An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method for managing chat groups, including the steps of: acquiring an automatic group establishment request, wherein the automatic group establishment request carries chat group configuration data; obtaining a client database, screening clients from the client database according to client screening rules of the chat group configuration data to obtain a client chat identifier set to be invited, and updating the chat group service state of the client database according to the client chat identifier set to be invited; and establishing a chat group according to the group configuration data of the chat group configuration data to obtain a target chat group, wherein the group configuration data comprises: group primary account information, group establishing date data and group name generating rules; respectively sending invitation group chat information to each client chat identifier in the client chat identifier set to be invited according to the target chat group; acquiring group-entering prompt data from the target chat group to obtain a successful group-entering client chat identifier set, and updating the chat group service state of the client database according to the successful group-entering client chat identifier set; obtaining the chat data which is not replied from the target chat group to obtain a chat data set to be replied; acquiring a text intention recognition model and an intention operation library corresponding to the group building intention of the chat group configuration data, and automatically replying the chat data set to be replied according to the identity role configuration data of the chat group configuration data, the text intention recognition model and the intention operation library; and performing group dissolving processing on the target chat group according to a group dissolving rule of the chat group configuration data to obtain a chat group ending signal, and updating the chat group service state of the client database according to the chat group ending signal and the target chat group.
The executed chat group management method comprises the steps of firstly screening clients from a client database according to client screening rules of chat group configuration data to obtain a client chat identifier set to be invited, secondly establishing a chat group according to group establishment configuration data of the chat group configuration data to obtain a target chat group, then respectively sending invitation group-entering chat information to each client chat identifier in the client chat identifier set to be invited according to the target chat group, then obtaining group-entering prompt data from the target chat group to obtain a successful group-entering client chat identifier set, automatically replying the chat data set to be replied according to identity role configuration data of the chat group configuration data, a text intention recognition model and an intention conversation library, and finally performing dispreading processing on the target chat group according to group dispreading rules of the chat group configuration data, therefore, the automatic client screening, group establishment, invitation, chat data reply and group dispersion are realized, the technical problems that in the prior art, the chat group needs manual group establishment by group management personnel, the seat is always in an online state and replies information in time to avoid service failure, operation is complicated, mistakes are easily made, the service effect of the chat group is influenced, and the client experience of the chat group service is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium provided herein and used in the examples may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double-rate SDRAM (SSRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous link (Synchlink) DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, apparatus, article, or method that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, apparatus, article, or method. Claims (10)

1. A method for managing chat groups, the method comprising:
acquiring an automatic group establishment request, wherein the automatic group establishment request carries chat group configuration data;
obtaining a client database, screening clients from the client database according to client screening rules of the chat group configuration data to obtain a client chat identifier set to be invited, and updating the chat group service state of the client database according to the client chat identifier set to be invited;
and establishing a chat group according to the group configuration data of the chat group configuration data to obtain a target chat group, wherein the group configuration data comprises: group primary account information, group establishing date data and group name generating rules;
respectively sending invitation group chat information to each client chat identifier in the client chat identifier set to be invited according to the target chat group;
acquiring group-entering prompt data from the target chat group to obtain a successful group-entering client chat identifier set, and updating the chat group service state of the client database according to the successful group-entering client chat identifier set;
obtaining the chat data which is not replied from the target chat group to obtain a chat data set to be replied;
acquiring a text intention recognition model and an intention operation library corresponding to the group building intention of the chat group configuration data, and automatically replying the chat data set to be replied according to the identity role configuration data of the chat group configuration data, the text intention recognition model and the intention operation library;
and performing group dissolving processing on the target chat group according to a group dissolving rule of the chat group configuration data to obtain a chat group ending signal, and updating the chat group service state of the client database according to the chat group ending signal and the target chat group.
2. The method for managing chat groups according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending offer-in-group chat information to each client chat identifier in the set of client chat identifiers to be invited according to the target chat group comprises:
generating an invitation of the target chat group according to the group building intention of the chat group configuration data to obtain a target invitation;
generating a group-entering offer link according to the target chat group to obtain the group-entering offer link to be sent;
and respectively sending the invitation group chat information to each client chat identifier in the client chat identifier set to be invited according to the target invitation dialog and the to-be-sent group invitation link.

The method for managing chat groups according to claim 2, wherein the step of sending the offer group chat message to each of the client chat identifiers in the set of client chat identifiers to be invited according to the target invitation and the link to be sent to the group invitation comprises:
calling a text robot, adopting a method of private chat friends and adopting agent information data of the chat group configuration data, and respectively sending offer group-entering chat information to a private chat dialog box corresponding to each client chat identifier in the client chat identifier set to be invited according to the target invitation and the group-entering invitation link to be sent, wherein the agent information data comprises: seat head portrait, seat account number data.

The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining group entry prompting data from the target chat group to obtain a set of successful group entry client chat identifiers, and updating the chat group service status of the client database according to the set of successful group entry client chat identifiers comprises:
acquiring group entering prompt data from a group dialogue box corresponding to the target chat group according to the prompt data time interval of the chat group configuration data to obtain prompt data to be analyzed;
identifying the client chat identifier of the prompt data to be analyzed to obtain the successful group-entering client chat identifier set;
searching each successful group-entering client chat identifier in the successful group-entering client chat identifier set in the client database respectively, and setting the chat group service state corresponding to the client chat identifier searched in the client database as a group-entered;
in the continuous process of the step of obtaining group entry prompt data from the target chat group to obtain a successful group entry client chat identifier set and updating the chat group service state of the client database according to the successful group entry client chat identifier set, the method further comprises the following steps:
confirming non-group clients according to the outbound interval duration of the chat group configuration data, the client chat identifier set to be invited and the client database to obtain a non-group client chat identifier set;
calling a voice robot to respectively carry out voice outbound on each non-group client chat identifier in the non-group client chat identifier set to obtain a group-entering willingness corresponding to each non-group client chat identifier in the non-group client chat identifier set;
when the group-entering will is willing to enter the group, calling a text robot, and respectively sending the invitation group-entering chat information to each non-group client chat identifier of which the group-entering will is willing to enter the group according to the target chat group;
when the group-entering will is unwilling, searching each un-group-entering client chat identifier of which the group-entering will is unwilling in the client database, and setting the chat group service state corresponding to the client chat identifier searched in the client database as group-entering refusal.
5. The method for managing chat groups according to claim 1, wherein after the step of obtaining the group entry prompting data from the target chat group and obtaining the set of chat identifiers of the successful group entry clients, the method further comprises:
calling one-to-one group-entered private chat robots, adopting a private chat friend method and seat information data of the chat group configuration data, and sending the group internal rules of the chat group configuration data to a private chat dialog box corresponding to each successful group-entered client chat identifier in the successful group-entered client chat identifier set;
performing seat determination according to the seat information data of the successful group-entering customer chat identifier set and the chat group configuration data to obtain seat account data to be processed corresponding to each successful group-entering customer chat identifier in the successful group-entering customer chat identifier set;
extracting one piece of seat account data to be processed from all the seat account data to be processed as target seat account data;
generating client group entry reminding information according to the successful group entry client chat identification corresponding to the target agent account data, wherein the client group entry reminding information is used for reminding an agent corresponding to the target agent account data.

The method for managing a chat group according to claim 1, wherein the step of automatically replying to the chat data set to be replied according to the identity role configuration data of the chat group configuration data, the text intention recognition model and the intention skill library comprises:
obtaining a piece of chat data from the chat data set to be replied as chat data to be processed;
judging whether the chat data to be processed is an image or not;
when the chatting data to be processed is a non-image, inputting the chatting data to be processed into the text intention recognition model for intention recognition to obtain a first intention recognition result;
when the chat data to be processed is an image, acquiring an image intention identification model corresponding to the clustering intention of the chat group configuration data, and inputting the chat data to be processed into the image intention identification model for intention identification to obtain a second intention identification result;
performing speech technology data determination according to the first intention identification result, the second intention identification result and the intention speech technology library to obtain reply data to be sent;
and calling a text group chat robot, configuring data by adopting a mode of reminding a specific person to send information and an identity role of the chat group configuration data, and sending the reply data to be sent to a group dialogue frame corresponding to the target chat group according to a client chat identifier corresponding to the chat data to be processed.
7. The method for managing chat groups according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing a group dismissal process on the target chat group according to the group dismissal rule of the chat group configuration data to obtain a chat group end signal comprises:
determining non-group clients according to the client chat identifier set to be invited and the client database to obtain a non-group client chat identifier set;
determining group dismissal starting time according to the group dismissal rule of the chat group configuration data;
calling a text robot, adopting a method of private chat friends and adopting seat information data of the chat group configuration data, and sending group dismissal reminding information to private chat dialog boxes corresponding to the client chat identifiers corresponding to the client chat identifier set which does not enter the group according to the group dismissal starting time;
calling the text robot, and sending the group dissolving talk data in the group dissolving rule to a group talk box corresponding to the target chat group;
acquiring the resolving and sending time of the group resolving phone data in the group dialog box corresponding to the target chat group, and adding the group resolving time in the group resolving rule with the resolving and sending time to obtain group resolving and executing time;
and performing the dispreading processing on the target chat group according to the group dispreading execution time and the group primary account information to obtain a chat group ending signal.
8. An apparatus for managing a chat group, the apparatus comprising:
the request acquisition module is used for acquiring an automatic group establishment request, and the automatic group establishment request carries chat group configuration data;

a successful group-entering client chat identifier set determining module, configured to obtain group-entering prompt data from the target chat group, obtain a successful group-entering client chat identifier set, and update the chat group service state of the client database according to the successful group-entering client chat identifier set;
the chat data set to be replied determining module is used for acquiring the chat data which is not replied from the target chat group to obtain a chat data set to be replied;
the chat data automatic reply module is used for acquiring a text intention identification model and an intention skill library corresponding to the group building intention of the chat group configuration data, and automatically replying the chat data set to be replied according to the identity role configuration data of the chat group configuration data, the text intention identification model and the intention skill library;
and the chat group ending signal determining module is used for performing group dispersion processing on the target chat group according to the group dispersion rule of the chat group configuration data to obtain a chat group ending signal, and updating the chat group service state of the client database according to the chat group ending signal and the target chat group.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
