Description

Logistics information processing method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of logistics information processing technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing logistics information, and an electronic device.
Background
In the commodity object information system, after receiving a transaction order from a buyer user, a seller user enters a fulfillment stage, that is, the seller user needs to stock and pick up goods and interacts with a cooperative logistics facilitator to generate a logistics order so as to deliver goods for the buyer user, and the logistics facilitator transports and delivers the goods. For the logistics order, the receiving address is very important information with high requirement on accuracy, otherwise, the freight rate may be inaccurate, the freight capacity may not be matched, and even the delivery may fail, which results in an increase in the cost of the seller user, and the like.
In the process of generating the logistics order, the seller user usually needs to fill in the receiving address of the buyer user, and the receiving address information is often long, which needs to occupy more time and cost of the seller user, and a filling error may often occur. In another mode, when filling the logistics order, the related transaction order information in the related system or transaction module is directly read, the shipping address information of the buyer user is read from the transaction order information (usually, the shipping address information may be provided by the buyer user during the transaction order generation process or during the inquiry from the buyer user to the seller user), and the logistics order is automatically filled in, so as to reduce the operation cost of the seller user.
However, in practical applications, the delivery address provided by the buyer user may be inaccurate and incomplete, and the requirement of the logistics order on the accuracy of the delivery address cannot be met. Especially in the case of cross-border logistics, the shipping address information provided by the overseas buyer users may be completely manually entered by the buyer users, where the presence of errors or incompleteness may be more common.
However, it is difficult for the domestic seller users to find corresponding problems due to language restrictions, unfamiliarity with foreign divisions, etc., so that the generated logistics orders often have incomplete and wrong delivery addresses. This may not only result in inaccurate freight calculations, but may also result in improper receipt of the goods by the purchaser user. If the conditions that the goods are returned and the seller users re-deliver goods and the like are caused by the fact that the receiving address is inaccurate after the goods leave the border, great loss is brought to the seller users.
Therefore, how to improve the accuracy of the receiving address information in the logistics order becomes a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to improve the accuracy of the receiving address information in the logistics order, the logistics information processing system can be improved. Specifically, since the concept of postal code exists in many countries, the postal code is a code method for dividing the whole country into regions in order to realize the automation of mail sorting and the digitalization of postal network and to increase the mail transmission speed. In general, different areas in a country correspond to different zip codes, and in the case of country determination, a specific area can be queried through the zip codes, and conversely, a corresponding zip code can also be queried through a specific area in a country. Here, the region may generally refer to a result of region division performed by a country for hierarchical management. Of course, in practical applications, there may be other coding modes other than the above zip code, as long as there is a mapping relationship with a specific region. Based on the above situation, in the embodiment of the present application, an implementation scheme for optimizing a logistics order processing flow according to encoding information having a mapping relationship with regional information is provided. For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present application, a postal code is mainly used as an example for description, and other types of codes may be executed by reference.
Specifically, when the shipper fills in the logistics demand information, the following two situations can be distinguished: in one case, as shown in fig. 1-1, a sender (a seller user in a transaction state) interacts with a receiver (a buyer user in a transaction state) through an offline or other online transaction system, so as to achieve a transaction consensus and obtain the country, the receiving address and the zip code information of the receiver user (which can be provided to the sender user by the receiver user in various ways). At this time, in the process that the shipper user submits the logistics requirement to the server through the logistics information processing system client to generate the logistics order, information about the country where the consignee is located, the consignee address and the like generally needs to be manually input by the shipper user. However, the receiving address is often long, the wrong input condition is more, the input process is time-consuming, especially in the case of cross-border logistics, the division of the country where the receiving user is located may be different from the common division of the country where the delivering user is located, and the used language may also be different, which all add difficulty to the manual input of the destination address.
For the situation, in the embodiment of the application, the user of the delivery party can obtain the postal code information which is as accurate as possible about the receiving party in advance, so that the target country and the postal code information can be directly input when the logistics demand information is filled, and then the server can provide the recommended target area information according to the pre-stored database. The specific destination area may include a specific region in the destination country, and for example, a specific state, county, city, town, etc. in a certain country may be specified by a certain zip code. Therefore, if the user of the delivery party confirms that the recommended information is correct, the user can directly select and adopt the recommended information, and at the moment, the specifically recommended target area information can be automatically filled into the corresponding input control. The shipper user then manually fills in the detailed address information such as street, cell, house number, etc. And then, the logistics information server side can provide the accurate receiving address information to the logistics service provider system, and the logistics service provider system performs the processes of freight calculation, capacity allocation, path planning and the like. Through the mode, the specific target area information can be recommended by the system according to the zip code information provided by the user and the pre-stored database, so that the information amount manually filled by the delivery party user can be reduced, the error condition is reduced, the accuracy is improved, and the efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1-2, the specific platform may include both the transaction module and the logistics module, or a certain association relationship exists between the transaction system and the logistics system, and both parties may access through the interface information obtained in advance, and so on. In the former case, for example, a transaction order is generated between a buyer user and a seller user through a transaction module in the platform, and the buyer user may be required to provide his or her country, shipping address, and zip code information when generating the transaction order. Then, when the seller user needs to ship the transaction order generated before to the buyer user, the logistics demand information may be filled in through the logistics module, and identification information such as a number of the associated transaction order may be directly specified. The logistics module may read the associated shipping address information and zip code information in the trade order from the associated trading module.
That is, in this manner, the recipient address and zip code information of the recipient need not be manually entered by the shipper user. However, since the specific shipping address and zip code information is provided by the purchaser user, there may also be error information. For example, when a shipping address required by a buyer is a town in a county, the zip code of the upper region (e.g., the county) is provided because the corresponding accurate zip code of the town is unknown.
In this case, an error or the like may occur in the automatic sorting process. Or, the receiving address of a certain buyer user is a certain town in a certain city and a certain county, but when the receiving address is filled, the information of the city is not filled, so that the receiving address is incomplete, and the like. Particularly, in the case of cross-border transaction, the delivery address information filled by the overseas user is more likely to be wrong or incomplete. In the process of overseas logistics, once the conditions that the goods receiving address is not accurate enough and the logistics package is returned occur, more serious loss is caused to the seller user. In addition, the logistics charge calculation error and the like can occur, so that the user experience is influenced.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, after the logistics module reads the shipping address information and the zip code information in a certain transaction order, the read information may be checked through the pre-stored information base of country, region and zip code. If the postal code or the receiving address information in the trading order is found to be wrong or not accurate enough, corresponding modification suggestions can be provided. For example, if the zip code is accurate, but the section information included in the shipping address is found to be less than complete, a recommendation may be made for more complete section information, and so on. And then, the delivery party user can decide whether to select the information recommended by the system, if so, the client can automatically fill the recommended division information into a specific editing page without manual filling by the delivery party user. In the process, the recommended information provided by the server can assist the delivery party user to check the information such as the delivery address, the postal code and the like, so that the information such as the delivery address, the postal code and the like is more accurate; moreover, the editing efficiency of the logistics demand information can be improved. After the accurate receiving address and the postal code information are obtained, the logistics module can also provide the accurate receiving address and the postal code information to the logistics service provider system, and the logistics service provider system performs processing such as freight rate calculation, capacity allocation, path planning and the like.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, by pre-storing the corresponding relationship between the areas (divisions, etc.) and the zip codes in the country and the country in the logistics information service system, the delivery party user can be helped to recommend the area or zip code information in the process of submitting the logistics demand information, so as to improve the accuracy of the receiving address information, provide more accurate reference bases for subsequent freight calculation, capacity allocation, and the like, and also reduce the occurrence probability of situations such as the logistics packages being returned due to inaccurate receiving addresses.
The technical solution provided by the present application is described in detail by specific examples below.
Example one
First, the embodiment provides a method for processing logistics information from the perspective of a client, aiming at the scenario shown in fig. 1-1. The client here may mainly refer to a client associated with the shipper user, or, if the consignee user has an editing requirement for the logistics requirement information, the method may also be used to recommend the relevant regional information, and at this time, the method may also correspond to the client of the consignee user, and so on. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s210: and in the process editing page for receiving the logistics demand information through the target page, providing operation options for inputting the target country and code information of which the postal code information and the regional information have a mapping relation.
In the scenario shown in fig. 1-1, a buyer user may generate a transaction intention for a commodity object through a system. For example, the system may specifically be an Instant Messaging (IM) system, where a user of a certain vendor publishes information of a commodity object, including picture details and the like, through a user group, a network community and the like in a certain IM system; the group member users or friend users of the seller users consult the seller users and the like through the IM system in terms of price and the like, and achieve transaction willingness. Then, when the seller user delivers goods to the buyer user, the seller user may submit own logistics demand information through the logistics information service system in the embodiment of the present application to generate a logistics order, and the logistics service provider may provide a specific logistics service based on the specific logistics order, so as to deliver the specific goods to a receiving address specified by the buyer user, and so on.
In the communication process through the IM system, the buyer user may provide the self shipping address information (which may include information such as specific country, region, street number, etc.), and in the embodiment of the present application, the buyer user may also be required to provide corresponding zip code information, so as to facilitate the input of the logistics demand information and the generation of the logistics order. The seller user can record the country, the receiving address and the postal code information provided by the buyer user in some ways, and then after logging in the logistics information system, the seller user can input specific logistics demand information for generating a logistics order. The specific logistics requirement information can comprise the receiving address information, and in the embodiment of the application, operation options for inputting the destination country and postal code information can be provided in the page. For example, a specific shipping address editing page may be as shown in FIG. 3-1, which may include an input box shown at 31 for entering coded information. The code information here refers to code information having a mapping relationship with the region information, and may specifically include a postal code, for example. In addition, in practical applications, since in a cross-border scenario, the user of the consignee may be located in a plurality of different countries, and the same zip code may exist in different countries, respectively corresponding to different regions in different countries. Therefore, in an alternative embodiment, an operation option for inputting a destination country may be provided in the edit page, so as to make a recommendation of a destination region more accurate. The specifically input destination country information may be full name or short name information of a country, or may also be country code information, for example, if the destination country is the united states, the US may be input, and the like. Therefore, the seller user can directly input the receiving destination country and the postal code information through the operation option to acquire the recommendation information about the regional information, and the country information is not easy to make mistakes, and the postal code information is composed of numbers, so that the input can be completed quickly and accurately.
S220: and submitting the coding information received by the operation options to a server for determining recommendation information of corresponding target area information.
After the postal code information is determined, the postal code information can be submitted to a server. The server can store the corresponding relation among the country, the postal code and the region information in advance, so that the corresponding target region information can be determined according to the received information. The region information may specifically be partition information in the destination country. The division is an abbreviation of regional division, which is performed by the country for hierarchical management, and in the postal system, corresponding postal codes can be allocated to each level of division so as to facilitate operations such as sorting. If the specifically submitted information further includes destination country information, a destination region corresponding to the zip code in the destination country can be determined according to the specific destination country and the zip code information, so that the destination region can be recommended to the user. Alternatively, if only the zip code is included in the submitted information and the destination country information is not included, since different regions corresponding to the same zip code may be included in a plurality of different countries, recommendation information for different destination regions corresponding to the zip codes in the plurality of destination countries may also be generated. Then, the user can select destination area information in a country which meets the needs of the user, and the like.
In addition, if the user who fills the current logistics demand information is the consignee user, during the specific implementation, the target country information can be determined according to the positioning information submitted by the mobile terminal equipment associated with the consignee user, and then the recommended regional information is provided according to the target country information and the postal code information input by the user. Or, specifically, since the specific positioning information may also be detailed to a region or even a cell level, query information on whether to receive goods at a position corresponding to the positioning information may also be provided to the user, and if so, the detailed address information recommended may also be provided according to the positioning information, thereby further reducing the workload of manually inputting information by the user.
S230: providing recommendation information regarding the destination region information.
After the destination area information provided by the server is obtained, recommendation information about such destination area can be provided. That is, in the process of the seller user performing the logistics ordering, the specific logistics information system can recommend the destination area information according to the destination country and the postal code input by the user. For example, as shown at 31 in fig. 3-1, after entering a specific destination country "United States" and a postal code "07005", recommended zone information may be given, including province/state, city, etc.
During specific implementation, an operation option for selecting the recommended information can be provided, and after user operation is received through the operation option, the recommended target area information can be automatically filled into the corresponding input control in the target page without manual input of the user. For example, as shown in FIG. 3-2, after the recommended information in FIG. 3-1 is "selected for use," the specific recommended state, city, etc. information may be automatically filled into the specific input box.
In addition, when a recommendation is made based on the destination country and the zip code information, it is usually only accurate to the destination area, for example, the information of a certain level of division, and specific street, cell, house number, etc. can be manually filled in by the user. At this time, an input control for filling in a detailed address may also be provided in the target page; after receiving the detailed address, the destination country information, the selected destination region information, and the received detailed address information may be concatenated to generate final destination address information.
It should be noted that the scheme provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied in various scenarios, and particularly, may be applied in a cross-border logistics scenario, where the specific logistics requirement information includes: the cross-border logistics demand information, the target country is an overseas country, and the specific target region information may be zoning information corresponding to the zip code and related to the target country. When providing the recommendation information on the destination region information, the destination region information may be expressed in a language corresponding to the destination country. For example, the official language of a certain destination country is english, and when filling in the logistics demand information, it may be necessary to fill in english, so that the recommended information can be described in english.
In addition, in the conventional scheme, the correspondence between countries, zip codes, and divisions may be stored in some dedicated query systems, so that users can query the correspondence. However, after the query is completed, the query needs to be input into a specific logistics information page by copying and pasting or manual input, and if overseas shipping address information needs to be accurately filled, a large amount of query and verification work is required, and a normal logistics ordering process is interrupted, and once filling errors occur, the results of transportation failure, logistics cost doubling calculation, merchant credit loss and the like may be caused.
In the embodiment of the application, the server side of the logistics information system can directly store the mapping relation information between the codes and the region information, so that a seller user can directly obtain the recommendation information about the target region in the logistics ordering process without switching to other systems for inquiry, and a normal logistics ordering process cannot be interrupted. In addition, if the recommended information is accurate, the recommended information can be directly selected, at the moment, the recommended information can be automatically filled into the corresponding input control in the page, and manual input by a user is not needed any more, so that the probability of filling errors can be further reduced, and the accuracy of logistics information and the efficiency of logistics ordering can be improved.
And after the user selects the recommended information, the server side can also send a logistics charge information query request to the logistics service provider according to the target area information so as to obtain corresponding logistics charge information. Therefore, the specific target area information is recommended and determined according to the information such as the postal code, and the code information such as the postal code is not easy to make mistakes in the input process, so that the specifically inquired logistics expense information has higher effectiveness, the logistics expense information inquired by the logistics service provider platform can be applied to the real logistics freight, and the influence on user experience caused by too large difference between the logistics expense information and the real logistics freight is avoided.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and provides a method for processing logistics information from the perspective of a server, with reference to fig. 4, the method may specifically include:
s410: storing the mapping relation information between the region information and the coding information;
s420: receiving query information submitted by a client, wherein the query information is sent by the client in the process of receiving logistics demand information through a target page, and carries the coding information;
s430: determining target area information corresponding to the coding information by inquiring the mapping relation information;
s440: and returning the destination region information to the client for providing recommendation information about the destination region information.
In a cross-border scenario, the consignee may be located in a plurality of different countries, and different areas of the different countries may correspond to the same zip code, so that the mapping relationship among the countries, the areas and the codes can be stored. Besides the coded information, the specific query request can also include destination country information so as to facilitate more accurate recommendation. Or, if the query request does not include the destination country information, the recommendation information of different destination regions corresponding to the zip codes in a plurality of destination countries can be provided for the user to select.
In addition, an operation option for selecting the recommended information can be provided in the client page, and after user operation is received through the operation option, the recommended target region information can be filled in the corresponding input control in the target page, so that the user does not need to manually input specific region information, the efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the error probability in the manual input process is reduced.
After the recommended destination area information is selected, a logistics charge information query request can be sent to a logistics service provider according to the destination area information so as to obtain corresponding logistics charge information.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment provides a method for processing logistics information from the perspective of a client, with respect to the scenario shown in fig. 1-2, and with reference to fig. 5, the method may specifically include:
s510: and determining the associated trade order information in the process of receiving the logistics demand information through the target page.
Specifically, the transaction module and the logistics module may belong to the same system, or an association relationship such as cooperation exists between the transaction system and the logistics system, and an interface of the other party can be known, so that before or during filling of the logistics demand information, an operation option for inputting an identifier such as a related transaction order number can be provided, so that a user can fill a specific transaction order identifier, and further the logistics module or the system can acquire specific transaction order identifier information.
S520: acquiring a destination address and coding information which has a mapping relation with regional information from the transaction order information;
the purchaser user typically provides specific destination country, shipping address, and zip code information during the order placement process, and may save it to a specific trade order, and thus, may obtain the information from the trade order. Specifically, after the logistics module obtains the trade order identification information, the logistics module can read specific information such as a destination country, a destination address, zip code information and the like from the order database of the trade module. The read information can be directly filled into the relevant page.
S530: and submitting the destination address and the code information to a server for checking the accuracy of destination area information and the postal code information contained in the destination address.
After reading the destination country, the destination address and the postal code information from the transaction order, the information can be submitted to a server for checking the destination address and the accuracy of the postal code information. That is, the information related to the receiving address read in the transaction order is provided by the buyer user, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. For example, as previously described, it may be that the zip code of the upper zone is filled in, or that the zone is incomplete, etc.
S540: providing the checking result in the target page.
After the server side completes the check, the check result can be provided at the client side. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the shipping address information read from the transaction order is "United States Morris x", and the zip code is "07005", and it is found by checking that the shipping address is incomplete and the section information of "province/state" level is missing. Accordingly, the corresponding check result may be provided in a page, for example, may be presented as "the receiving address is incomplete, please edit the complete information", and so on. In particular, if the checking result is inaccurate, an operation option for re-editing the destination address and the zip code information may be provided, for example, an "edit" button shown in fig. 6, or the like.
