 208 drives the hollow plate to rotate, the hollow plate drives the support plate 207 to move in a telescopic manner, the pulley 205 slides rightwards between the outer frame 202 and the inner frame 203, and the feed conveying frame 204 moves rightwards to convey the feed;
bagging feed, the first telescopic rod 208 pushes the material guide chute 301 to rotate, the left end of the material guide chute 301 props up the bottom of the material conveying frame 204 to be turned upwards to the left, the feed in the material conveying frame 204 falls into the material guide chute 301, then the feed falls into the charging barrels 306 from the material guide chute 301, the rotary table 305 rotates to enable each charging barrel 306 to be filled with the feed in sequence, then the charging barrels 306 on the right side are rotated, the second telescopic cylinder 308 drives the opening plate 307 to be opened, the feed falls into the hopper 309, then a charging bag is connected below the hopper 309, and bagging treatment is carried out on the feed.

A conveyor of bags of fodder as claimed in claim 1, wherein a bearing seat is provided in the bottom of said base frame, a cover is provided above said base frame, the top end of said stirring rod is connected to said cover, and the bottom end of said stirring rod is connected in said bearing seat.

The transporting device for bagged feed batches as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rack gear is disposed on the left side of the bottom frame, a servo motor is connected to the rear end of the rack gear, a track plate is mounted around the outer side of the stirring box, the track plate is circular, the outer side of the track plate is toothed, and the rack gear is engaged with the outer side of the track plate.

A transporting device for fodder bags in batches as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom frame is provided with pinions at two sides of the middle thereof, the pinions are engaged with the outside of the track plates, the bottom of the bottom frame is further provided with a lifting plate, the bottom of the lifting plate is provided with a lifting cylinder, four ends of the lifting plate are provided with support rods, and the support rods are supported at the bottom of the mixing box.

The transporting device for bagged batch feed as claimed in claim 1, wherein a guide plate is installed at the right side of the bottom frame, a crushing box is installed at the right side of the bottom frame, a crushing roller is installed in the crushing box, a guide plate is installed at the bottom of the crushing roller, and a vibrator is installed at the bottom of the guide plate to shake the feed out.

The conveying device for bagged feed batches as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of pulleys are arranged on two sides of the material conveying frame, the pulleys are fitted between the outer frame and the inner frame, the outer frame and the inner frame are symmetrically arranged, and the material conveying frame is clamped between the symmetrically arranged outer frame and inner frame.

A feed batch bag transport apparatus as claimed in claim 6 wherein two brackets are attached to each pulley, a hollow plate is attached between each bracket, a small spring is mounted in the hollow plate, the brackets bear against the small spring, the brackets are movably connected to the pulleys, and the brackets are telescopically movable in the hollow plate.

The transport device for bagged feed batches as claimed in claim 7, wherein a rotating drum is movably connected to the fixed frame, a plurality of telescopic rods are installed on the rotating drum, one end of each telescopic rod is fixed on the rotating drum, the other end of each telescopic rod is movably connected to the hollow plate, and a compression spring is installed between each telescopic rod.

The transporting device for fodder batch bags according to claim 1, wherein a long plate is installed on one side of the fixed seat, a material guiding groove is movably connected in the long plate, a first telescopic cylinder is connected to the bottom of the material guiding groove, and the bottom of the first telescopic cylinder is connected in the long plate.
