In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
Example 1
A plurality of devices are connected under the bus of the server, and when the server communicates with the devices (readers) under the bus thereof, it is necessary to acquire the address of the reader below, and therefore, each reader needs to set an address, which is set individually for each reader. For example, when the server is connected with 5 card readers, the addresses of the 5 card readers are different, if the addresses of the two card readers are the same (for example, the addresses are all the 3 rd addresses), when the server communicates with the card readers with the 3 rd addresses, the two card readers with the 3 rd addresses send instruction information to the server at the same time, so that the instructions sent by the two card readers are mixed together, the server cannot recognize the instructions, and accordingly faults occur.
It should be noted that, when the card reader is installed/initialized once, the address of the card reader is fixedly stored in the memory of the card reader. Therefore, the subsequent server does not need to set an address when communicating with the card reader.
Based on the above, this embodiment provides an address setting device of an access card reader, referring to fig. 1, the device includes a single chip microcomputer 1;
the singlechip 1 comprises a setting I/O port 2 for entering an address setting state, and the singlechip 1 is connected with the anti-disassembly switch 3 and a plurality of light emitting diodes 4;
the set I/O port 2 may be defined by an original I/O port of the single-chip microcomputer 1, or may be set by adding a set I/O port 2 to the single-chip microcomputer 1.
The I/O port 2 is grounded, the access control card reader enters an address setting state, the anti-disassembly switch 3 is used for setting an address, and the LEDs 4 are used for displaying the currently set address;
the I/O port 2 is disconnected, the entrance guard card reader is in a non-address setting state, and the anti-disassembly switch 3 is used for anti-disassembly alarm.
It should be noted that, the premise of the anti-disassembly switch 3 for adjusting address setting is to set the I/O port 2 to be short-circuited with the ground, and if not short-circuited, the anti-disassembly switch 3 has an anti-disassembly alarm function. The principle of the anti-disassembly alarm is that the anti-disassembly switch 3 is provided with a base and a switch button, the button is in a conducting state when pressed down, and is in a disconnecting state when loosened. The card reader is arranged on the wall, after the card reader is arranged on the wall, a switch button of the card reader is abutted against the wall and is in a conducting state, when the equipment is detached from the wall, the button is loosened, the connection is in a disconnecting state, and the card reader alarms.
In this embodiment, the number of the corresponding light emitting diodes 4 may be set according to the number of addresses of the card reader, where the relationship between the number of the light emitting diodes 4 and the number of addresses of the card reader to be set is: address number=2 Number of light emitting diodes 。
The form of the display address of the plurality of light emitting diodes 4 may be selected as an address set to emit light in a binary form. Please refer to fig. 2 in detail.
For example, when the number of addresses of the card reader to be set is 4, the number of light emitting diodes 4 is required to beThe addresses of the 2 and 4 card readers are respectively: 0,1,2 and 3. The plurality of leds 4 emit light in binary form to display the set address, and when the last led 4 of the 2 leds 4 is on and the rest leds 4 are off, the address displayed by the leds 4 is 1, namely: 2 0 =1. When the last LED 4 of the 2 LEDs 4 is on and the rest of the LEDs 4 are off, the LED 4 displays an address of 2, namely: 2 1 =2. When the 2 leds 4 are fully lit, the leds 4 display an address of 3, i.e.: 2 0 +2 1 =3. The address value represented by each LED is marked by the corresponding LED, the address of the card reader is equal to the marked value of the lighted LED, and the identification is very simple.
The card reader address setting device provided by the implementation is simple in structure, and the cost of the address setting device installed on the card reader relative to the existing purchase waterproof dial switch is low because only one setting I/O port 2 and a plurality of light emitting diodes 4 are added on the basis of the original card reader. Because the added light emitting diodes 4 are arranged inside the card reader, compared with the prior art that a setting mode of a dial switch is added on a glue filling surface outside the plastic shell of the card reader, the address setting device of the card reader in the embodiment has the performance of water resistance and dust resistance.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an address setting method of an access card reader, which comprises the following steps:
when the I/O port 2 is grounded, the anti-disassembly switch 3 is pressed to enable the light emitting diodes 4 to emit light to display the set address of the entrance guard card reader.
Wherein, whether the set I/O port 2 is grounded or not is judged by the singlechip 1.
In the setting address of the access control card reader in this embodiment: minimum address=0, maximum address=2 Number of light emitting diodes -1。
When the number of the light emitting diodes 4 is 4, the formula is as follows: maximum address=2 Number of light emitting diodes 4 -1 it is known that the maximum address is 15That is, when the 4 light emitting diodes 4 are fully lit, there are: 2 0 +2 1 +2 2 +2 3 =15。
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, when the I/O port 2 is set to be grounded, the step of pressing the anti-disassembly switch 3 to make the plurality of light emitting diodes 4 emit light to display the set address of the access card reader includes:
s11, grounding the set I/O port 2, triggering the anti-disassembly switch 3, and enabling the current set address displayed by the plurality of light emitting diodes 4 to be 0;
it should be noted that, only during initialization, the set I/O,2 is grounded, the current address displayed by the plurality of light emitting diodes 4 is 0, and when the address is set, checking whether the set address is correct, the set I/O port 2 is grounded, and the address displayed by the plurality of light emitting diodes 4 is the address of the card reader set last time.
The operation program is triggered, the short circuit is triggered, and when the short circuit is generated, the operation program displays the current address and receives the key signal of the anti-disassembly switch 3.
When the current address is set to 0, a plurality of leds 4 are in an all-off state, such as the state of the first row of leds 4 in fig. 2.
S12, pressing the anti-disassembly switch 3 according to the address of the access card reader to be set, so that a plurality of light emitting diodes 4 emit light according to the pressing times of the anti-disassembly switch 3 to display the set address;
in this embodiment, the relationship between the number of times of pressing the anti-detachment switch 3 and the address displayed by the light emitting diode 4 may be set such that, when the anti-detachment switch 3 is pressed once, the addresses displayed by the light emitting diodes 4 are increased by one until the light emitting diodes 4 display the address to be set, the anti-detachment switch 3 is stopped being pressed, and the connection between the setting I/O port 2 and the ground is disconnected.
When the addresses displayed by the light emitting diodes 4 are the maximum addresses, the anti-disassembly switch 3 is pressed once again, and the addresses displayed by the light emitting diodes 4 are the minimum addresses.
Considering that in actual operation, the operation error causes that the anti-disassembly switch 3 is pressed once more, at this time, the anti-disassembly switch 3 can be pressed towards the display address which is the maximum display address, when the display address is the maximum address, the anti-disassembly switch 3 is pressed once more, the display address returns to the minimum address 0, and then the anti-disassembly switch 3 is pressed according to the address which is required to be set.
S13, disconnecting the connection between the set I/O port 2 and the ground, and storing the currently set address by the singlechip 1.
The short circuit is triggered once from short circuit to non-short circuit, so when the short circuit is disconnected from short circuit, the key is not responded any more, and the singlechip 1 stores the currently set address.
The address setting method of the conventional card reader needs to install a dial switch, and because the dial switch is easy to dial by mistake, one more dial or one less dial is needed to be calculated, misoperation is easy to occur, and under the condition of misoperation, whether data are correct cannot be ensured, so that data are unsafe. According to the card reader address setting method provided by the embodiment, after the I/O port 2 is short-circuited with the ground, the card reader address setting method can be used only by pressing the anti-disassembly switch 3, so that misoperation is unlikely to occur, and data safety is guaranteed.
In the present specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described in a different point from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to refer to each other.
The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described herein with reference to specific examples, the description of which is intended only to assist in understanding the methods of the present invention and the core ideas thereof; also, it is within the scope of the present invention to be modified by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the present teachings. In view of the foregoing, this description should not be construed as limiting the invention.
