the first telescopic support piece (10) comprises a square pipe column (13), a locking mechanism (14), a tail cover (15), a movable plate (16), a first spring (17) and a second elastic piece (18), wherein the locking mechanism (14) is arranged in the middle of the square pipe column (13), the tail cover (15) is clamped at the end part of the rear end of the square pipe column (13), the tail cover (15) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the rear end of the square pipe column (13) through a bolt after being clamped, the movable plate (16) is inserted into the square pipe column (13), a bending plate part with a limiting function is arranged on the left side wall of the square pipe column (13) by utilizing a bending technology, the bending plate part of the square pipe column (13) is symmetrically arranged up and down, the first spring (17) is arranged between the upper bending plate part and the lower bending plate part of the square pipe column (13), one end of the first spring (17) is hooked on the block part of the movable plate (16), and the other end of the first spring (17) is hooked on the tail cover (15);
