Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement them. Also, for the sake of clarity, parts not relevant to the description of the exemplary embodiments are omitted in the drawings.

In the garment manufacturing industry, determining garment production processes (garment manufacturing process sequences) is a necessary step prior to mass production of garments. The garment production process is used for the line production of garments and describes a plurality of steps for manufacturing a garment, each step (process) requiring sewing work, required equipment and the like to be completed. Taking ordinary jeans as an example, a general process analyst needs about 2 hours on average to complete the analysis of each process and the analysis of the process sequence, wherein the analysis of the process sequence needs half an hour. Further, the higher the complexity of the garment style, the longer time is required to complete the process sequence analysis. If there are more garments to be analyzed for the sequence of processes, the process analyst is required to spend more time.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the clothing process data are identified from the description information of the clothing process of the clothing; identifying garment design data from the garment design description information for the garment; the garment production process for producing the garment is generated based on the garment process data and the garment design data, garment parts and corresponding process and process sequence data do not need to be prepared in advance, and the garment production process is generated according to the description information of the garment process and the description information of the garment design of the garment, so that the process of analyzing the garment process sequence is automatic, and the analysis duration of the garment process can be shortened. Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a garment production process generation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method for generating a garment production process includes the following steps S110, S120, and S130:
in step S110, garment process data is identified from the description information of the garment process of the garment.
In step S120, garment design data is identified from the description information of the garment design of the garment.
In step S130, a garment production process for producing the garment is generated based on the garment process data and the garment design data.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment process is a description of a scheme for manufacturing a finished garment (garment process). For example, the garment process may include interrelationships between components of the garment, interrelationships between locations, what stitches are used to secure the interrelationships between components and the interrelationships between locations, and the like. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment process may be automatically generated by the system, or may be generated by the user or revised by the user based on the process information automatically generated by the system. For example, the description information of the garment process may be process information read from a storage medium by a computer or process information generated by a computer using existing garment process generation software. For another example, the description information of the garment process may be process information that is revised by a garment process analyst based on process information acquired through a computer. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the revised process information may be synchronized to the description information of the new garment process. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the clothing process describes clothing elements, which may include at least a part of a part, stitches of the part, and/or stitches of the part of the clothing. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a stitch refers to a sewing thread scheme for one sewing location of a garment, such as a double thread, a triple thread, a quintuple thread, and the like.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, step S110 includes: and identifying the clothing process data from the clothing process description information of the clothing by using a natural language processing method.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a Natural Language Processing (NLP) method enables a computer to understand both the meaning of a Natural Language text and express a given intention, idea, or the like in the Natural Language text. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the clothing process may be identified from the description information of the clothing process using a natural language processing method, and clothing process data of the description information of the identified clothing process may be acquired. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment design may include a plan view design file or a perspective view design file of the garment. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparel design description information describes at least a portion of the apparel elements and features of the apparel elements. The clothing CAD file can refer to a CAD drawing used for clothing proofing or mass production, and the clothing graphic description finished by using a CAD tool contains information such as the real size of each piece of the clothing.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the description information of the clothing design comprises the computer-aided design file of the clothing, the clothing production process can be generated according to the description information of the clothing process of the clothing and the description information of the clothing design without preparing the clothing parts and the corresponding process and process sequence data in advance, so that the process of analyzing the clothing process sequence is automated, and the analysis duration of the clothing process can be shortened. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the clothing design may be recognized through various preset recognition methods. For example, the document may be preprocessed, after which the concavity and convexity of the common edge of the intersecting surfaces in the document are determined by defining the base plane, and finally the document features are identified by a graph matching method. In the related art, there are various schemes that can be used to identify the description information of the clothing design, and this disclosure will not be described in detail here.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes and the order of the processes represented in the production process characteristic data of the garment may be the same, partially the same, or different from the processes and the order of the processes in the garment process database. Thus, in determining the manufacturing process sequence relationship for the garment elements comprising the garment, it is possible to determine a plurality of manufacturing process sequence relationships, each determined manufacturing process sequence relationship being different from the others as candidates for an appropriate manufacturing process sequence relationship for manufacturing the garment. Therefore, the production process sequence relationship in the candidate with the highest predicted value is determined as the determined production process sequence relationship. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the predicted value may refer to a probability (probability) that the candidate solution is selected, or may be a value calculated by using a correlation technique. Furthermore, a garment production process including the production process sequence relationship may be generated based on the production process sequence relationship of the garment elements including the garment in the candidate scenario with the highest predicted value determined. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when determining the plurality of production process sequence relationships, the predicted values to be adopted for the sequences of the respective processes are different, and such predicted values can be obtained by the aforementioned prediction method, so that a higher predicted value of a candidate indicates a higher predicted value to be adopted for the sequence relationship of the process in the candidate. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that candidate solution predictors may be determined in a manner known in the relevant art.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process generation method may further include: in response to revising the garment production process of the garment, obtaining a revised production process sequence relationship; and updating the preset clothing process database based on the revised sequence relation of the production processes.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, revisions to garment manufacturing processes for the garment may be synchronized to a garment process database. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case of obtaining the revised sequence relationship of the production processes, the influence of one revised process on other processes can be prompted, so as to grasp the specific revision details in the garment production process.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the revised sequence relation of the production procedures is obtained by responding to the revision of the garment production procedures of the garment; and updating the preset clothing process database based on the revised sequence relation of the production processes, so that the clothing process database can be updated based on the revised production processes of the clothing, and the applicability of the clothing process database is improved.
An example of a garment production process according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 illustrates an exemplary schematic diagram of a garment production process 300 in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the garment manufacturing process 300 is information on a manufacturing process of trousers. In fig. 3, the table at the lower right shows the explanation of the working property symbol and the explanation of the procedure using equipment in the garment production procedure (the sequence relation of the production procedures). In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process may also include prompts for the equipment used in the process.
In the description of the operation property symbol, the inverted triangle symbol indicates that the cut piece is stopped, and the cut piece-obtained member, for example, a cloth for a bag, a label, or the like is described above the inverted triangle symbol. In the explanation of the process-using apparatus, the process numbers are written. The sequence numbers of the processes shown in fig. 3 are recorded in open circle symbols, shaded circle symbols, and ring symbols from 1 to 29, respectively, and represent the sequence of the corresponding operations, that is, the sequence of the processes. In the process use equipment description, the processes 1, 8, 22 and 23 are performed using a three-thread overlock machine; procedures 2, 4, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 20, 21, 24, 25, 28 and 29 were performed using a single needle lockstitch machine; step 3 is executed by using a flat seaming machine; process 16 is performed using a stamp; steps 5, 7, 11, 15, 17 and 26 were performed using a single needle lockstitch machine and a deckle; the process 27 is performed using manual work.
It should be noted that garment production process 300 is merely one example of a garment production process in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the garment manufacturing process for a garment generated using the garment manufacturing process generation scheme in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be represented in a different form than the garment manufacturing process 300, for example, may be represented in plain text. Therefore, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific expression form of the garment production process, and various expression forms known or unknown in the related art may be adopted as long as the garment production process can be clearly expressed.

As shown in fig. 4, descriptive information of the garment process may be received. Thereafter, garment process data is identified from the garment process description information of the garment. The description information of the clothing design can be identified to obtain the clothing design data of the description information of the clothing design in the description information of the clothing design. And merging the clothing process data of the clothing process description information and the clothing design data of the clothing design description information to obtain the characteristic data of the production process of the clothing. Next, a production process sequence relation of the garment elements including the garment may be determined based on the preset garment process database and the production process characteristic data of the garment to generate a garment production process of the garment including the production process sequence relation. The garment production process for the created garment may be provided to a process analyst or other person 401.
In another embodiment, a revision to a garment manufacturing process for a garment may be received to obtain a revised manufacturing process sequence relationship for garment elements comprising the garment. And updating a preset clothing process database based on the revised production process sequence relation of the clothing elements containing the clothing.
An example of an application scenario of a garment production process generation method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of an application scenario of a garment production process generation method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
The scheme shown in fig. 5 determines sequence candidates (which can also be considered as garment production process candidates) of each process by an algorithm based on the structural process sequence data. The main process is as follows:
1. on the basis of the description information of the garment process filled by a user, parts and stitches in the description information of each garment process are identified based on a Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm, the parts, the part lengths, the part curves and the part sewing relations and the like in the garment CAD (description information of garment design) are identified through the algorithm, and the production process characteristic data of the garment is combined and formed. The combined production process characteristic data comprises: information of parts, positions, stitches, position lengths, position curves and straightens, position sewing relations and the like.
2. Based on the accumulated (preset) clothing process database (including the sequence of the process, and the part, stitch, part length, part curve, part sewing relation and the like of the process), in the same category, aiming at the characteristic data of the production process of the current clothing, the sequence relation of each production process is determined, and the determined sequence relation of the production process is obtained.
3. After the production process is manually revised (adjusted) by the user, the process finished by the user and the sequence of the process are stored and accumulated (updated) in the clothing process database.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for providing a garment production process is provided, including:
acquiring the description information of the garment process and the garment design of the garment; generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the description information of the garment process and the description information of the garment design of the garment; and sending the clothes production process to a clothes production party.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a garment production process provider such as an enterprise, organization, or individual who generates a garment production process may be different from an enterprise, organization, or individual who generates a garment production process, and therefore, the garment production process provider may provide the generated garment production process to other garment producers so that the other garment producers can perform production or other processing using the garment production process.

For example, the application scenario shown in fig. 6 may be a digital production scenario of a garment factory, where the device 630 such as a computer and the production device 640 and/or 650 serve as an execution mechanism for digital production in the garment factory, automatically generate a garment production process for a garment using the description information 610 of the garment process and the description information 620 of the garment design, and execute production. For another example, the device 630 such as a computer belongs to a separate garment production process provider of the garment, and the production device 640 and/or 650 belongs to a garment factory, and a garment production process of the garment can be automatically generated by the garment production process provider of the garment and then provided to the garment factory, and the garment can be produced by the production device 640 and/or 650. In these examples, automated production of garment production processes for garments is an important step in garment production.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that any embodiment of the present disclosure can be combined with the content described with reference to fig. 1 to 6 to obtain the corresponding technical effect, and the detailed description of the present disclosure is omitted.
While the foregoing embodiments describe the internal functions and structures of the garment production process generation apparatus and garment production apparatus, in one possible design, the structures of the garment production process generation apparatus and garment production apparatus may be implemented as an electronic device, such as shown in fig. 7, which electronic device 700 may include a processor 701 and a memory 702.
The memory 702 is used for storing a program for supporting an electronic device to execute the garment production process generation method and the garment production method in any of the above embodiments, and the processor 701 is configured to execute the program stored in the memory 702.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 702 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by the processor 701 to implement the garment production process generation method and the garment production method as described above.
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer storage medium for storing computer software instructions for the positioning apparatus, which includes a program for executing any of the above embodiments, thereby providing technical effects brought by the method.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer system suitable for implementing a garment production process generation method and a garment production method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, the computer system 800 includes a processor (CPU, GPU, TPU, FPGA, etc.) which can execute various processes in the embodiments shown in the above-described figures according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)802 or a program loaded from a storage section 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 800 are also stored. The processor 801, the ROM802, and the RAM803 are connected to each other by a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 805: an input portion 806 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 808 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 808 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 809 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 809 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 810 is also connected to the I/O interface 805 as necessary. A removable medium 811 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 810 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted on the storage section 808 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the methods described above with reference to the figures may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the methods of the figures. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication section 809 and/or installed from the removable medium 811.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowcharts or block diagrams may represent a module, a program segment, or a portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units or modules described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. The units or modules described may also be provided in a processor, and the names of the units or modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the units or modules themselves.
As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be the computer-readable storage medium included in the apparatus in the above-described embodiment; or it may be a separate computer readable storage medium not incorporated into the device. The computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs which are used by one or more processors to perform the methods described in the present disclosure, thereby providing technical effects brought by the methods.
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is possible without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the features disclosed in this disclosure having similar functions are replaced with each other to form the technical solution.

Claims (26)

1. A garment production process generation method comprises the following steps:
identifying garment process data from the garment process description information of the garment;
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information for the garment;
and generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment process data and the garment design data.
2. The method of claim 1, the generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment process data and the garment design data, comprising:
acquiring production process characteristic data of the garment based on the garment process data and the garment design data;
and determining the sequence relation of the production processes of the clothes based on the process characteristic data so as to generate the clothes production process of the clothes.
3. The method of claim 2, said determining a manufacturing process sequence relationship for said garment based on said process characterization data to generate a garment manufacturing process for said garment, comprising:
and determining the sequence relation of the production procedures of the clothes based on a preset clothes procedure database and the procedure characteristic data so as to generate the clothes production procedures of the clothes.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining a manufacturing process sequence relationship for the garment based on a predetermined garment process database and the process characteristic data to generate a garment manufacturing process for the garment comprises:
and determining the sequence relation of the production procedures of the clothes by using a preset prediction algorithm based on a preset clothes procedure database and the procedure characteristic data so as to generate the clothes production procedures of the clothes.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein determining a manufacturing process sequence relationship for the garment based on a predetermined garment process database and the process characteristic data to generate a garment manufacturing process for the garment comprises:
determining a candidate scheme of the sequence relation of the production procedures of the clothes based on a preset clothes procedure database and the procedure characteristic data;
determining a production process sequence relation in a candidate scheme with the highest predicted value as the determined production process sequence relation;
and generating the clothing production process of the clothing based on the determined sequence relation of the production processes.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in response to revising the garment production process of the garment, obtaining a revised production process sequence relationship;
and updating the preset clothing process database based on the revised sequence relation of the production processes.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein determining a manufacturing process sequence relationship for the garment based on a predetermined garment process database and the process characteristic data to generate a garment manufacturing process for the garment comprises:
determining the category of the clothes in a preset clothes procedure database;
and determining the sequence relation of the production processes of the clothes based on a preset clothes process database and the process characteristic data aiming at the category of the clothes to generate the clothes production process of the clothes.
8. The method of claim 2 or 3, the garment process description information describing a garment element, the garment design description information describing at least a portion of the garment element and a feature of the garment element.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the description information of the garment design comprises a computer-aided design file of the garment.
10. A garment production process generation device comprising:
the process identification module is configured to identify garment process data from the description information of the garment process of the garment;
a design identification module configured to identify garment design data from the garment design description information for the garment;
a generation module configured to generate a garment production procedure for producing the garment based on the garment process data and the garment design data.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, the generating module comprising:
a process characteristic acquisition sub-module configured to acquire production process characteristic data of the garment based on the garment process data and the garment design data;
a garment production process determination sub-module configured to determine a production process order relationship for the garment based on the process characteristic data to generate a garment production process for the garment.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, the garment production procedure determination sub-module further configured to:
and determining the sequence relation of the production procedures of the clothes based on a preset clothes procedure database and the procedure characteristic data so as to generate the clothes production procedures of the clothes.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, the garment production procedure determination sub-module further configured to:
and determining the sequence relation of the production procedures of the clothes by using a preset prediction algorithm based on a preset clothes procedure database and the procedure characteristic data so as to generate the clothes production procedures of the clothes.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, the assembly process determination sub-module further configured to:
determining a candidate scheme of the sequence relation of the production procedures of the clothes based on a preset clothes procedure database and the procedure characteristic data;
determining a production process sequence relation in a candidate scheme with the highest predicted value as the determined production process sequence relation;
a garment production process generation sub-module configured to generate a garment production process for the garment based on the determined production process sequence relationship.
15. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
an acquisition module configured to acquire a revised manufacturing process sequence relationship in response to a revision of a garment manufacturing process for the garment;
an update module configured to update the preset garment process database based on the revised production process sequence relationship.
16. The apparatus of claim 12, the garment production procedure determination sub-module further configured to:
determining the category of the clothes in a preset clothes procedure database;
and determining the sequence relation of the production processes of the clothes based on a preset clothes process database and the process characteristic data aiming at the category of the clothes to generate the clothes production process of the clothes.
17. The apparatus of claim 11 or 12, the garment art description information describing a garment element, wherein the garment design description information describes at least a portion of the garment element and a feature of the garment element.
18. The apparatus according to any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein the description information of the garment design comprises a computer-aided design file of the garment.
19. A garment production process providing method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the description information of the garment process and the garment design of the garment;
generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the description information of the garment process and the description information of the garment design of the garment;
and sending the clothes production process to a clothes production party.
20. A garment production process providing apparatus comprising:
an acquisition module configured to acquire description information of a garment process and description information of a garment design of a garment;
a generation module configured to generate a garment production process for producing the garment based on the description information of the garment process and the description information of the garment design of the garment;
a sending module configured to send the garment production process to a garment production party.
21. A method of producing a garment, comprising:
acquiring the description information of the garment process and the garment design of the garment;
generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the description information of the garment process and the description information of the garment design of the garment;
and controlling production equipment to perform clothing production based on the clothing production process.
22. A garment production device comprising:
an acquisition module configured to acquire description information of a garment process and description information of a garment design of a garment;
a generation module configured to generate a garment production process for producing the garment based on the description information of the garment process and the description information of the garment design of the garment;
a control module configured to control a production apparatus to perform garment production based on the garment production process.
23. An auxiliary generation method for a garment production process comprises the following steps:
providing a garment production procedure generation interface;
acquiring the description information of the garment process and the garment design of the garment;
and generating a clothing production procedure of the clothing by utilizing the clothing process data in the clothing process description information and the clothing design data in the clothing design description information based on the operation of the user on the production procedure generation interface.
24. The method of claim 23, further comprising:
and updating the clothing production process of the clothing based on the revision of the clothing production process of the clothing on the clothing production process generation interface of the user.
25. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by the processor to implement the method of any of claims 1-9, 19, 21, 23, 24.
26. A readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-9, 19, 21, 23, 24.
