According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the costume design data is identified from the description information of the costume design of the costume; the garment production process for producing the garment is generated based on the garment design data, so that the process of analyzing the garment process can be automated, the analyzing time of the garment process is shortened, and the proofing delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of the garment are/is accelerated.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a garment production process generation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the garment production process generating method includes the following steps S110 and S120:
in step S110, garment design data is identified from the description information of the garment design of the garment;
in step S120, a garment production process for producing the garment is generated based on the garment design data.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment design may include a plan view design file or a perspective view design file of the garment. In addition, the plan view design file or the three-dimensional design file of the garment not only includes the design information of the whole garment, but also includes the design information of each part of the garment, the position relationship among the parts, stitches of different parts of each part and other various elements of the garment structure. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the plan view design file or the perspective view design file of the garment may be a garment cutting map, which is a basis for cutting the garment. The clothing cutting diagram is that on the basis of a clothing design effect diagram or a style diagram, all parts of a garment piece are drawn according to the combination principle of a clothing structure, and a line drawing method, a calculation formula and the like of all parts are marked in detail.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment Design includes a Computer Aided Design (CAD) file of the garment. The clothing CAD file can refer to a CAD drawing used for clothing proofing or mass production, and the clothing graphic description finished by using a CAD tool contains information such as the real size of each piece of the clothing. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment design may be entered by a user, such as a designer, a process analyst, a production team leader, or may be automatically obtained by the system.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the description information of the clothing design comprises the computer-aided design file of the clothing, and the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the identified computer-aided design file of the clothing, so that the analysis time of the clothing process can be shortened, and the delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of the clothing proofing can be accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the clothing design may be recognized through various preset recognition methods. For example, the document may be preprocessed, after which the concavity and convexity of the common edge of the intersecting surfaces in the document are determined by defining the base plane, and finally the document features are identified by a graph matching method. In the related art, there are various schemes that can be used to analyze the description information of the clothing design, and this disclosure will not be described in detail here.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment process describes a garment element. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment element in the description information of the garment design includes at least a part of a part, a stitch of the part, and/or a stitch of the part of the garment.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the clothing elements in the description information of the clothing design comprise at least one part of the parts, the stitches of the parts and/or the stitches of the parts of the clothing, and the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the identified description information of the clothing design, so that the analysis time of the clothing process can be shortened, and the sampling delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of the clothing can be accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a stitch refers to a sewing thread scheme for one sewing location of a garment, such as a double thread, a triple thread, a quintuple thread, and the like.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the clothing elements in the description information of the clothing design may also include other clothing elements besides parts, locations, and portions of the clothing. For example, the clothing elements may include a yarn direction, which refers to the warp and weft directions of the textile material, with horizontal, straight, diagonal components. For example, the clothing element may include a width, which refers to the width of the textile material in the weft direction. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, specific types and numbers of the clothing elements in the description information of the clothing design are not limited, and any part constituting the description information of the clothing design may be used as the clothing elements.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in the presence of a garment order, the garment elements may also include some additional information in the garment order, such as preference information, brand attribute information, and the like, which may also be used to determine the garment production process used to produce the garment. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, some of the preference information in the order for the garment may include preference information such as "build," "loose," "light," "youth," and may also include attribute information of the brand of the garment, such as "luxury," "cost/performance," etc., which may be additional information to be considered in generating a garment production process for producing the garment. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment elements may include additional information such as information on the fabric used for the garment, and different fabrics may correspond to different processes. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment elements may include customized components that may employ a particular process. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment elements may include additional information such as order prices, and different garment production processes may be provided for different order prices. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment design may include the various additional information described previously, or such additional information may be present alone as a reference in generating the garment production process.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, garment design data, or alternatively, feature data that characterizes garment elements, is identified from the garment design description information for the garment. The garment design data may be an array of data. An array is a special variable that consists of multiple array elements that can hold multiple different types of data. The array exists for solving the limitation that one variable can only store one data, and a plurality of data items can be stored by using the array. The array data is suitable for the garment design data in the description information representing the garment design with more variables. The specific generation mode and the use mode of the array data can be obtained from the related technology, and details of the disclosure are omitted.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, step S120 includes: determining whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data; and extracting a garment production process from the preset garment process file based on the determination that the first relationship is established between the garment elements of the garment.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data comprises the following steps: determining whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data; the method has the advantages that the first relation is established among the clothing elements of the clothing, the clothing production process is extracted from the preset clothing process file, and the clothing production process of the clothing can be conveniently and quickly generated, so that the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated, the analysis time of the clothing process is shortened, and the sampling delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of the clothing are/is accelerated. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment process file may record knowledge related to the garment process and the correlation between the knowledge and the garment process, and record the garment production process with the garment. The garment art document may be a document in various forms. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment process file is a map obtained based on garment process knowledge.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the clothing process file is an atlas (or called clothing process atlas) obtained based on clothing process knowledge, so that the process of analyzing clothing processes can be automated based on the clothing process knowledge atlas, the analysis time of the clothing processes is shortened, and the delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of clothing proofing are/is accelerated.
In the related art, a Knowledge Graph (knowledgegraph), in the book intelligence domain, may be referred to as Knowledge domain visualization or Knowledge domain mapping map. The knowledge graph is a series of different graphs for displaying the relation between the knowledge development process and the structure, and can describe knowledge resources and carriers thereof by using a visualization technology, and mine, analyze, construct, draw and display knowledge and the mutual relation between the knowledge resources and the carriers.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the process of the garment process file recording may include a manual process, a machine process, a combination of manual and machine processes. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment process file may also record process information corresponding to the garment process. Therefore, in the case of generating a garment production process for producing the garment, a garment production process can also be prompted. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a garment process refers to the making of a description of a solution to complete a garment. The garment production process information is used for the line production of garments and describes a plurality of steps for manufacturing a garment, each step (process) requiring sewing work, required equipment and the like to be completed.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment process knowledge map may display the knowledge involved in the garment process and the interrelationships between them. A schematic diagram of one example of a garment process knowledge map according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 illustrates an exemplary schematic diagram utilizing a garment process knowledge map 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The garment technology knowledge map 300 shown in fig. 3 includes three garment elements, a component represented by a triangle, a region represented by a square, and a stitch represented by a circle. The connecting lines between the various garment elements in the garment technology knowledge map 300 represent the relationships between the different garment elements (no specific relationship is noted in the figure). For example, a component may be associated with a location that is in the middle of the component. It should be noted that each clothing element may have clothing elements. It should be noted that the inclusion of three garment elements, component, location, and stitch, in atlas 300 is merely an example. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the actual applied garment process knowledge map may employ various other garment elements.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether a first relationship is established between the garment elements based on a preset garment process file and garment design data. For example, whether a relationship is established between the set of components, parts, and parts in a preset clothing process knowledge graph may be searched by using an array of data of the components, parts, and a relationship found in the preset clothing process knowledge graph based on feature data of clothing elements determined by description information of clothing design may be referred to as a first relationship.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process in the first relation, i.e., the manufacturing scheme of the garment, may be extracted from a preset garment process file based on the first relation. For example, the garment production process in the first relationship may be extracted from a preset garment process knowledge map based on the first relationship. The garment production process can be used as the resulting garment production process.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process generating method may further include: receiving the revision of the garment production process, and acquiring the revised garment production process.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the revised clothing production process is obtained by receiving the revision of the clothing production process, so that the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the revised clothing production process, the clothing process accuracy is improved, the clothing process analysis time is shortened, and the clothing proofing delivery cycle and/or the production cycle are/is accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process generating method may further include: identifying revised garment process data from the revised garment manufacturing process; determining whether a second relation is established between the clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the revised clothing process data; prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the second relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing; and recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the revised garment process data is identified from the revised garment production process; determining whether a second relation is established between the clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the revised clothing process data; prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the second relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing; the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations between the clothing elements are recovered to the clothing process file, so that the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations between the clothing elements can be recovered and the clothing process file can be updated, and the applicability of the clothing process file is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, if the manufacturer has a requirement for an adjustment or revision to the garment production process automatically obtained based on the first relationship, the automatically obtained garment production process may be revised by a user such as a process analyst. For example, the process analyst may modify certain garment elements and relationships between garment elements in the automatically acquired garment production process, or may also add or subtract garment elements and/or relationships between garment elements. Therefore, when the technical scheme for generating the garment production process according to the embodiment of the disclosure is implemented, the revision of the garment production process can be received, and the revised garment production process can be obtained.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, revised garment process data, or what is referred to as, characteristic data of garment elements in the revised garment production process, may be identified from the revised garment production process.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a Natural Language Processing (NLP) method enables a computer to understand both the meaning of a Natural Language text and express a given intention, idea, or the like in the Natural Language text. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, natural language processing methods may be used to identify clothing elements and relationships between clothing elements from a clothing production process input or revised by a process analyst, and generate feature data for the identified clothing elements based on the identified clothing elements and relationships between clothing elements. The natural language processing method in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be various methods in the related art, and the present disclosure is not described in detail herein.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the revised garment production process may or may not differ significantly from the automatically obtained garment production process. However, if there is a difference in the process, it indicates that the process relationship embodied in the revised garment production process may be different from the process relationship described in the garment process file or may not be described in the garment process file. In order to determine whether such a situation exists, revised garment process data identified from the revised garment manufacturing process is also required, and whether a second relationship is established between garment elements is determined based on the preset garment process file and the revised garment process data. The second relationship is different from the first relationship in that the first relationship is determined from a preset garment process file using the description information of the garment design, and the second relationship is determined from the preset garment process file using the revised garment production process. The first and second relationships differ only in the source of the data on which the determination is based, and the two relationships themselves may be the same.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, if it is determined that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements, that is, the relationship between the clothing elements in the description information of the clothing design is not found from the preset clothing process file, the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements may be labeled and confirmed by the process analyst, and the labeled and confirmed relationship may be recycled to the clothing process file, so that subsequent similar clothing processes may be determined from the clothing process file as a conventional part in the clothing process file.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, if it is determined that the second relationship is established between the clothing elements, that is, the relationship between the clothing elements and the clothing elements in the revised clothing production process can be found from the preset clothing process file, the revised clothing production process can also be obtained from the preset clothing process file. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, if it is determined that the second relationship is not established between the clothing elements, that is, the revised clothing process data identified from the revised clothing production process cannot be determined in the preset clothing process file, the clothing elements in the revised clothing production process and the clothing element relationships between the clothing elements may be labeled and confirmed, and the clothing element relationships may be recycled to the clothing process file, so that subsequent similar clothing processes may be determined from the clothing process file as a conventional part in the clothing process file.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process generating method may further include: prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing; and recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, based on the fact that the first relation is not established among the clothing elements of the clothing, the clothing elements and the relation among the clothing elements are prompted to be labeled and confirmed; the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations between the clothing elements are recovered to the clothing process file, so that the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations between the clothing elements can be recovered and the clothing process file can be updated, and the applicability of the clothing process file is improved.
A garment production process creation apparatus according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 shows a block diagram of a garment production process generation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the garment production process generation apparatus 200 includes a design identification module 210 and a generation module 220.
Design identification module 210 is configured to identify garment design data from the garment design description information for the garment.
The generating module 220 is configured to generate a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the design identification module is configured to identify the garment design data from the description information of the garment design of the garment; the generating module is configured to generate a clothing production process for producing the clothing based on the clothing design data, so that the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated, the analysis time of the clothing process is shortened, and the delivery cycle of the clothing proofing is accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the generating module 220 includes: the first relation determining submodule is configured to determine whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data; the extracting sub-module is configured to determine that the first relation is established among the clothing elements of the clothing based on the first relation determining sub-module, and extract a clothing production process from the preset clothing process file.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the generation module comprises: the first relation determining submodule is configured to determine whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data; the extracting submodule is configured to determine that the first relation is established among the clothing elements of the clothing based on the first relation determining submodule, extract the clothing production process from the preset clothing process file, and conveniently and quickly generate the clothing production process of the clothing, so that the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated, the analysis time of the clothing process is shortened, and the delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of the clothing sampling are/is accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment process file is a map obtained based on garment process knowledge.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the clothing process file is the map obtained based on the clothing process knowledge, so that the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the clothing process knowledge map, the analysis time of the clothing process is shortened, and the delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of the clothing sampling are/is accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process generating apparatus 200 may further include: a receiving module (not shown in the figure) configured to receive the revision of the garment production process and obtain the revised garment production process.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the receiving module is configured to receive the revision of the clothing production process and obtain the revised clothing production process, so that the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the revised clothing production process, the clothing process accuracy is improved, the clothing process analysis time is shortened, and the clothing proofing delivery cycle and/or the production cycle are/is accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process generating apparatus 200 may further include: a process identification module configured to identify revised garment process data from the revised garment production process; a second relationship determination module configured to determine whether a second relationship is established between garment elements of the garment based on a preset garment process file and revised garment process data; the prompt module is configured to determine that the second relation is not established among the clothing elements of the clothing based on the second relation determination sub-module, prompt the marking and the confirmation of the clothing elements and the relation among the clothing elements, and the recovery module is configured to recover the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relation among the clothing elements to the clothing craft file.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the process identification module is configured to identify revised garment process data from the revised garment production process; a second relationship determination module configured to determine whether a second relationship is established between garment elements of the garment based on a preset garment process file and revised garment process data; the recovery module is configured to recover the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file, so that the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the revised clothing production process, the clothing process accuracy is improved, the clothing process analysis duration is shortened, and the clothing sampling delivery cycle and/or the production cycle are/is accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment production process generating apparatus 200 may further include:
a prompt module configured to prompt annotation and confirmation of the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on a determination that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing; a recycle module configured to recycle the labeled and validated clothing elements and the relationships between the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the prompting module is configured to prompt the marking and confirmation of the clothing elements and the relation between the clothing elements based on the fact that the first relation is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing; the recovery module is configured to recover the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements to the clothing process file, so that the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements can be recovered and the clothing process file can be updated, and the applicability of the clothing process file is improved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where the second relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing based on the second relationship determination sub-module, and in a case where the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing based on the determination, the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements that are labeled and confirmed may be recycled to the clothing process file, and thus, the recycling module may be the same module.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment element in the description information of the garment design includes at least a part of a part, a stitch of the part, and/or a stitch of the part of the garment.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the clothing elements in the description information of the clothing design comprise at least one part of the parts, the stitches of the parts and/or the stitches of the parts of the clothing, and the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the identified description information of the clothing design, so that the analysis time of the clothing process can be shortened, and the sampling delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of the clothing can be accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment design includes a computer-aided design file of the garment.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the solution described with reference to fig. 2 may be combined with the embodiments described with reference to fig. 1 and 3 to achieve the technical effects achieved by the embodiments described with reference to fig. 1 and 3. For details, reference may be made to the description above with reference to fig. 1 and 3, and details thereof are not described herein again.
An example of a data flow direction of an application scenario using the garment production process generation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a data flow of an application scenario of a garment production process generation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the description information of the garment design may be acquired by a CAD or the like. Thereafter, it is determined whether a first relationship is established between garment elements of the garment in the garment process file based on the garment design data identified from the descriptive information of the garment design. And if the first relation is established among the clothing elements, extracting the clothing production process in the first relation from the clothing process file. In one embodiment, the automatically acquired garment production process may be provided to the producer 401. If the first relation between the clothing elements is determined not to be established, a person such as a process analyst is required to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relation between the clothing elements, and the labeled and confirmed clothing elements and the relation between the clothing elements are recycled to the clothing process file.
In another embodiment, a person such as a process analyst may be required to revise the automatically obtained garment manufacturing process, which may be an adjustment to existing garment elements and relationships of garment elements, or a newly added garment element and relationship of garment elements. Revised garment process data can be identified from the revised garment manufacturing process. It is determined whether a second relationship (different from the first relationship determined based on the description information of the garment design) is established between garment elements in the garment process file based on the revised garment process data thus identified. And if the second relation is established among the clothing elements, extracting the clothing production process in the second relation of the clothing elements from the clothing process file. In one embodiment, the revised garment production process may be provided to the producer 401. If the second relation between the clothing elements is not established, a person such as a process analyst is required to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relation between the clothing elements, and the labeled and confirmed clothing elements and the relation between the clothing elements are recycled to the clothing process file.
An example of an application scenario of a garment production process generation method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of an application scenario of a garment production process generation method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
The scheme shown in fig. 5 identifies the information of parts, positions, stitches and the like of the clothing CAD through an algorithm. And (4) finishing the generation of the automatic garment production process by combining the garment process file. And identifying and recovering the garment process filled by the user through an NLP algorithm, and continuously updating the garment process file. The main process is as follows:
1. the graphical algorithm identifies the garment CAD, what parts each cut piece is, what locations it has, and the stitches of each location. And obtaining array data of the parts, the positions and the traces.
2. And searching or matching each group of parts, parts and stitches in the clothing process file by using the array of parts, parts and stitches identified by the CAD graph. It is determined whether a relationship has been established. If the knowledge file exists, extracting the process description in the relation of the knowledge file and the three, and automatically generating the clothing production process. If not, the data flows into the annotation recovery system.
3. Based on the automatically recommended garment production process, the user manually modifies the garment production process, i.e., obtains the modified garment production process. The NLP algorithm identifies the garment process, natural sentence break, and the NLP identifies (disassembles) parts, locations, stitches, etc. of each sentence completed by the user. And comparing the data with the clothing process file, if the data is not in the clothing process file, enabling the data to flow into a labeling system, and performing injection recovery on the data.
4. Label recovery process
And 4.1) manually marking and confirming the new part, position and stitch relation identified by the CAD graph, and recovering the new part, position, stitch relation and the relation of the three into a garment process file to form conventional process description.
And 4.2) the user fills in the new part, part and stitch process description, and the new part, stitch and the relation among the three are recovered to a garment process file through manual marking and confirmation to form a conventional process description.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a garment production process providing method is provided, including:
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information of the garment;
generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data;
and sending the garment production process to a garment production party.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the costume design data is identified from the description information of the costume design of the costume; generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data; the clothing production process is sent to a clothing production party, and the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the identified description information of the clothing design, so that the analysis time of the clothing process can be shortened, and the delivery cycle and/or the production cycle of the clothing proofing can be accelerated. Moreover, the scheme is suitable for full-scale clothes and scenes of various clothes style changes, and the efficiency of clothes production is improved by providing an automatically generated clothes production process.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a garment production process providing apparatus including:
an identification module configured to identify garment design data from the descriptive information of the garment design of the garment;
a generation module configured to generate a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data;
a sending module configured to send the garment production process to a garment production party.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a garment production method, comprising:
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information of the garment;
generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data;
and controlling production equipment to execute the clothing production based on the clothing production process.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a garment production device including:
an identification module configured to identify garment design data from the descriptive information of the garment design of the garment;
a generation module configured to generate a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data;
a control module configured to control a production apparatus to perform garment production based on the garment production process.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the identification module is configured to identify the garment design data from the description information of the garment design of the garment; a generation module configured to generate a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data; the control module is configured to control the production equipment to execute the clothing production based on the clothing production process, and the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the identified description information of the clothing design, so that the time length of the clothing process analysis can be shortened, and the clothing sampling delivery can be accelerated. Moreover, the scheme is suitable for full-scale clothes and scenes of various clothes style changes, and production is carried out by providing automatically generated clothes production process control equipment, so that the clothes production efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, an auxiliary generation method for a garment production process is provided, including:
providing a garment production process generation interface;
acquiring description information of the clothing design of the clothing;
and generating a clothing production process for producing the clothing by utilizing the clothing design data in the clothing design description information based on the operation of the user on the production process generation interface.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, an interface is generated by providing a garment production process; acquiring description information of the clothing design of the clothing; the method is characterized in that a production process generation interface is generated by utilizing the garment design data in the description information of the garment design based on the operation of a user on the production process generation interface, and the process of analyzing the garment process can be automated based on the identified description information of the garment design, so that the analysis time of the garment process can be shortened, and the sampling delivery of the garment is accelerated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the auxiliary generation method of the garment production process further includes:
updating the garment production process for the garment based on a revision of the garment production process for the garment by the user at the garment production process generation interface.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the clothing production process of the clothing is updated based on the revision of the clothing production process of the clothing on the clothing production process generation interface of the user, and the process of analyzing the clothing process can be automated based on the identified description information of the clothing design, so that the analysis time of the clothing process can be shortened, and the clothing sampling delivery is accelerated.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the user who provides the description information of the garment design may be the same as or different from the user who accepts the garment production process.
An example of an application scenario of a garment production method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 shows an exemplary schematic diagram of an application scenario of a garment production method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, a device 630, such as a computer, submits a request to obtain a garment production process. A device 630, such as a computer, generates a garment production flow from the acquired garment production process. The device 630, such as a computer, sends the garment production flow to the production device 640 and/or the production device 650 to perform garment production. Specifically, the device 630, such as a computer, identifies the description information 610 of the clothing design, and acquires the clothing design data in the description information 610 of the clothing design. A device 630, such as a computer, generates a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data. In another example, the apparatus 630, such as a computer, may be integrated with the production apparatus 640 and/or the production apparatus 650 as a garment production device. That is, the device 630, such as a computer, determines the process of producing the garment and produces the garment based on the determined process.
All of the garment production methods discussed in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied in the application scenario shown in fig. 6, and are not limited to the garment production method of the specific embodiment. For example, the application scenario shown in fig. 6 may be a digital production scenario of a garment factory, where the device 630 such as a computer and the production device 640 and/or 650 are used as an execution mechanism for digital production in the garment factory, automatically generate a garment production process for a garment by using the description information 610 of the garment process, and execute production. For another example, the device 630 such as a computer belongs to a garment production process provider of the independent garment, and the production device 640 and/or 650 belongs to a garment factory, and a garment production process of the garment can be automatically generated by the garment production process provider of the garment and then provided to the garment factory, and the garment is produced by the production device 640 and/or 650. In these examples, automated production of garment production processes for garments is an important step in garment production. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that any embodiment of the present disclosure can be combined with the content described with reference to fig. 1 to 6 to obtain the corresponding technical effect, and the detailed description of the present disclosure is omitted.
The foregoing embodiments describe the internal functions and structures of the garment production process generation apparatus, the garment production process providing apparatus, and the garment production apparatus, and in one possible design, the structures of the garment production process generation apparatus, the garment production process providing apparatus, and the garment production apparatus may be implemented as an electronic device, as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 700 may include a processor 701 and a memory 702.
The memory 702 is used for storing a program for supporting an electronic device to execute the garment production process generation method and the garment production method in any of the above embodiments, and the processor 701 is configured to execute the program stored in the memory 702.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 702 is used to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by the processor 701 to implement the steps of:
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information of the garment;
and generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data includes:
determining whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data;
and extracting a garment production process from the preset garment process file based on the determination that the first relationship is established between the garment elements of the garment.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment process file is a map obtained based on garment process knowledge.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 702 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are further executable by the processor 701 to implement the steps of:
and receiving the revision of the garment production process, and acquiring the revised garment production process.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 702 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are further executable by the processor 701 to implement the steps of:
identifying revised garment process data from the revised garment manufacturing process;
determining whether a second relation is established between the clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the revised clothing process data;
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the second relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
and recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 702 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are further executable by the processor 701 to implement the steps of:
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
and recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the garment element in the description information of the garment design includes at least a part of a part, a stitch of the part, and/or a stitch of the part of the garment.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the description information of the garment design includes a computer-aided design file of the garment.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 702 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are further executable by the processor 701 to implement the steps of:
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information of the garment;
generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data;
and sending the garment production process to a garment production party.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 702 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are further executable by the processor 701 to implement the steps of:
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information of the garment;
generating a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data;
and controlling production equipment to execute the clothing production based on the clothing production process.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 702 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are further executable by the processor 701 to implement the steps of:
providing a garment production process generation interface;
acquiring description information of the clothing design of the clothing;
and generating a clothing production process for producing the clothing by utilizing the clothing design data in the clothing design description information based on the operation of the user on the production process generation interface.
The exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer storage medium for storing computer software instructions for implementing aspects of the embodiments of the present disclosure, which includes a program for executing any of the embodiments described above, thereby providing technical effects brought by the method.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer system suitable for implementing a garment production process creation method and a production method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, a computer system 800 includes a processor (CPU, GPU, TPU, FPGA, etc.) 801 which can execute various processes in the embodiments shown in the above-described figures according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)802 or a program loaded from a storage section 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 800 are also stored. The processor 801, the ROM802, and the RAM803 are connected to each other by a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 805: an input portion 807 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 807 including a signal such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 808 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 809 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 809 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 810 is also connected to the I/O interface 805 as necessary. A removable medium 811 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 810 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted on the storage section 808 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the methods described above with reference to the figures may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the methods of the figures. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication section 809 and/or installed from the removable medium 811.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowcharts or block diagrams may represent a module, a program segment, or a portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. The units or modules described may also be provided in a processor, and the names of the units or modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the units or modules themselves.
As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be the computer-readable storage medium included in the apparatus in the above-described embodiment; or it may be a separate computer readable storage medium not incorporated into the device. The computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs which are used by one or more processors to perform the methods described in the present disclosure, thereby providing technical effects brought by the methods.

Claims (18)

1. A garment production process generation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information of the garment, wherein the garment design description information comprises garment elements, and the garment elements comprise preference information, brand attribute information, cloth information adopted by the garment and/or order price in a garment order;
determining whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data, wherein the clothing process file is an atlas obtained based on clothing process knowledge;
extracting a garment production process from the preset garment process file based on determining that the first relationship is established between garment elements of the garment;
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
and recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving the revision of the garment production process, and acquiring the revised garment production process.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
identifying revised garment process data from the revised garment manufacturing process;
determining whether a second relation is established between the clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the revised clothing process data;
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the second relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
and recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the garment elements in the garment design description information include at least a portion of a part, a location, a stitch of a part, and/or a stitch of a location of the garment.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the description information of the garment design comprises a computer-aided design file of the garment.
6. A garment production process generating device is characterized by comprising:
the garment design recognition module is configured to recognize garment design data from the description information of the garment design of the garment, wherein the description information of the garment design comprises garment elements, and the garment elements comprise preference information, brand attribute information, information of cloth adopted by the garment and/or order price in a garment order;
a generation module configured to generate a garment production process for producing the garment based on the garment design data;
the generation module comprises: the first relation determining submodule is configured to determine whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data, wherein the clothing process file is an atlas obtained based on clothing process knowledge;
the extracting sub-module is configured to determine that the first relation is established among the clothing elements of the clothing based on the first relation determining sub-module, and extract a clothing production process from the preset clothing process file;
a prompt module configured to prompt annotation and confirmation of the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on a determination that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
a recycle module configured to recycle the labeled and validated clothing elements and the relationships between the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the receiving module is configured to receive the revision of the garment production process and acquire the revised garment production process.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a process identification module configured to identify revised garment process data from the revised garment production process;
a second relationship determination module configured to determine whether a second relationship is established between garment elements of the garment based on a preset garment process file and revised garment process data;
the prompting module is further configured to determine that the second relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing based on a second relationship determination sub-module, and prompt to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements;
the recovery module is further configured to recover the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relationships between the clothing elements to the clothing process file after the prompt module determines that the second relationships are not established between the clothing elements of the clothing and prompts marking and confirming the clothing elements and the relationships between the clothing elements.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the garment elements in the garment design description information include at least a portion of a part, a location, a stitch of a part, and/or a stitch of a location of the garment.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the description information of the garment design comprises a computer-aided design file of the garment.
11. A garment production process providing method comprises the following steps:
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information of the garment, wherein the garment design description information comprises garment elements, and the garment elements comprise preference information, brand attribute information, cloth information adopted by the garment and/or order price in a garment order;
determining whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data, wherein the clothing process file is an atlas obtained based on clothing process knowledge;
extracting a garment production process from the preset garment process file based on the first relation established among the garment elements of the garment, and generating a garment production process for producing the garment;
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file;
and sending the garment production process to a garment production party.
12. A garment production process providing device comprises:
the identification module is configured to identify clothing design data from clothing design description information of clothing, wherein the clothing design description information comprises clothing elements, and the clothing elements comprise preference information, brand attribute information, information of cloth adopted by the clothing and/or order price in a clothing order;
the generating module is configured to determine whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data, wherein the clothing process file is an atlas obtained based on clothing process knowledge;
extracting a garment production process from the preset garment process file based on the first relation established among the garment elements of the garment, and generating a garment production process for producing the garment;
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file;
a sending module configured to send the garment production process to a garment production party.
13. A method of producing a garment, comprising:
identifying garment design data from the garment design description information of the garment, wherein the garment design description information comprises garment elements, and the garment elements comprise preference information, brand attribute information, cloth information adopted by the garment and/or order price in a garment order;
determining whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data, wherein the clothing process file is an atlas obtained based on clothing process knowledge;
extracting a garment production process from the preset garment process file based on the first relation established among the garment elements of the garment, and generating a garment production process for producing the garment;
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file;
and controlling production equipment to execute the clothing production based on the clothing production process.
14. A garment production device comprising:
the identification module is configured to identify clothing design data from clothing design description information of clothing, wherein the clothing design description information comprises clothing elements, and the clothing elements comprise preference information, brand attribute information, information of cloth adopted by the clothing and/or order price in a clothing order;
the generating module is configured to determine whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on a preset clothing process file and the clothing design data, wherein the clothing process file is an atlas obtained based on clothing process knowledge;
extracting a garment production process from the preset garment process file based on the first relation established among the garment elements of the garment, and generating a garment production process for producing the garment;
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file;
a control module configured to control a production apparatus to perform garment production based on the garment production process.
15. An auxiliary generation method for a garment production process comprises the following steps:
providing a garment production process generation interface;
acquiring description information of clothing design of clothing, wherein the description information of the clothing design comprises clothing elements, and the clothing elements comprise preference information, brand attribute information, information of cloth adopted by the clothing and/or order price in a clothing order;
determining whether a first relation is established between clothing elements of the clothing based on the operation of a user on the production process generation interface and by utilizing a preset clothing process file and clothing design data in the clothing design description information, wherein the clothing process file is a map obtained based on clothing process knowledge;
extracting a garment production process from the preset garment process file based on the first relation established among the garment elements of the garment, and generating a garment production process for producing the garment;
prompting to label and confirm the clothing elements and the relationship between the clothing elements based on determining that the first relationship is not established between the clothing elements of the clothing;
and recovering the marked and confirmed clothing elements and the relations among the clothing elements to the clothing process file.
16. The method of claim 15, further comprising:
updating the garment production process for the garment based on a revision of the garment production process for the garment by the user at the garment production process generation interface.
17. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by the processor to implement the method of any of claims 1-5, 11, 13, 15, 16.
18. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-5, 11, 13, 15, 16.
