一体送风式空调机的新风结构,冷凝器(15)经冷媒管(17)冷媒连接蒸发器(20),吸风口(22)风路串联蒸发器(20)、湿度调节风道(4)、送风风机(2)与送风口(1)风路连接,进风口(12)风路串联新风进风量控制器(10)、全热交换器进风侧(7)、新风出风口(18)与蒸发器(20)风路连接,吸风口(22)风路串联浊风进风口(19)、全热交换器出风侧(9)、浊风排风量控制器(11)与散热风扇(13)风路连接。该结构能够使空调机工作时使室内外空气交流,而且没有室内温度逃逸问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调机,尤其是设置于户外的将空调机和所有空气处理结构集中于一体,通过风管与室内交换空调风的一体送风式空调机的新风结构。
背景技术
目前,公知的家用空调机有三种:一种是窗机,是一种将所有结构集中于一体的空调机,设置在窗或墻的孔中;另一种是分体机,设置在户外的室外机与室内机之间有冷媒管道穿过墙孔连接;还有一种是中央空调,室外机通过冷媒管连接室内机,可以一台室外机连接多台室内机;但是,现有技术的空调机存在室内与室外空气隔离,人长期在室内会发生空气污染氧气不足的缺陷,而开窗透气又存在室内温度逃逸的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的空调机存在室内与室外空气隔离,人长期在室内会发生空气污染氧气不足的缺陷,而开窗透气又存在室内温度逃逸的问题,本发明提供一种一体式空调机的新风结构,该结构能够使室内外空气交流,而且极少有室内温度逃逸问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一体送风式空调机的新风结构,在不保温腔中,进风口风路串联散热风扇、冷凝器与出风口风路连接,全热交换器设置在全热交换器保温腔内,另一个保温腔内包含空调风出风腔和空调风进风腔,冷凝器经冷媒管冷媒连接蒸发器,吸风口风路串联蒸发器、湿度调节风道、送风风机与送风口风路连接,进风口风路串联新风进风量控制器、全热交换器进风侧、新风出风口与蒸发器或空调风出风腔风路连接,吸风口风路串联浊风进风口、全热交换器出风侧、浊风排风量控制器与散热风扇风路连接。
本发明的有益效果是,该结构能够使空调机工作时使室内外空气交流,而且没有室内温度逃逸问题。

图1中,一体送风式空调机的新风结构,在不保温腔(16)中,进风口(12)风路串联散热风扇(13)、冷凝器(15)与出风口(14)风路连接,全热交换器(8)设置在全热交换器保温腔(6)内,另一个保温腔内包含空调风出风腔(3)和空调风进风腔(21),在蒸发器(20)下方设置水盆(5),湿度调节风道(4)设置在水盆(5)上方,冷凝器(15)经冷媒管(17)冷媒连接蒸发器(20),吸风口(22)风路串联蒸发器(20)、湿度调节风道(4)、送风风机(2)与送风口(1)风路连接,进风口(12)风路串联新风进风量控制器(10)、全热交换器进风侧(7)、新风出风口(18)与蒸发器(20)风路连接,吸风口(22)风路串联浊风进风口(19)、全热交换器出风侧(9)、浊风排风量控制器(11)与散热风扇(13)风路连接。

1.一体送风式空调机的新风结构,在不保温腔(16)中,进风口(12)风路串联散热风扇(13)、冷凝器(15)与出风口(14)风路连接,全热交换器(8)设置在全热交换器保温腔(6)内,另一个保温腔内包含空调风出风腔(3)和空调风进风腔(21),冷凝器(15)经冷媒管(17)冷媒连接蒸发器(20),吸风口(22)风路串联蒸发器(20)、湿度调节风道(4)、送风风机(2)与送风口(1)风路连接,其特征在于:进风口(12)风路串联新风进风量控制器(10)、全热交换器进风侧(7)、新风出风口(18)与蒸发器(20)或空调风出风腔(3)风路连接,吸风口(22)风路串联浊风进风口(19)、全热交换器出风侧(9)、浊风排风量控制器(11)与散热风扇(13)风路连接。
