本发明涉及竹柏种子点播培育幼小的容器苗的方法:播种时从胚根长出处的种壳上切一个小口,把切开的小口朝下播入育苗容器中的基质内,种子上盖一层薄薄的泥碳土,以不见种子为限;把播种好的容器放置在荫棚或遮荫的温室内、透光度50%,每天喷淋保持基质湿润至出苗。该方法可以防止竹柏芽苗胚根出土导致枯死的严重后果,成苗率为100%,可以满足大量如期培育出幼小的容器苗的需求,可以促进迷你型竹柏小盆景产业的发展。

技术领域
本发明属于林木育苗方法,特别是竹柏种子点播培育幼小的容器苗的方法。
背景技术
竹柏(Podocarpus nagi)是罗汉松科竹柏属常绿乔木,竹柏属于慢生树种,初期生长速度缓慢,4、5年后生长速度逐渐加快,10年左右竹柏开始开花、结实。竹柏形态优美,是我国和日本特有的赏叶景观植物,常作为公园、庭园观赏、生态林、道路广场等园林景观植物,竹柏作为虚心向上、高风亮节的象征,自清代开始,竹柏就被称为平安竹,寓意吉祥,应用十分广泛,近年来迷你型竹柏小盆景需求量增长快速,市场对幼苗的需要量极大;但竹柏是顽拗性种子,种子贮藏困难、生长较缓慢;在播种育苗或点播培育容器苗时经常出现因种子萌发时芽苗的茎较长,从而导致芽苗“子叶落地胚根出土”的现象,进而导致萌发的芽苗枯死的严重后果;因此没有幼小的容器苗面市,无法满足市场对迷你竹柏小盆艺发展的需要,急需发明竹柏种点播培育幼小的容器苗的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供竹柏种子点播培育幼小的容器苗的方法。
本发明的目的采用以下方式实现的:竹柏种子点播培育幼小容器苗的方法,先把采收的竹柏良种处理好,播种时从胚根长出处的种壳上切一个小口,把切开的小口朝下播入育苗容器中的基质内,种子上盖一层薄薄的泥碳土,以不见种子为限;把播种好的容器放置在荫棚或遮荫的温室内、透光度50%,每天喷淋保持基质湿润至出苗。
上述的竹柏种子点播培育幼小容器苗的方法,其育苗容器内的基质为混匀炭化谷壳和黄心土,其混比为1:1。
采用上述方法可以防止或克服因竹柏种子萌发时芽苗的茎较长导致的芽苗“子叶落地胚根出土”的现象,进而导致萌发的芽苗枯死的严重后果;通过点播培育幼小竹柏容器苗的成功率为100%,因此可以满足大量如期培育出幼小的容器苗市场需求,可以促进迷你型竹柏小盆景产业的发展。
下面将结合实施例,对本发明做进一步叙述。

竹柏种子点播培育幼小容器苗的方法,取竹柏良种处理好,从胚根长出处的种壳上切一个小口,把切开的小口朝下播入育苗容器中的基质内,种子上盖一层薄薄的泥碳土,以不见种子为限,把播种好的容器放置在荫棚或遮荫的温室内、保持透光度50%,每天喷淋保持基质湿润至出苗。

如实施例1,上述的竹柏种子点播培育幼小容器苗的方法,其育苗容器内的基质为混匀炭化谷壳和黄心土,其混比为1:1。

2.根据权利要求1所述的竹柏种子点播培育幼小容器苗的方法,其特征是育苗容器内的基质为混匀炭化谷壳和黄心土,其混比为1:1。
