3. when the terminal equipment connected with the C area needs to be switched from a network segment No. 2 to a network segment No. 3, firstly, a dial switch corresponding to a port No. 2 is dialed to a position of '0', the terminal equipment is checked not to work in any network segment, then, the dial switch corresponding to the port No. 3 is dialed to a position of '1', the switch is accessed to the network segment No. 3, and at the moment, the network working state of the terminal equipment is checked to work in a local area network segment corresponding to the port No. 3;
4. after the use is finished, all dial switches are readjusted to the '0' position, and the network segment to be accessed is reselected when the terminal equipment is used next time.
