Abstract
A steel cable transmission type wooden case drum hammer mechanism comprises a vertical seat with a long guide groove, a transmission rotating shaft rotatably arranged on the vertical seat, a drum hammer arranged on the vertical seat, a steel cable transmission component, a reset elastic component and a steel cable, wherein the steel cable can be driven to drive the transmission rotating shaft and the drum hammer to rotate through the steel cable transmission component, and the reset spring can drive the transmission rotating shaft and the drum hammer to reversely reset. The hammer mechanism drives the steel cable to move linearly in the process of driving the drumstick to swing forwards and backwards, so that the steel cable can be reduced or even prevented from being broken due to repeated bending and friction. Moreover, because the friction is reduced, the swinging rocker arm can be smoothly swung back and forth, and the drumstick can be favorably used for next knocking besides preventing noise generation and avoiding influence on drumming.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hammer mechanism, and more particularly to a hammer mechanism driven by a steel cable for striking a wooden drum.
Background
The wooden case drum is a box-shaped wooden percussion instrument, and can directly beat by hands to produce sound during playing, and can also drive a drumstick to beat by a pedal beating device to produce sound. The pedal type striking device mainly comprises a pedal mechanism and a hammer mechanism, wherein a pedal of the pedal mechanism and a hammer of the hammer mechanism can be connected through a connecting rod group or a steel cable, so that a player drives the hammer to swing by stepping on the pedal, and then strikes the wooden drum.
Referring to fig. 8, the hammer mechanism of the prior art for striking a wooden drum includes an upright seat 81, a transmission shaft 82, a drumstick 83, a swing arm 84 and a cable 85. The side of the vertical seat 81 is provided with a protruding positioning column 811, the transmission rotating shaft 82 is rotatably and transversely inserted into the top end of the vertical seat 81, the drumstick 83 and the swing arm 84 are fixedly arranged on the transmission rotating shaft 82, the swing arm 84 and the positioning column 811 are located on the same side of the vertical seat 81, an extension spring (not shown) is arranged beside the vertical seat 81, two ends of the extension spring are respectively connected to the vertical seat 81 and the transmission rotating shaft 82, and the extension spring can drive the transmission rotating shaft 82 to rotate and reset after the transmission rotating shaft 82 rotates. The cable 85 is covered by a sleeve 86, one end of the sleeve 86 is fixed to the positioning post 811, and the other end of the sleeve 86 extends to the pedal mechanism, the cable 85 protrudes from the sleeve 86 and passes through the positioning post 811 to extend toward the swing arm 84, so that the cable 85 is wound around at least one fixing member 87 provided on the swing arm 84 and is clamped between the swing arm 84 and the fixing member 87.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the player steps on and presses the pedal of the pedal mechanism, the rocker arm 84 and the transmission shaft 82 are pulled by the cable 85 to rotate, so as to drive the drumstick 83 to swing forward to strike the wooden drum; when the player releases the pedal, the tension spring drives the transmission shaft 82 to rotate reversely, so that the drumstick 83 and the rocker arm 84 are reversely returned.
However, since the cable 85 is directly connected to the swing arm 84, the cable 85 will swing laterally and repeatedly change its inclination angle along with the swing arm 84 during the forward and backward swinging of the drumstick 83, so as to continuously rub against the positioning post 811 and the fixing member 87, and the cable 85 will be repeatedly bent at the connection point with the fixing member 87, so that after a period of time, the cable 85 will break and must be replaced. Moreover, in the process that the cable 85 continuously rubs against the positioning post 811 and the fixing member 87, besides generating noise and affecting drum sound, the swing arm 84 and the drumstick 83 cannot be driven to rotate smoothly, which affects continuous hitting effect during drum hitting.
