Abstract
A vibrating type bottle brush for cleaning the inner wall of a bottle-shaped container belongs to the field of daily cleaning devices. The bottle brush comprises a bottle brush body, a handle and a connecting piece with a vibration isolation effect, wherein a button switch is arranged on the handle, and the handle is fixed with the bottle brush body through the connecting piece with the vibration isolation effect. As shown in fig. 5, the bottle brush main body 6 includes a single output shaft motor 61, a drive pulley 62, a housing 63, a transmission belt 64, and a rotary excitation device a65, wherein the drive pulley 62 is fixed to the output shaft of the single output shaft motor 61, the single output shaft motor 61 is fixed in the housing 63, the rotary excitation device a65 is fixed in the housing 63, and the transmission belt 64 is mounted on the drive pulley 62 and the rotary excitation device a65 to transmit the rotation of the single output shaft motor 61 to the rotary excitation device a 65.

When the bottle brush cleaning machine is used, the button switch 3 on the handle 4 is turned on, the single-output-shaft motor 61 rotates, the driving wheel 62, the transmission belt 64 and the driven wheel 655 drive the long shaft 656 arranged on the shell 63 and the sliding shaft sleeve 657 to rotate, the eccentric wheel 654 and the brush head 651 arranged at two ends of the long shaft 656 rotate together with the long shaft 656, the eccentric wheel 654 generates centrifugal force through rotation under the action of the eccentric block 6542, eccentric excitation force is generated due to misalignment of the mass center of the eccentric wheel 654 and the rotation shaft center, so that the bottle brush main body 6 connected to the handle 4 through the spring 5 generates high-frequency vibration, and the brush head 651 with high-frequency vibration is combined with self-rotation to clean the inner wall of a bottle-shaped container, thereby effectively improving the cleaning efficiency and effect.

As shown in fig. 8, the bottle brush main body 6 includes a housing 63 and a rotary excitation device B66, and the rotary excitation device B66 is fixed in the housing 63.
As shown in fig. 9, the rotary excitation device B66 includes a brush head 651, an end cap plate 653, an eccentric 654, a sliding shaft sleeve 657, a brush head connecting seat 658, a short shaft 661, a dual output shaft motor 662 and a shaft coupling 663, where two ends of the dual output shaft motor 662 have an output shaft respectively, the dual output shaft motor 662 is fixed on the housing 63, one end of the shaft coupling 663 is installed on one shaft of the dual output shaft motor 662, the other end is installed with the short shaft 661, the other end of the short shaft 661 is installed with an eccentric 654, the eccentric 654 is installed with the sliding shaft sleeve 657, the end cap plate 653 is installed on the sliding shaft sleeve 657 and fixed with the housing 63, the brush head connecting seat 658 is fixed with the long shaft 656 by a brush head screw 652, and the brush head 651 is fixed on the brush head connecting seat 658.
When the bottle brush cleaning machine is used, the button switch 3 on the handle 4 is turned on, the double-output-shaft motor 662 rotates, the shaft couplings 663 arranged at two ends drive the short shaft 661 arranged in the shell 63 and the sliding shaft sleeve 657 to rotate, the eccentric wheel 654 and the brush head 651 arranged at the other end of the short shaft 661 rotate together with the short shaft 661, the eccentric wheel 654 generates centrifugal force through rotation under the action of the eccentric block 6542, eccentric excitation force is generated due to misalignment of the mass center of the eccentric wheel 654 and the rotation shaft center, so that the bottle brush main body 6 connected to the handle 4 through the connecting rod 7 generates high-frequency vibration, and the brush head 651 with high-frequency vibration is combined with self-rotation to clean the inner wall of a bottle-shaped container, thereby effectively improving the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect.
