After the medicine bag 9 is placed in the placing frame 5, the cover plate 7 is closed, and the pressing plate 41 is contacted with the medicine bag 9 to press and fix the medicine bag, and the pressing plate 41 is contacted with the medicine bag 9 to fix the medicine bag due to the action of the fifth spring 39.
