Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the existing service flow of the office hall, after a user arrives at the office hall, the food to be handled is explained to the staff, and then the staff generates a queuing number for the user. And when the user arranges himself, the user enters a corresponding transaction window or a self-service processing machine for service transaction. Then, the user needs to explain the service to be transacted again, and after the identity authentication, the user triggers the transaction process.
The operation has obvious operation redundancy, and the whole service processing flow falls on the service processing end, so that the load of the service processing end is large, and the service processing efficiency is low.
To this end, in this example, a data processing system is provided, as shown in fig. 1, which may include: a guide device 101 and a processing device 102.
The processing device 102 may be a self-service machine, or may be a device operated by a service person, for example, a service guide device in a service hall, or an application, an applet, or the like in a mobile phone terminal of a user, and any device capable of realizing serial number may be used as the service guide device 101 in this application. Data interaction can be performed between the tutoring device 101 and the processing device 102, or the tutoring device 101 can send data to the processing device 102, or the processing device 102 can request data from the tutoring device 101.
The service guide device and the processing device can be terminal devices used by a client for operation. Specifically, the terminal device may be a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart watch, or other wearable devices.
In practical implementation, the data processing system may further include a memory 103, data generated by the mediation device 101 may be stored in the memory 103, and the processing device 102 may request data from the memory 103 when the data is needed. As to the processing device 102, which way is specifically adopted to obtain data from the guiding device 101 is not limited in this application, and may be selected according to actual needs and situations.
In one embodiment, the user may request a queuing number on the customer care device 101. The serial number is a number code used by the user for queuing after the request, and the number code may be generated sequentially, for example, if the previous user is 20, then the current user is 21, or may be generated randomly, and the code will not be repeated in the same time period. The users queue according to the queuing numbers, and the queuing numbers indicate the queuing sequence of the users, and are later than the people who queue the numbers before and earlier than the people who queue the numbers after. When forming a bank number, the bank number may be associated with information required for pre-transacted items and also for some transacted services. For example, as shown in fig. 2, user a goes to bank to handle remittance service, and if the number to be arranged is 20, then 20 may be associated with remittance service, user's bank card number, identity information, etc., and user B goes to bank to handle opening service, and if the number to be arranged is 21, then 21 may be associated with opening service, identity information; or, the user a vaccinates with the community service center, the rank number is 554, then the 554 number can be associated with the vaccination service, the historical vaccination situation, the user identity information, and the like, the user B performs physical examination with the community service center, and the rank number is 555 number, then the 555 number can be associated with the physical examination service.
By associating the queued serial numbers with the pre-transaction items and some information required by the services, when a user arrives at the processing equipment 102 for service transaction according to the serial number sequence, the user only needs to input or scan the corresponding serial numbers, and can automatically associate the pre-transaction items and the required information requested by the user by calling the association between the serial numbers generated during the previous serial number scheduling and the pre-transaction items and the required information, so that the user can directly enter the processing flow of the pre-transaction items without selecting or explaining the services which the user wants to transact again, and can directly display or fill part of the information required by the services, thereby reducing the service amount of the processing end of the equipment.
For example, if the user performs service processing through the office window, the serial number may be displayed to the office staff, and after the office staff inputs the serial number or scans the serial number, the serial number may be associated with the pre-processed item, so that the processing flow of the pre-processed item may be directly entered without confirming the pre-processed item to the user. And may correlate the identity information of the user, etc.
If the user performs service handling through the self-service machine, the user can scan the own bank number in a code scanning mode after arriving at the self-service machine, and the bank number is associated with the pre-handling items, so that the self-service equipment can directly enter the processing flow of the pre-handling items after acquiring the bank number, the user does not need to select the pre-handling items again, and the identity information or the historical service information and the like of the user can be associated without inputting again.
In an embodiment, considering that the user often needs to be authenticated during service handling, this part of the authentication may also be transferred or put into the service guide apparatus 101, for example, when the user arranges a number, the user may arrange the number through its own identification card, which may be an identification card of the user, a passport, a medical insurance card, a bank card, etc., and the identification card in this application may be used as long as it can realize unique identification of the identity. After registration is performed by the identification card, in addition to associating the bank number with the pre-transacted item, the bank number may also be associated with the user identity, i.e., an association between the bank number and the pre-transacted item and the user identity is established. Therefore, when the self-service equipment or the transaction window is used for service transaction, the identity recognition is not needed again, and only the bank number is required to be displayed or confirmed, and the pre-transaction item association and the identity association can be directly realized. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, user A may go to a bank to handle money transfer service, with the rejected number being 20, and may associate 20 with the money transfer service and user A's identity information, and user B may go to a bank to handle a card opening service, with the rejected number being 21, and may associate 21 with the card opening service and user B's identity information.
Further, the identification may be performed by a fingerprint identification technique or a face identification technique. For example, a fingerprint identification module or a camera-based face identification module may be provided on the customer guiding device, and after the user selects the serial number, the user may directly perform identity identification through these identity identification modules, and after the identity identification passes, the service to be handled may be selected, and then the serial number may be triggered.
Furthermore, the identity recognition can also be directly calling identity information, for example, a user performs registration through a mobile phone APP, the identity bound by a registered account can be directly read as the user identity, then the user is instructed to select the service to be transacted, on the basis, a bank number is generated for the user, and the bank number is associated with the user identity and the pre-transaction item.
However, it should be noted that the above listed identification method is only an exemplary description, and other ways for identification association may be adopted in practical implementation. For example, the identification and association of the user identity may be implemented based on the mobile phone number of the user, etc.
In one embodiment, the serial number may be only one number, or may be a two-dimensional code. If the row number is only one number, the association between the number and the pre-processed item and the user identity can be established, and if the row number is a two-dimensional code, the number, the pre-processed item and the user identity can be obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code, namely, the information can be carried by generating the two-dimensional code. Specifically, what kind of method is adopted to generate the serial number can be set according to actual needs and selection, and the application does not limit the method.
Taking a scenario as an example for explanation, a user a transacts remittance services to a bank, after arriving at a service hall, can perform queuing through self-help service guide equipment, the user a can swipe an identity card to trigger entering a queuing process, after triggering entering the queuing process, a pre-service option can be displayed, and the user can select a service to be handled by himself, for example: transacting the social security card. The user may also voice-enter his or her own pre-transacted items, for example, by voice-indicating: apply for dealing with the social security card. The self-service uniform device may generate a rank number for the user, for example: number 22. Meanwhile, the association between the 22 number and the user identity card number and the transacting equipment card can be established. The association between the 22 number, the user identity card number and the handling device card can be used for generating a two-dimensional code, or the association relation can be stored, and can be stored in the self-service guide device or a special memory.
At the time of the queue number 22, the user may go to a self-service transaction device or a corresponding transaction window for transaction. When the user A presents the own serial number, the user A can be directly related to the pre-processed item and the identity card number. For example, the user a scans the self-service transaction device for the serial number thereof, and can automatically associate the pre-transaction item and the identity number, so that the user a can directly enter the transaction process of the social security card after scanning the serial number. When the user A arrives at the transaction window, the transaction personnel can directly call the pre-processed items and the identity number of the user according to the serial number of the user A, so that the transaction process of the social security card can be directly entered, and the user A does not need to explain the self pre-processed items again.
In this example, there is provided a data processing system, which may include: the system is used for responding to a queuing request, generating a queuing number, extracting information which is required for transacting the pre-transacted items and can be obtained from the queuing request, and establishing an association relation between the queuing number and the selected pre-transacted items and the extracted information; and the processing equipment is used for acquiring the row number, acquiring the pre-processed item associated with the row number according to the row number, entering a processing flow of the pre-processed item, and automatically filling the extracted information in the processing flow.
Namely, the service guiding device and the processing device can perform data interaction, and the service guiding device establishes an association relationship between the bank numbers and the pre-transacted items when generating the bank numbers. Because the data communication between the service guide device and the processing device is possible, the processing device can receive the row numbers based on part of the information required by the association between the row numbers to the pre-processed items and the handling service.
The data processing system may further include a memory, connected to the service guide device and the processing device, and configured to receive and store the association relationship generated by the service guide device, and return the pre-processed item and the extracted information associated with the serial number in response to the serial number transmitted by the processing device. I.e. a memory may be included, to which data generated by the mediation device may be stored, to which the processing device may request data when it is needed.
The service guiding device and the processing device may further be provided with a component for identity recognition, for example, but not limited to, at least one of the following: fingerprint identification module, face identification module, card identification module, etc. Specifically, the service guide device may establish an association relationship between the serial number and the identity information of the user by setting an identity recognition component. If the identification means is provided on the processing device, the authentication can be performed directly at the processing device. For example, after the user is queued, the arrival service window may present his/her queue number, and the clerk may authenticate the user via the processing device after checking the queue number and knowing the user's pre-transaction items. In order to reduce the operation steps of the processing equipment, the processing equipment of the processing equipment is lifted, and the identification component is more efficient to be arranged on the guide service equipment.
In practical implementation, the service guiding equipment can be a hospital registration machine, a number taking equipment of a restaurant, a number taking equipment of a bank and the like, the processing equipment can be self-service processing equipment and can also be a manual processing counter, and if the service guiding equipment is the self-service processing equipment, a user can perform self-service number arrangement through the service guiding equipment and also can perform self-service processing through the processing equipment.
For the service guide equipment, a printing component can be set, the row number can be printed through the printing component, and in the actual implementation, the service guide equipment can also send the row number to a mobile phone terminal of a user or display the row number in a mobile phone application of the user. For example, the service guide device may acquire a mobile phone number of the user or a user name of the application through the identity information of the user, and then may associate the obtained mobile phone number with the account of the user, and send the generated serial number to the mobile phone terminal of the user. Furthermore, the service guiding device can be a mobile phone terminal, so that a user can trigger the mobile phone to perform number arrangement, select pre-handling items during the number arrangement, associate the number arrangement with the pre-handling items, and identify the number arrangement and the user identity at the same time.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart of a method of one embodiment of a data processing method described herein. Although the present application provides method operational steps or apparatus configurations as illustrated in the following examples or figures, more or fewer operational steps or modular units may be included in the methods or apparatus based on conventional or non-inventive efforts. In the case of steps or structures which do not logically have the necessary cause and effect relationship, the execution sequence of the steps or the module structure of the apparatus is not limited to the execution sequence or the module structure described in the embodiments and shown in the drawings of the present application. When the described method or module structure is applied in an actual device or end product, the method or module structure according to the embodiments or shown in the drawings can be executed sequentially or executed in parallel (for example, in a parallel processor or multi-thread processing environment, or even in a distributed processing environment).
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a data processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
s401: receiving a queuing request;
the queuing request can be the voice of the user, for example, the user speaks to the device i wants to queue, or the personnel in the office hall trigger the queuing request for queuing, or the card swiping operation of the user can be identified to generate the queuing request.
S402: responding to the queuing request, and acquiring the pre-processed items selected by the user;
specifically, when obtaining the pre-processed item selected by the user, the identity information of the user may be obtained first, the identity information is verified, and after the verification is passed, the pre-processed item selected by the user is obtained.
For example, the identity information of the user may be obtained by an identity recognition component on the device. The identification component may include, but is not limited to: card identification module, fingerprint identification module, face identification module, etc. As for the card identification module, there may be a plurality of identification functions, for example, an identification card of the user may be identified by the card identification module, or a social security card of the user may be identified by the card identification module, a bank card of the user may be identified by the card identification module, and the like.
S403: extracting from the queuing request information required to transact the pre-transacted item and available from the queuing request;
for example, if it is the case of transacting a bank card service, the information required and available from the queuing request may be the user's identification number, gender, cell phone number, etc. In the case of a visit service, the information needed and available from the queuing request may be the user's identity information, and the user's previous health status information, etc.
S404: generating a bank number for the user, and establishing an incidence relation among the bank number, the pre-transacted items and the extracted information, wherein the incidence relation is used for indicating the pre-transacted items of the user through the bank number after the user finishes queuing, and the extracted information is used for transacting the pre-transacted items.
When the serial number is arranged, if there is identity information, establishing an association relationship between the serial number and the pre-transacted item may include: and establishing an association relation between the row number and the pre-processed item and the identity information. Namely, the association relationship between the bank numbers and the pre-transacted items can be established, and the association relationship between the bank numbers and the identity information can also be established.
After the association relationship between the ranking number and the pre-transacted items is established, actively determining the processing equipment corresponding to the pre-transacted items; transmitting the association to the processing device. For example, when a user goes to a tax hall to handle tax refunding services and the service guiding device generates a serial number and knows that the item to be handled by the user is the tax refunding service, the serial number can be actively sent to a processing device related to tax handling, or the association relationship between the serial number and the pre-processed item is stored.
The generation of the row number and the generation of the association relation can be completed through the mode. These operations are all implemented on the customer premise equipment side.
For the processing device side, as shown in fig. 5, the following transaction processing steps can be performed:
step 501: acquiring a row number;
step 502: inquiring the pre-processed items which have an association relation with the serial number through the serial number;
step 503: displaying a processing interface of the pre-processed items, and acquiring user information associated with the queuing number, wherein the user information is information which is extracted from a queuing request when the queuing number is generated and is required for processing the pre-processed items and can be obtained from the queuing request;
step 504: and filling the user information associated with the serial number into the processing flow of the pre-processed items.
That is, for the processing device, since the tier number is associated with the user's pre-do and the information needed to transact the pre-do and available from the tier number request, the processing interface for the pre-do may be displayed directly after the tier number is obtained. For example: the user's item of handling in advance is handling the bank card, so processing equipment can directly get into the interface that the bank card was handled through arranging the number, and can fill in the user information who has obtained automatically.
Furthermore, when the pre-processed items having the association relation with the serial number are inquired through the serial number, the identity information of the user can be obtained; verifying the identity information; and after the verification is passed, inquiring the pre-processed items which have an association relation with the serial number through the serial number. That is, after the row number is acquired, the identity of the user may be authenticated first, or the identity information of the user may be acquired. The information of the bank card is acquired, and then the identity information is directly filled into the corresponding area of the transacted page transacted by the bank card, so that the user does not need to input the identifiable identity information. After inquiring the pre-transacted items which have the association relation with the serial number through the serial number, inquiring the identity information which has the association relation with the serial number through the serial number; and taking the identity information as the identity information of the user, and automatically filling the identity information required by the pre-transacted item.
In an embodiment, the identity information may be identity card information, and accordingly, the automatically filling the identity information into the identity information required for the pre-transacted item, which is taken as the identity information of the user, may include: acquiring the certificate information from the identity card information, wherein the certificate information can include but is not limited to at least one of the following: name, birthday, provincial number, home address, and mobile phone number associated with the ID card; and filling the certificate information into the identity information required by the pre-transacted item.
Specifically, the whole transaction processing procedure may include the following steps:
step 1: leading the service equipment to receive a queuing request of a user, wherein the queuing request carries pre-processed items selected by the user;
step 2: generating a queuing number in response to the queuing request;
and step 3: extracting from the queuing request information required to transact the pre-transacted item and available from the queuing request;
and 4, step 4: establishing an incidence relation between the row number and the selected pre-processed item and the extracted information;
and 5: after the queuing process is completed based on the queuing number, the processing equipment acquires the queuing number;
step 6: and responding to the row number, entering a processing flow of the pre-processed items associated with the row number, and automatically filling the extracted information in the processing flow.
Considering that some service items can be processed by preposing to the service guide equipment or the queuing terminal in the actual service handling process, if the service items which can be preposed are put to the service guide equipment for processing, the load of the service handling equipment can be reduced, and the service handling efficiency is improved. To this end, a transaction processing method is provided, which may include:
step 1: leading the service equipment to receive a queuing request of a user, wherein the queuing request carries pre-processed items selected by the user;
step 2: responding to the queuing request, and acquiring and displaying a preset service item, wherein the service item is an item which is required in the processing process of processing the pre-processed item and can be prepositioned to the service guide equipment;
and step 3: receiving an operation of a user responding to the service item to fill the service item;
and 4, step 4: generating a bank number and associating the bank number with the pre-processed item and the filled service item;
and 5: after the queuing process is completed based on the queuing number, the processing equipment acquires the queuing number;
step 6: responding to the row number, and entering a processing flow of pre-processed items associated with the row number;
and 7: and acquiring the filled service item, and filling the filled service item into the processing flow of the pre-processed item.
That is, the service guide device end completes the processing of the prepositive service items, so that when the user queues up to complete the service processing through the processing device, the content of the prepositive service items can be associated through the number arrangement, and then the service items are directly filled into the processing flow, so that the processing of the service items on the processing device side is not needed, and the efficiency of the service processing can be improved.
The aforementioned service items may include, but are not limited to, at least one of the following: and identity authentication and identity information input. For example, the user may obtain a face image through a camera provided on the guide service device side to perform identity recognition, may enter a fingerprint through a fingerprint recognition component provided on the guide service device side, or may fill in personal information through a touch screen provided on the guide service device side. By placing these service items in front of the service guide apparatus, the load on the processing apparatus side can be reduced.
Further, in some processing scenarios, if a user transacts services, sometimes the services cannot be successfully completed because the user forgets to carry a certificate or some information is not remembered, and the service transaction can be performed again after the information or the certificate is supplemented. In this case, if the previous transaction flow is stored and the previous transaction information is directly retrieved at the next transaction, a lot of unnecessary time can be saved.
To this end, after entering the processing flow of the pre-do item associated with the serial number, a processing flow end instruction may be received; determining whether the execution of the processing flow of the pre-processed item is finished or not in response to the ending instruction; if the execution is finished, returning an instruction of finishing the item processing; and if the execution is not finished, the user identity information and the transaction processing progress are stored in an associated mode. That is, for services that are not successfully transacted, the completed portions may be stored. Thus, when entering the processing flow of the pre-processed items associated with the serial number, whether the incomplete progress of the current pre-processed items associated with the user is stored or not can be determined; and if the incomplete progress of the current pre-processed item associated with the user is stored, calling and entering the incomplete progress. Namely, the previous processing process is called to directly fill, so that the repeated operation is reduced.
Several specific scenarios are taken as examples for explanation:
1) the application in banking services:
the method comprises the steps that a numbering terminal receives a numbering request of a user, wherein the numbering request carries a proxy bank service selected by the user; extracting from the queuing request information required for transacting the user-selected proxy banking service and available from the queuing request; generating a bank number for the user, and establishing an incidence relation between the bank number and the information extracted by the agency bank service; after the queuing process is completed based on the queuing number, the bank teller terminal equipment acquires the queuing number; and responding to the bank number, the bank teller terminal enters the processing flow of the agent bank service, and automatically fills the extracted information in the processing flow.
2) Application in hospital services:
a registration terminal receives a registration request of a user, wherein the registration request carries illness state information described by the user; generating a bank number in response to the registration request, wherein the bank number is associated with the illness information; after the queuing process is completed based on the queuing number, the doctor end equipment acquires the queuing number; and responding to the row number, and displaying the disease condition information by the doctor-side equipment.
3) The application is at the restaurant or store side:
a queuing terminal receives a queuing request of a user, wherein the queuing request carries dishes selected by the user; generating a bank number in response to the registration request, wherein the bank number is associated with the selected dish; after the queuing process is completed based on the queuing number, the restaurant-side equipment acquires the queuing number; and responding to the row number, and displaying the selected dishes by the restaurant end equipment.
That is, the above-described data processing system, transaction processing method, and the like can be applied to, for example: hospitals, banks, government services, comprehensive shopping, etc.
The above system and method are described in a specific scenario, however, it should be noted that the specific scenario is only for better illustration of the present application and should not be construed as a limitation of the present application.
In a general mode, when a user arrives at a service hall and gets a number on a service guide device, the user needs to describe his or her pre-processed items (i.e., a service requirement), and then the user can complete the number taking with the help of a worker, or the user can obtain a number-arranging receipt corresponding to a service capacity area after reading a card and recognizing an identity with the help of the worker by using an identity card, i.e., the number-arranging receipt is only used in a queue.
After the user arrives at the manual window, the user needs to describe his/her work appeal again to the staff, and after identity recognition is performed again, the work service is started. Or, after the user arrives at the self-service device, the user needs to select his/her own transaction requirements again from the numerous item lists.
In this processing mode, the user needs to repeatedly explain his or her own complaints and/or repeatedly perform identity authentication, which reduces the processing efficiency.
Therefore, in the embodiment, a full-channel cross-terminal data information transmission mode is provided, a user performs identity authentication on the guide service equipment through an identity card, selects own handling requirements after the authentication is passed, and acquires a queuing receipt, namely a queuing number. The queuing number is not only used as a queue, but also associated with the complaints and/or identity information of the user.
After the user reaches the manual window, the user does not need to describe the request for handling the affairs to the staff, does not need to carry out identity verification, only needs to show the bank number, and the staff inputs the bank number to the processing equipment, and the processing equipment can automatically display the service flow selected by the user for handling the affairs. In this way, the repeated information exchange cost can be reduced, and the work efficiency of the staff is improved.
Or after the user arrives at the self-service equipment, the bank number is input, the system can automatically enter the transaction flow corresponding to the user for handling the appeal, the identity verification identification information of the user can be automatically brought out, and the user does not need to select the handling of the appeal again and does not need to perform identity verification again. By the method, the transaction efficiency is effectively improved, and the information interaction between the user and the transaction party is reduced.
When the method is implemented, the association relationship between the bank numbers and the transaction requirements and the identity authentication information can be transmitted across ends and platforms in a character string mode. Through the mode, the technical problem that the service capability range of the existing self-service equipment is limited due to the fact that the certificate card recognition capability does not exist can be solved, and the communication processing efficiency of the user and the service end can be improved.
