As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a smoke barrier assembly 3 is mounted on the smoke collection chamber 2, the smoke barrier assembly 3 including a front baffle 31, and/or, including: a left baffle 32 and a right baffle 33. Wherein, the front baffle 31 is located on the front side of the smoke collection cavity 2, and the left baffle 32 and the right baffle 33 are respectively located on the left side and the right side of the smoke collection cavity 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the air curtain module 4 is located inside the smoke collection chamber 2 or the main cabinet case 11 or the front baffle 31. The air curtain module 4 comprises an air curtain fan, an air curtain fan air inlet and an air curtain air outlet. Wherein, the air curtain fan is positioned at the inner side of the smoke collection cavity 2 or the bottom side of the main case shell or the inner side of the front baffle; the air curtain fan is communicated with the air inlet of the air curtain fan and the at least one air curtain air outlet. When the smoke baffle plate component 3 is provided with the front baffle plate 31, the air curtain air outlet is positioned at the lower end of the front baffle plate 31; when the smoke barrier component 3 is provided with the left baffle 32 and the right baffle 33, the air curtain air outlet is positioned at the lower ends of the left baffle 32 and the right baffle 33. Namely: if there are both a front baffle 31 and a left baffle 32 and a right baffle 33 in the smoke baffle assembly 3, then the smoke baffle assembly 3 has 3 air curtain outlets located at the lower ends of the front baffle 31, the left baffle 32 and the right baffle 33.
In the range hood shown in fig. 1-3, an air curtain fan blows out air through an air curtain air outlet so as to form an air curtain between the range hood and a lower stove platform.
The working principle of the range hood shown in fig. 1-3 is as follows: after the smoke machine fan 12 is started, the smoke machine fan 12 generates negative pressure suction when running, the negative pressure suction can suck the oil smoke above the kitchen range into the smoke collection cavity 2 from the smoke inlet at the lower part of the main case shell 11, then the negative pressure suction generated by the smoke machine fan 12 can continuously suck the oil smoke in the smoke collection cavity 2 into the smoke machine fan 12, and finally the oil smoke is discharged out of a room through the discharge flue of the smoke machine fan 12. The lampblack absorber that this embodiment provided is owing to set up the air curtain module, at this lampblack absorber during operation, smoke inlet, wall and air curtain can enclose into a negative pressure region, and oil smoke and peculiar smell are isolated by the air curtain, can only enter into this lampblack absorber through smoke inlet, then through the cigarette machine fan 12 discharge outdoor, for current ordinary lampblack absorber, can improve the lampblack absorber and remove the oil smoke effect, prevent to run the flavor, promote user's use and experience. In addition, the air curtain air outlet is arranged at the lower end of the front baffle and/or the left and right side baffles, so that the problem that the negative pressure area is not closed because the distance between the air curtain plane and the smoke baffle (comprising the front baffle and/or the left and right side baffles) is far caused by the air curtain outlet at other positions is avoided, the formed air curtain and the corresponding baffle can form extension of a shielding plane, the oil smoke gas flow blocked by the plane flows along the plane smoothly, the air flow fluctuation is small, when receiving the negative pressure effect that the press fan formed, these oil smoke can be inhaled the collection smoke chamber fast, have further solved because air curtain air outlet sets up when other positions the air curtain plane with keep off between the cigarette board plane contained angle great and lead to oil smoke gas stream to be blockked the reflection back by a plurality of planes, form stranded turbulent air current and influence the problem of smoking effect in the negative pressure zone.
In an alternative embodiment, the air curtain outlet at the lower end of the front baffle 31 is a first air curtain outlet 314, as shown in fig. 1, a partition 311 is arranged in the middle of the first air curtain outlet 314, so as to form a front left air curtain outlet 312 and a front right air curtain outlet 313; the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and the front right air curtain air outlet 313 are both communicated with the air curtain fan. In this embodiment, the first air curtain air outlet is separated into the left and right air curtain air outlets by the partition, so that the flexibility of the air curtain output by the front baffle 31 is increased, and the air curtains of the left and right air curtain air outlets can be simultaneously controlled or respectively controlled as required.
In an optional embodiment, the air curtain fan in the range hood provided by the invention can comprise a left air curtain fan and a right air curtain fan; correspondingly, the air curtain fan air inlet comprises a left air curtain fan air inlet and a right air curtain fan air inlet. The left air curtain fan is communicated with the air inlet of the left air curtain fan, and the right air curtain fan is communicated with the air inlet of the right air curtain fan.
For example, when there is a front baffle 31 in the smoke barrier assembly 3 and the first air curtain outlet at the lower end of the front baffle 31 includes a front left air curtain outlet 312 and a front right air curtain outlet 313, the left air curtain fan may be in communication with the front left air curtain outlet 312, and the right air curtain fan may be in communication with the front right air curtain outlet 313.
Illustratively, when there are a left baffle 32 and a right baffle 33 in the smoke barrier assembly 3 and there is a second air curtain outlet at the lower end of the left baffle 32 and a third air curtain outlet at the lower end of the right baffle 33, the left air curtain fan may be in communication with the second air curtain outlet at the lower end of the left baffle 32, and the right air curtain fan may be in communication with the third air curtain outlet at the lower end of the right baffle 33.
In an optional implementation mode, the air curtain module 4 in the range hood provided by the invention further comprises an air volume adjusting assembly; the air quantity adjusting assembly is arranged on a communicating pipeline between the air curtain fan and the at least two air curtain air outlets.
Illustratively, the air volume adjusting assembly is disposed on a communicating pipeline between the air curtain fan and the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and the front right air curtain air outlet 313; or, the air volume adjusting assembly is arranged on a communication pipeline between the air curtain fan and the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and the second air curtain air outlet; or the air volume adjusting assembly is arranged on a communicating pipeline between the air curtain fan and the front right air curtain air outlet 313 and the third air curtain air outlet; or the air quantity adjusting assembly is arranged on a communicating pipeline between the air curtain fan and the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet; or the air quantity adjusting assembly is arranged on a communication pipeline between the air curtain fan and the first air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet; or, the air quantity adjusting assembly is arranged on the communicating pipeline between the air curtain fan and the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet. The air quantity adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the output air quantity of the air curtain fan to each air curtain air outlet communicated with the air curtain fan.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view illustrating an air volume adjusting assembly according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the air volume adjusting assembly including: the device comprises a main body structure 401, a first motor 402, a baffle 403, a first gear 404 and a second gear 405.
In fig. 4, a main structure 401 is used for supporting the air volume adjusting assembly and installing other components, the shape of the main structure is adaptively designed according to the specific installation position of the air volume adjusting assembly in the air curtain module 4, and three air flow channels are arranged in the main structure 401, so that air output by the air curtain fan can be conveyed to the air curtain air outlets on the left and right sides after passing through the three air flow channels. A first end of the three-way airflow channel (an upper end of the main body structure 401 in fig. 4, hereinafter, for convenience of description, the upper end of the main body structure 401 in fig. 4 is referred to as the first end of the three-way airflow channel) is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, and the other two ends of the three-way airflow channel are respectively communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and the front right air curtain 313 air outlet; or a first end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, and the other two ends of the three-way airflow channel are respectively communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and the second air curtain air outlet; or the first end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, and the other two ends of the three-way airflow channel are respectively communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet 313 and the third air curtain air outlet; or the first end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, and the other two ends of the three-way airflow channel are respectively communicated with the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet.
As shown in fig. 4, the baffles 403 are positioned at the intersection of 3 channels within the three-way airflow channel of the main body structure 401; the first gear 404 is connected with the baffle 403; the second gear 405 and the first gear 404 are meshed with each other; the output shaft of the first motor 402 is connected with the shaft of the second gear 405, the output shaft of the first motor 402 rotates to drive the second gear 405 to rotate, the second gear 405 drives the first gear 404 to rotate through gear transmission, so that the first gear 404 drives the baffle 402 to rotate in the three-way airflow channel of the main structure 401, and when the baffle 403 rotates, one of the left and right airflow channels communicated with the air curtain fan can be partially or completely closed, so as to adjust the effective airflow passing sectional area of the airflow channel, and achieve the purpose of adjusting the output air volume of the air curtain fan to the front left air curtain air outlet/the front right air curtain air outlet/the second air curtain air outlet/the third air curtain air outlet.
In an optional embodiment, the air curtain module includes 2 air volume adjusting assemblies shown in fig. 4, so as to adjust the output air volume of 3 air curtain air outlets by 1 air curtain fan. The first end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the first air curtain air outlet at the lower end of the front baffle, the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air volume adjusting assembly, the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the second air curtain air inlet, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the third air curtain air inlet.
In another optional embodiment, the air curtain module comprises 3 air volume adjusting assemblies to realize the output air volume adjustment of 4 air curtain air outlets by 1 air curtain fan. The first end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting assembly, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the third air quantity adjusting assembly; the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the second air curtain air inlet; and the second end of a three-way airflow channel of the third air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the third air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the third air curtain air inlet.
In an optional embodiment, the range hood provided by the present invention further comprises: detection module and air volume control module. The detection module is used for acquiring environment information of the left side and the right side below the range hood; the air volume control module is in communication connection with the detection module, and the air volume control module is also connected with the air curtain fan or the air volume adjusting assembly. The air quantity control module is used for directly controlling the output air quantity of the air curtain fan to be output to the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet according to the environmental information, or controlling the air curtain adjusting assembly by the air quantity control module so as to indirectly control the output air quantity of the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet.
For example, the detection module includes at least one of a first detection unit, a second detection unit, and a third detection unit. The first detection unit is used for detecting the working state of a left stove and the working state of a right stove of a cooker below the range hood; the second detection unit is used for detecting the amount of the oil smoke on the left side and the right side below the range hood; the third detection unit is used for detecting the cooking mode.
Alternatively, the first detection unit may be provided in the hob, for example the first detection unit may be a flow valve associated with a size adjustment switch of the left/right hob, or a gear adjustment switch of the left/right hob itself; the higher the gear of the stove is, the larger the air quantity of the air curtain air outlet on one corresponding side is.
The second detection unit can be arranged on the left side and the right side of a smoke inlet at the lower end of the range hood. The larger the detected oil smoke amount is, the larger the air quantity of the air curtain air outlet on one corresponding side is.
The cooking modes include preset modes such as cooking, stir-frying and frying, and the third detection unit can obtain the current cooking mode in a wireless communication mode through a mobile phone or a cooker. Different cooking modes correspond to different air quantities of the air curtain air outlets.
Illustratively, the air volume control module controls the left air curtain air volume of the range hood to be the air volume corresponding to the working state of the left stove in the first corresponding relation table according to a preset first corresponding relation table, and controls the right air curtain air volume of the range hood to be the air volume corresponding to the working state of the right stove in the first corresponding relation table; or the air volume control module controls the left air curtain air volume of the range hood to be the air volume corresponding to the left lampblack volume in the second corresponding relation table according to a preset second corresponding relation table, and controls the right air curtain air volume of the range hood to be the air volume corresponding to the right lampblack volume in the second corresponding relation table; or, the air volume control module controls the left air curtain air volume of the range hood according to a preset third corresponding relation table, the cooking mode of the left stove is in the corresponding air volume in the third corresponding relation table, and the right air curtain air volume of the range hood is controlled simultaneously. The first corresponding relation table records the corresponding relation between the working state of the cooker and the air volume, the second corresponding relation table records the corresponding relation between the oil smoke volume and the air volume, and the third corresponding relation table records the corresponding relation between the cooking mode and the air volume. For example, the first detection unit detects the current fire of the left/right cooker, or the first detection unit may be a flow valve associated with a size adjustment switch of the left/right cooker, and the air volume control module directly controls the air curtain fan to output the air volume of the corresponding size after matching the air volume corresponding to the current fire or the flow of the cooker according to a preset first corresponding relation table, or controls the motor of the air volume adjustment assembly to adjust the air volume output by the air curtain fan to each air curtain air outlet according to the matched air volume.
In an optional embodiment, in order to ensure that the air curtain output by the inclined front baffle 31 and the stove form a better oil smoke blocking effect, an included angle between the air curtain plane output by the air curtain outlet at the lower end of the front baffle 31 and the front baffle 31 is within a preset range. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, an angle formed between the plane of the air curtain output from the air curtain outlet at the lower end of the front baffle 31 and the front baffle is-20 ° to-20 °.
Preferably, in the range hood provided by the embodiment of the invention, the front baffle 31 has a function of being opened or closed in a rotatable manner, so that the front baffle 31 can be opened in a rotating manner to form an included angle with a vertical plane according to specific oil smoke removing requirements. Fig. 5 is a left side view of the hood shown in fig. 1 with inner hidden lines, and fig. 5 corresponds to fig. 3 except that hidden lines of inner parts of the hood are shown in dotted lines in fig. 5. As shown in fig. 5, the upper part of the front baffle 31 is connected to the smoke collection chamber 2 by a first rotation shaft 5, and the front baffle 31 is rotatable about the first rotation shaft 5. In this embodiment, the lampblack absorber still includes rotation support assembly 6, rotation support assembly 6 includes push rod device, rotation support base 61, connecting rod 62. Wherein, the push rod device is installed on the back inner wall of the range hood main case shell 1 and close to the bottom of the main case shell. The push rod device includes: a push rod 63, a push rod groove 64 and a push rod motor 65; the push rod 63 is in nested sliding connection with the push rod groove 64, and the axis of the push rod 63 is perpendicular to the top surface of the main case shell, namely the axis of the push rod 63 is located in a vertical plane; the push rod motor 65 is connected with the push rod 63; the rotary supporting seat 61 is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the front baffle plate 31 and is close to the lower end of the front baffle plate 31; one end of the connecting rod 62 is hinged to the bottom end of the push rod 63, and the other end is hinged to the rotary supporting seat 61. In this embodiment, the working principle of the rotation support assembly 6 is as follows: the push rod motor 65 drives the push rod 63 to move linearly in the push rod groove 64, so as to drive the front baffle 31 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 5 through the connecting rod 62 to open and close.
In an optional embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, in the range hood provided by the embodiment of the invention, the left baffle 32 and the right baffle 33 are both of a hinge structure, and the central line of the expanded left baffle 32 and the expanded right baffle 33 can be bent; to accommodate the rotatable opening and closing of the front baffle 31. Specifically, one end of the left baffle 32 is fixed on the left edge of the front baffle 31, and the other end is fixed on the smoke collection cavity 2; the right baffle 33 has one end fixed to the right edge of the front baffle 31 and the other end fixed to the smoke collection chamber 2.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the range hood further includes: an oil screen 7 and an oil cup 8; wherein, the oil screen 7 is arranged at the bottom of the smoke collecting cavity 2, and the oil screen 7 is used for filtering the sucked oil smoke; the oil cup 8 is arranged at the lower end of the oil screen 7 and used for collecting the oil smoke filtered by the oil screen 7. Through setting up oil net and oil cup, can play certain purification effect to getting into the oil smoke in collection smoke chamber 2 and the host computer 1 especially cigarette machine fan 12, avoid the interior deposit of cigarette machine fan 12, thereby influence the wind wheel rotational speed influence effect of induced drafting on cigarette machine fan 12, avoid the oil smoke to deposit and the inconvenient problem of cleaning in collection smoke chamber 2 simultaneously.
In the range hood provided by the embodiment of the invention, the smoke baffle assembly 3 comprises a front baffle 31 of a front baffle and/or a left baffle 32 and a right baffle 33, and the number of air curtain fans in the air curtain module 4 can be 1 or more. The combination of the various forms of the smoke barrier assembly 3 and the air curtain module 4 will be described in detail below with specific embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
in the lampblack absorber that this embodiment provided, air curtain module 4 includes 1 air curtain fan, then no matter what kind of form is of keeping off cigarette board subassembly 3, keep off all air curtain air outlets of preceding baffle 31 and/or side shield 32, 33 lower extreme in the cigarette board subassembly 3 all with air curtain fan intercommunication.
Example 1.1: if only there is first air curtain air outlet in baffle 31 lower part before in the cigarette board subassembly 3, then the output of air curtain fan directly communicates first air curtain air outlet.
The present embodiment may have the left and right side fences 32, 33, or may not have the left and right side fences 32, 33.
Example 1.2: if keep off the first air curtain air outlet of baffle 31 lower part before in cigarette board subassembly 3 and be divided into left air curtain air outlet and right air curtain air outlet before. Fig. 6 is a rear view of the front baffle with 1 air curtain fan installed. As shown in fig. 6, the air curtain fan 41 in the air curtain module 4 is installed on the inner side surface of the front baffle 31, and the input end of the air curtain fan 41 is communicated with the air curtain fan inlet 42 located at the upper part of the front baffle 31; the output end of the air curtain fan 41 is respectively communicated to the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and the front right air curtain air outlet 313 at the lower part of the front baffle 31 through a left pipeline 431 and a right pipeline 432.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, an air volume adjusting assembly 40 may be disposed at an intersection of output ends of the left duct 431, the right duct 432 and the air curtain blower 41, so as to adjust air volumes output by the air curtain blower 41 to the front left air curtain outlet 312 and the front right air curtain outlet 313 respectively through the air volume adjusting assembly 40. The air volume adjusting assembly 40 may be a structure shown in fig. 4, a first end of a three-way airflow channel in the main structure 401 in fig. 4 is communicated with an output end of the air curtain fan 41 as shown in fig. 6, a left end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the front left air curtain outlet 312 through a left pipeline 431, a right end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the front right air curtain outlet 313 through a right pipeline 432, and a specific air volume adjusting principle is not described herein again.
The present embodiment may have the left and right side fences 32, 33, or may not have the left and right side fences 32, 33.
Example 1.3: if only the second air curtain air outlet at the lower end of the left baffle 32 and the third air curtain air outlet at the lower end of the right baffle 33 in the smoke baffle assembly 3 are provided, similar to that shown in fig. 6, the output end of the air curtain fan 41 in the air curtain module 4 is connected with the second air curtain air inlet preset on the left baffle and the third air curtain air inlet preset on the right baffle through left and right pipelines respectively.
For example, fig. 7 is a bottom view of the left baffle, fig. 8 is a left view of fig. 7, and fig. 9 is a right view of fig. 7, as shown in fig. 7-9, a second air curtain outlet 321 is provided at the bottom (lower end) of the left baffle 32, a second air curtain inlet 322 is provided on the right side surface of the left baffle 32, and the second air curtain inlet 322 is communicated to the second air curtain outlet 321 through a predetermined air flow path inside the left baffle. The structure of the right baffle with the third air curtain air inlet and the structure of the left baffle shown in fig. 7-9 are bilaterally symmetrical, and will not be described in detail here.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the left side flap 32 and the right side flap 33 are both hinge structures, and the middle lines of the unfolded left side flap 31 and the unfolded right side flap 32 can be bent. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the left baffle 32 has a second rotation shaft 323, and the left baffle 32 is mounted on the smoke collection chamber 2 via the second rotation shaft 323; at this time, the range hood further includes a second motor (not shown in the figure), the second motor is used for controlling the second rotating shaft 323 to rotate, and the left baffle 32 is driven to rotate through the second rotating shaft 323 so as to adapt to the opening and closing actions of the front baffle 31. Similarly, the right baffle 33 may have a third rotation axis, and the right baffle 33 is mounted on the smoke collection chamber 2 through the third rotation axis; at this moment, the range hood further comprises a third motor (not shown in the figure), the third motor is used for controlling a third rotating shaft to rotate, and the right side baffle 33 is driven to rotate through the third rotating shaft so as to adapt to the opening and closing actions of the front baffle 31.
Example 1.4: if there are first air curtain air outlet, second air curtain air outlet and third air curtain air outlet in keeping off cigarette board subassembly 3, then can set up a four-way structure at air curtain fan 41's output, the output of air curtain fan 41 is connected to the first end of four-way structure, and the second end passes through the pipeline intercommunication first air curtain air outlet, third end pass through the pipeline intercommunication second air curtain air outlet, fourth end pass through the pipeline intercommunication third air curtain air outlet can.
Alternatively, the four-way structure may be implemented as a four-way valve.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the four-way structural component may be implemented by combining two air quantity adjusting components shown in fig. 4, for example, a first end of a three-way airflow channel of a first air quantity adjusting component is communicated with an output end of an air curtain fan, a second end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting component is communicated with a first air curtain air outlet, a third end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting component is communicated with a first end of a three-way airflow channel of a second air quantity adjusting component, a second end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting component is communicated with a second air curtain air inlet 322, and a third end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting component is communicated with a third air curtain air inlet 332, so that independent control of the front baffle and the air curtains of the two side baffles can be implemented, and independent control of the air curtains of the left and right side baffles can also be implemented.
Example 1.5: if there are preceding left air curtain air outlet, preceding right air curtain air outlet, second air curtain air outlet and third air curtain air outlet in keeping off cigarette board subassembly 3, then can set up a five-way structure at air curtain fan 41's output, the output of air curtain fan 41 is connected to the first end of five-way structure, and the second end passes through the pipeline intercommunication preceding left air curtain air outlet, third end pass through the second air curtain air intake of predetermineeing on the pipeline intercommunication left side baffle, and the fourth end passes through the pipeline intercommunication preceding right air curtain air outlet, the fifth end passes through the third air curtain air intake of predetermineeing on the pipeline intercommunication right side baffle.
Optionally, the five-way structure may be implemented as a five-way valve.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the five-way structure may be implemented by combining three air volume adjusting assemblies shown in fig. 4, for example: the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting assembly is used as the first end of the five-way structural member (communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan 41), the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting assembly, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the third air quantity adjusting assembly; a second end of a three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting assembly is used as a second end of the five-way structural member (communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet), and a third end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting assembly is used as a third end of the five-way structural member (communicated with the second air curtain air inlet); the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the third air volume adjusting assembly is used as the fourth end (communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet) of the five-way structural member, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the third air volume adjusting assembly is used as the fifth end (communicated with the third air curtain air inlet) of the five-way structural member, so that the independent control of the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet air curtain can be realized.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the air curtain fan 41 is installed at the top of the inner side of the main cabinet housing 11, and the air curtain fan inlet 42 is provided at the top of the main cabinet housing 11. Fig. 11 is a front view of the range hood shown in fig. 10, as shown in fig. 11, an output end of the air curtain fan 41 is connected to a first end of a first three-way valve 44 disposed inside the smoke collection chamber 2 through an air supply duct 43, a second end of the first three-way valve 44 is connected to a first three-way joint 45 disposed on the left side inside the smoke collection chamber 2 through a duct, and a third end of the first three-way valve 44 is connected to a second three-way joint 46 disposed on the right side inside the smoke collection chamber 2 through a duct; the remaining two ends of the first three-way connector 45 are respectively connected to the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and a second air curtain air inlet 322 on the right side of the left baffle 32 through hoses (not shown in the figure); the remaining two ends of the second three-way connection 46 are respectively connected to the front right air curtain air outlet 313 and the third air curtain air inlet 332 on the left side of the right baffle 33 through hoses (not shown in the figure). The second air curtain inlet 322 is communicated to the second air curtain outlet 321 through a predetermined air flow path inside the left baffle 32, and the third air curtain inlet 332 is communicated to the third air curtain outlet 331 through a predetermined air flow path inside the right baffle 33.
Example two
In the lampblack absorber that this embodiment provided, air curtain module 4 includes left air curtain fan and right air curtain fan.
Example 2.1: if only preceding left air curtain air outlet, the preceding right air curtain air outlet of preceding baffle 31 lower part in keeping off cigarette board subassembly 3, then left air curtain fan and the intercommunication of preceding left air curtain air outlet, right air curtain fan and preceding right air curtain air outlet intercommunication. Wherein, left air curtain fan and right air curtain fan can install in the inboard of collection smoke chamber 2, also can install in the medial surface of preceding baffle 31.
Fig. 12 is a front view of a range hood in which left and right air curtain fans are installed inside a smoke collection chamber to supply air to a front left air curtain air outlet and a front right air curtain air outlet, fig. 13 is a back view of the range hood in fig. 12, and fig. 14 is a back view of a front baffle 31 of the range hood in fig. 12. As shown in fig. 12 to 14, the left air curtain fan 411 and the right air curtain fan 412 are respectively installed at the upper ends of the left and right inner sides of the smoke collection chamber 2; the input end of the left air curtain fan 411 is communicated with a left air curtain fan air inlet 421 at the left upper end of the back of the smoke collection cavity 2, and the input end of the right air curtain fan 412 is communicated with a right air curtain fan air inlet 422 at the right upper end of the back of the smoke collection cavity 2; the output ends of the left air curtain fan 411 and the right air curtain fan 412 are respectively provided with a first adapter 47, and the left side and the right side of the back surface of the front baffle 31 are provided with two second adapters 48; the first adapter 47 on the left side inside the smoke collection cavity 2 is connected with the second adapter 48 on the left side of the front baffle 31 through a hose, and the second adapter 48 on the left side of the front baffle 31 is communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet 312; the first adapter 47 on the right side inside the smoke collection cavity 2 is connected with the second adapter 48 on the right side of the front baffle 31 through a hose, and the second adapter 48 on the right side of the front baffle 31 is communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet 313.
Fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of the left air curtain fan and the right air curtain fan mounted on the inner side surface of the front baffle, as shown in fig. 15, the left air curtain fan 411 is mounted on the left side of the inner side surface of the front baffle 31, and the output end of the left air curtain fan 411 is directly communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet 312; the right air curtain fan 412 is installed on the right side of the inner side surface of the front baffle 31, and the output end of the right air curtain fan 412 is directly communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet 313.
Fig. 12-14 and 15 are two different installation forms of this embodiment, but the implementation principle is similar, and the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and the front right air curtain air outlet 313 of the front baffle 31 are respectively supplied with air by the left air curtain fan and the right air curtain fan, respectively, except that the installation positions of the two air curtain fans are different.
Preferably, as mentioned above, an air volume adjusting assembly may be further disposed between the left air curtain fan and the front left air curtain air outlet, and an air volume adjusting assembly is disposed between the right air curtain fan and the front right air curtain air outlet to respectively perform air volume adjusting control on the front left air curtain and the front right air curtain, specifically, if the air volume adjusting assembly shown in fig. 4 is adopted, a first end of a three-way airflow channel of the left air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with an output end of the left air curtain fan, a second end of the three-way airflow channel of the left air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet, and a third end of the three-way airflow channel of the left air volume adjusting assembly is closed; the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the right air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the output end of the right air curtain fan, the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the right air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet, the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the right air volume adjusting assembly is sealed, and the concrete air volume adjusting principle is not repeated here.
The present embodiment may have the left and right side flaps 32 and 33 without the air curtain outlet, or may not have the left and right side flaps 32 and 33.
Example 2.2: if only the second air curtain air outlet of the lower end of the left baffle 32 and the third air curtain air outlet of the lower end of the right baffle 33 in the smoke baffle assembly 3, similar to the embodiment 2.1, the second air curtain air inlet preset on the left air curtain fan and the left baffle is communicated, and the third air curtain air inlet preset on the right air curtain fan and the right baffle is communicated. Wherein, left air curtain fan and right air curtain fan can be installed in the inboard of collection smoke chamber 2, also can install in the inboard of preceding baffle 31.
In this embodiment, the structure that left air curtain fan and right air curtain fan are installed in the inboard of smoke collecting cavity 2 is similar to fig. 12, or left air curtain fan and right air curtain fan can also be installed in the inboard of preceding baffle 31, and the difference of this embodiment and embodiment 2.1 lies in: the first interface 47 that changes of the inside left air curtain fan 411 of collection smoke chamber 2/preceding baffle 31 passes through the second air curtain air intake that predetermines on the left baffle of hose intercommunication, and the first interface 47 that changes of the inside right air curtain fan 412 on right side of collection smoke chamber 2/preceding baffle 31 passes through the third air curtain air intake that predetermines on the right baffle of hose intercommunication to realize that left air curtain fan is the second air curtain air outlet air feed of left baffle, and right air curtain fan is the third air curtain air outlet air feed of right baffle.
As mentioned above, an air quantity adjusting component can be arranged between the left air curtain fan and the second air curtain air inlet, and an air quantity adjusting component is arranged between the right air curtain fan and the third air curtain air inlet, so that the independent air quantity control of the air curtains on the left side and the right side can be realized. Specifically, if the air volume adjusting assembly shown in fig. 4 is adopted, the first end of the three-way air flow channel of the left air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the output end of the left air curtain fan, the second end of the three-way air flow channel of the left air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the second air curtain air inlet, and the third end of the three-way air flow channel of the left air volume adjusting assembly is closed; the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the right air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the output end of the right air curtain fan, the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the right air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the third air curtain air inlet, the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the right air volume adjusting assembly is sealed, and the specific air volume adjusting principle is not repeated here.
Example 2.3: if there are preceding left air curtain air outlet, preceding right air curtain air outlet, second air curtain air outlet and third air curtain air outlet in keeping off cigarette board subassembly 3, then pass through left side air curtain fan does preceding left air curtain air outlet of preceding baffle 31 and the second air curtain air outlet air feed under the left side baffle 32 to do through right air curtain fan preceding right air curtain air outlet of preceding baffle 31 and the third air curtain air outlet air feed under the right side baffle 33.
Fig. 16 is a front view of a range hood in which a left air curtain fan and a right air curtain fan are installed inside a smoke collection chamber, a back view of the range hood in fig. 16 is the same as that in fig. 13, and a back view of a front baffle 31 of the range hood in fig. 16 is the same as that in fig. 14. As shown in fig. 16, 13 and 14, a left air curtain fan 411 and a right air curtain fan 412 are respectively installed at the left and right inner upper ends of the smoke collection chamber 2; the input end of the left air curtain fan 411 is communicated with a left air curtain fan air inlet 421 at the left side of the upper end of the back of the smoke collection cavity 2, and the input end of the right air curtain fan 412 is communicated with a right air curtain fan air inlet 422 at the right side of the upper end of the back of the smoke collection cavity 2; the output end of the left air curtain fan 411 is connected with one end of a third three-way connector 49 through a first adapter 47, and the output end of the right air curtain fan 412 is connected with one end of the third three-way connector 49 through the first adapter 47; two second adapter ports 48 are provided on the left and right sides of the back surface of the front baffle 31. The second end of the third tee joint 49 connected with the output end of the left air curtain fan 411 is connected with the second adapter 48 on the left side of the front baffle 31 through a hose, and the second adapter 48 on the left side of the front baffle 31 is communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet 312; the third end of a third tee joint 49 connected with the output end of the left air curtain fan 411 is connected with a second air curtain air inlet preset on the left baffle through a hose (not shown in the figure); the second end of the third tee joint 49 connected with the output end of the right air curtain fan 412 is connected with the second adapter 48 on the right side of the front baffle 31 through a hose, and the second adapter 48 on the right side of the front baffle 31 is communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet 313; the third end of the third three-way connection 49 connected to the output end of the right air curtain fan 412 is connected to a third air curtain air inlet 332 preset on the right baffle through a hose (not shown in the figure).
Obviously, in this embodiment, the left air curtain fan 411 and the right air curtain fan 412 may also be installed on the inner side surface of the front baffle 31, and the connection manner between the left and right air curtain fans and the air outlets of the two air curtains is similar to that shown in fig. 16, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the output end of each air curtain fan may be provided with the aforementioned air volume adjusting assembly, specifically, the third three-way interface 49 may be the air volume adjusting assembly shown in fig. 4, and the specific air volume adjusting principle is not described herein again.
EXAMPLE III
In the lampblack absorber that this embodiment provided, baffle 31 lower part has first air curtain air outlet or preceding left air curtain air outlet and preceding right air curtain air outlet before in the cigarette board subassembly 3, and left side baffle 32 lower part has the second air curtain air outlet, and right side baffle 33 lower part has the third air curtain air outlet. 3 air curtain fans including a first air curtain fan, a second air curtain fan and a third air curtain fan are arranged in the air curtain module 4 and respectively supply air to the air curtain air outlets at the lower parts of the front baffle 31, the left baffle 32 and the right baffle 33.
Fig. 17 is a front view of a range hood according to a third embodiment of the present invention, fig. 18 is a schematic view of a connection structure of a front baffle and a first air curtain fan in the range hood shown in fig. 17, and a back view of the range hood in fig. 18 is the same as fig. 13.
As shown in fig. 18, the first air curtain fan 413 is installed inside the front barrier 31, and an input end of the first air curtain fan 413 is communicated with a first air curtain fan inlet 423 located at an upper portion of the front barrier 31; the output end of the first air curtain fan 413 is communicated to the front left air curtain air outlet 312 and the front right air curtain air outlet 313 at the lower part of the front baffle 31 through the left and right pipelines, so that the first air curtain fan 413 supplies air to the air curtain air outlet at the lower part of the front baffle 31.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 18, the output end of the first air curtain fan 413 is further provided with an air volume adjusting assembly 40, and the structure of the air volume adjusting assembly and the connection relationship between the air volume adjusting assembly and the front left air curtain air outlet and the front right air curtain air outlet can be seen in the foregoing embodiment 1.2, which is not described herein again.
Obviously, if the lower portion of the front baffle 31 has only one first air curtain outlet, the output end of the first air curtain fan 413 may be directly communicated with the first air curtain outlet. Preferably, the output end of the first air curtain fan 413 may further be provided with an air volume adjusting assembly shown in fig. 4, the first end of the three-way airflow channel of the air volume adjusting assembly is connected to the output end of the first air curtain fan 413, one of the left end or the right end of the three-way airflow channel of the air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the first air curtain air outlet, and the remaining end is closed, so that details of the specific air volume adjusting principle are not repeated herein.
As shown in fig. 17, the second air curtain fan 414 and the third air curtain fan 415 are respectively installed at the upper ends of the left and right inner sides of the smoke collection chamber 2; the input end of the second air curtain fan 414 is communicated with the left air curtain fan air inlet 421 at the left side of the upper end of the back of the smoke collection cavity 2, and the input end of the third air curtain fan 415 is communicated with the right air curtain fan air inlet 422 at the right side of the upper end of the back of the smoke collection cavity 2; the output ends of the second air curtain fan 414 and the third air curtain fan 415 are respectively provided with a first rotary joint 47; the first interface 47 at the output end of the second air curtain fan 414 is connected to the second air curtain air inlet 322 preset on the left baffle 32 through a hose (not shown), so that the second air curtain fan 414 supplies air to the second air curtain air outlet 321 at the lower part of the left baffle 32; the first interface 47 of the third air curtain fan 415 is connected to a third air curtain inlet 332 formed on the right baffle 33 through a hose (not shown), so that the third air curtain fan 415 supplies air to a third air curtain outlet 331 formed at a lower portion of the right baffle 33. In this embodiment, the output of every air curtain fan all can set up aforementioned air regulation subassembly, the structure of air regulation subassembly and with the visible aforementioned embodiment 2.2 of the relation of connection of preceding left air curtain air outlet and preceding right air curtain air outlet, no longer give consideration to here.
Example four
In the lampblack absorber that this embodiment provided, baffle 31 lower part has preceding left air curtain air outlet and preceding right air curtain air outlet before in the board subassembly 3 keeps off, and left side baffle 32 lower part has the second air curtain air outlet, and right side baffle 33 lower part has the third air curtain air outlet. Set up 4 air curtain fans in air curtain module 4 and carry out the air feed for left air curtain air outlet, right air curtain air outlet, second air curtain air outlet, left third air curtain air outlet before respectively.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, the second air curtain outlet 321 at the lower part of the left baffle 32 is supplied with air by the second air curtain fan 414 installed at the upper end of the left inner side of the smoke collection chamber 2, and the third air curtain outlet 331 at the lower part of the right baffle 33 is supplied with air by the third air curtain fan 415 installed at the upper end of the right inner side of the smoke collection chamber 2.
Fig. 19 is a schematic view of the mounting structures of the fourth air curtain fan and the fifth air curtain fan on the inner side of the front baffle, as shown in fig. 19, the fourth air curtain fan 416 is mounted on the left side of the inner side surface of the front baffle 31, and the output end of the fourth air curtain fan 416 is directly communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet 312; the fifth air curtain fan 417 is installed on the right side of the inner side surface of the front baffle 31, and the output end of the fifth air curtain fan 417 is directly communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet 313.
In this embodiment, can set up air regulation subassembly between every air curtain fan and the air curtain air outlet, if adopt the air regulation subassembly that fig. 4 shows, then the output of air curtain fan is connected to the first end of every air regulation subassembly's tee bend airflow channel, and one end intercommunication in the left end of air regulation subassembly's tee bend airflow channel or the right-hand member the air curtain air outlet that corresponds leaves one end and seals, and concrete air regulation principle here is no longer repeated.
The range hood including various combinations of the smoke barrier assembly 3 and the air curtain module 4 is described in detail above in specific embodiments, respectively.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the left side flap 32 and the right side flap 33 are both hinge structures to accommodate the opening and closing action of the front flap 31. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, 16, 17 for example, the left baffle 32 is mounted on the smoke collection chamber 2 by the second rotation shaft 323, and the right baffle 33 is mounted on the smoke collection chamber 2 by the third rotation shaft 333; at this time, the range hood further includes: a second motor, a third motor; the second motor is used for controlling the second rotating shaft 323 to rotate, and the left baffle 32 is driven to rotate by the second rotating shaft 323 so as to adapt to the opening and closing actions of the front baffle 31; the third motor is used for controlling the third rotating shaft 333 to rotate, and the right baffle 33 is driven to rotate by the third rotating shaft 33 so as to adapt to the opening and closing actions of the front baffle 31.
The invention utilizes the principle that the air curtain isolates oil smoke and peculiar smell, when a user starts the machine, the smoke baffle is opened, when the smoke baffle is opened to a designated position, the fan system of the smoke machine starts to work, and the user can select the left end air curtain (the front left air curtain of the front baffle and/or the output air curtain of the left baffle) or the right end air curtain (the front right air curtain of the front baffle and/or the output air curtain of the right baffle) to be opened or the left and right end air curtains to be fully opened. After the system has stabilized, the user may begin cooking. At the moment, a negative pressure area can be formed at the air inlet, the wall and the air curtain of the range hood, oil smoke and peculiar smell are isolated by the air curtain and can only enter the range hood through the air inlet of the range hood and then be discharged outdoors through the fan system of the range hood. After the user finishes frying the dish, the cigarette machine fan and the air curtain fan are closed simultaneously, and then the smoke baffle is closed. The range hood capable of outputting the air curtains provided by the embodiment of the invention has good smoking effect and anti-smell leakage effect, and the air curtains can be independently controlled and adjusted in air volume, so that the energy and the electricity are saved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an air quantity control method of an air curtain of a range hood, which is used for the range hood capable of outputting the air curtain, and as shown in fig. 20, the method comprises the following steps:
s1: acquiring environment information of the left side and the right side below the range hood;
preferably, this step comprises: detecting the working state of a left stove and the working state of a right stove of a stove below the range hood; or detecting the amount of the oil smoke on the left side below the range hood and the amount of the oil smoke on the right side below the range hood; or detecting the cooking modes of the left cooker and the right cooker below the range hood.
S2: and controlling the output air quantity of air curtain air outlets on the left side and the right side of the range hood according to the environmental information.
In an optional embodiment, the air curtain air outlets on the left side and the right side of the range hood comprise a front left air curtain air outlet, a front right air curtain air outlet, a second air curtain air outlet and a third air curtain air outlet; step S2 control the output air quantity of the air curtain air outlets on the left side and the right side of the range hood, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling the output air quantities of the front left air curtain air outlet and the front right air curtain air outlet by controlling the opening and closing degrees of the air quantity adjusting assemblies associated with the front left air curtain air outlet and the front right air curtain air outlet;
controlling the output air quantities of the front left air curtain air outlet and the second air curtain air outlet by controlling the opening and closing degrees of the air quantity adjusting assemblies associated with the front left air curtain air outlet and the second air curtain air outlet;
controlling the output air quantities of the front right air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet by controlling the opening and closing degrees of the air quantity adjusting assemblies associated with the front right air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet;
controlling the output air quantities of the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet by controlling the opening and closing degrees of the air quantity adjusting assemblies associated with the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet;
and controlling the output air quantities of the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet by controlling the opening and closing degrees of the air quantity adjusting components associated with the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet.
In an optional embodiment, in step S2, according to a preset first correspondence table, controlling a left side air curtain air volume of the range hood to be an air volume corresponding to the operating state of the left range in the first correspondence table, and simultaneously controlling a right side air curtain air volume of the range hood to be an air volume corresponding to the operating state of the right range in the first correspondence table; or, according to a preset second corresponding relation table, controlling the left side air curtain air volume of the range hood to be the air volume corresponding to the left side oil smoke volume in the second corresponding relation table, and simultaneously controlling the right side air curtain air volume of the range hood to be the air volume corresponding to the right side oil smoke volume in the second corresponding relation table; or, according to a preset third corresponding relation table, controlling the left air curtain air volume of the range hood to be the cooking mode of the left stove to be in the corresponding air volume in the third corresponding relation table, and simultaneously controlling the right air curtain air volume of the range hood to be the cooking mode of the right stove to be in the corresponding air volume in the third corresponding relation table.
The first corresponding relation table records the corresponding relation between the working state of the cooker and the air volume, the second corresponding relation table records the corresponding relation between the oil smoke volume and the air volume, and the first corresponding relation table records the corresponding relation between the cooking mode and the air volume. For example: the working state of the cooker comprises 3 kinds of big fire, middle fire and small fire, in a preset first corresponding relation table, the control air volume corresponding to the big fire is a first air volume value, the control air volume corresponding to the middle fire is a second air volume value, the control air volume corresponding to the small fire is a third air volume value, and the first air volume value is larger than the second air volume value and larger than the third air volume value; if the operating condition that detects present left side kitchen is "big fire", and the operating condition of right side kitchen is "little fire", then control the amount of wind of the left side air curtain air outlet of lampblack absorber (front left air curtain air outlet and/or second air curtain air outlet) is first air quantity value, simultaneous control the amount of wind of the right side air curtain air outlet of lampblack absorber (front right air curtain air outlet and/or third air curtain air outlet) is third air quantity value. The method for controlling the output air quantity of the air curtain air outlet by detecting the oil smoke quantity is similar, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The air quantity control method of the air curtain of the range hood provided by the embodiment of the invention can adjust and control the air quantity of the air curtain of the range hood according to the working state of a cooker below the range hood, can further reduce the power consumption of the range hood on the premise of ensuring the effects of smoking and odor removal prevention, and is energy-saving and power-saving.
In another optional embodiment, detecting the working state of a left stove and the working state of a right stove of a cooker below the range hood; or after detecting the amount of smoke on the left side and the amount of smoke on the right side below the range hood, in step S2, the left air curtain air volume of the range hood can be controlled to be the air volume corresponding to the operating state of the left stove, and the right air curtain air volume of the range hood can be controlled to be the air volume corresponding to the operating state of the right stove; or controlling the left air curtain air quantity of the range hood to be the air quantity corresponding to the left lampblack quantity according to a preset second function, and controlling the right air curtain air quantity of the range hood to be the air quantity corresponding to the right lampblack quantity. The first function takes the working state of the cooker as an independent variable and takes the output air quantity as a dependent variable; the first function takes the oil smoke amount as an independent variable and takes the output air amount as a dependent variable.

1. A range hood, comprising: the smoke collecting device comprises a host, a smoke collecting cavity, a smoke baffle assembly and an air curtain module;
the main machine comprises a main machine box shell and a smoke machine fan;
the smoke machine fan is positioned in the main case shell;
the smoke collecting cavity is arranged at the lower part of the main case shell so as to surround a smoke inlet at the lower part of the main case shell;
keep off cigarette board subassembly, install in on the collection smoke chamber, including preceding baffle, and/or, include: a left baffle and a right baffle;
the front baffle is positioned on the front side of the smoke collection cavity;
the left baffle and the right baffle are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the smoke collection cavity;
the air curtain module comprises an air curtain fan, an air inlet of the air curtain fan and an air outlet of the air curtain;
the air curtain fan is positioned on the inner side of the smoke collection cavity or the bottom side of the main case shell or the inner side of the front baffle; the air curtain fan air inlet is communicated with at least one air curtain air outlet;
when the front baffle is arranged, the air curtain air outlet is positioned at the lower end of the front baffle;
when the left baffle and the right baffle are arranged, the air curtain air outlet is positioned at the lower ends of the left baffle and the right baffle;
the air curtain fan blows out air through the air curtain air outlet so as to form an air curtain between the range hood and the stove platform below.
2. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein an air curtain air outlet at the lower end of the front baffle is a first air curtain air outlet;
a partition is arranged in the middle of the first air curtain air outlet to form a front left air curtain air outlet and a front right air curtain air outlet; the front left air curtain air outlet and the front right air curtain air outlet are communicated with the air curtain fan.
3. The range hood of claim 2, wherein the air curtain fan comprises a left air curtain fan and a right air curtain fan;
the air inlet of the air curtain fan comprises a left air curtain fan air inlet and a right air curtain fan air inlet;
the left air curtain fan is communicated with the air inlet of the left air curtain fan; and the right air curtain fan is communicated with the air inlet of the right air curtain fan.
4. The range hood of claim 3, wherein the left air curtain fan is in communication with the front left air curtain air outlet; and the right air curtain fan is communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet.
5. The range hood according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the left air curtain fan is communicated with a second air curtain air outlet at the lower end of the left baffle; and the right air curtain fan is communicated with a third air curtain air outlet at the lower end of the right baffle.
6. A range hood as claimed in claim 1, 4 or 5, characterized in that the air curtain module further comprises: an air volume adjusting component; the air quantity adjusting assembly is arranged on a communicating pipeline between the air curtain fan and the at least two air curtain air outlets.
7. The range hood of claim 6, wherein the air volume adjusting assembly comprises: the device comprises a main body structure, a first motor, a baffle, a first gear and a second gear;
the main body structure is internally provided with three air flow channels; the first end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, and the other two ends of the three-way airflow channel are respectively communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet and the front right air curtain air outlet; or the first end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, and the other two ends of the three-way airflow channel are respectively communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet and the second air curtain air outlet; or the first end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, and the other two ends of the three-way airflow channel are respectively communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet; or the first end of the three-way airflow channel is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, and the other two ends of the three-way airflow channel are respectively communicated with the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet;
the baffle is arranged at the intersection of 3 channels in the three-way airflow channel;
the first gear is connected with the baffle;
the second gear and the first gear are meshed with each other;
the output shaft of the first motor is connected with the shaft of the second gear;
the first motor drives the second gear to rotate, so that the baffle is controlled to rotate in the three-way airflow channel through the first gear, and the output air quantity at the other two ends except the first end in the three-way airflow channel is adjusted.
8. The range hood according to claim 7, wherein the air curtain module comprises 2 air volume adjusting assemblies, wherein a first end of a three-way air flow channel of a first air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, a second end of the three-way air flow channel of the first air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with a first air curtain air outlet at the lower end of the front baffle, a third end of the three-way air flow channel of the first air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with a first end of a three-way air flow channel of a second air volume adjusting assembly, a second end of the three-way air flow channel of the second air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the second air curtain air inlet, and a third end of the three-way air flow channel of the second air volume adjusting assembly is communicated with the third air curtain air inlet;
or
The air curtain module comprises 3 air quantity adjusting assemblies, wherein the first end of a three-way airflow channel of a first air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the output end of the air curtain fan, the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the first end of a three-way airflow channel of a second air quantity adjusting assembly, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the first air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the first end of the three-way airflow channel of a third air quantity adjusting assembly; the second end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the front left air curtain air outlet, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the second air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the second air curtain air inlet; and the second end of a three-way airflow channel of the third air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the front right air curtain air outlet, and the third end of the three-way airflow channel of the third air quantity adjusting assembly is communicated with the third air curtain air inlet.
9. The range hood of claim 6, further comprising: the detection module and the air volume control module;
the detection module is used for acquiring environment information of the left side and the right side below the range hood;
the air volume control module is in communication connection with the detection module and is also connected with the air curtain fan or the air volume adjusting assembly; and the air quantity control module is used for controlling the output air quantity of the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet according to the environmental information.
10. A range hood as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that said detection module comprises at least one of: the device comprises a first detection unit, a second detection unit and a third detection unit;

and controlling the output air quantities of the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet by controlling the opening and closing degrees of the air quantity adjusting components associated with the front left air curtain air outlet, the front right air curtain air outlet, the second air curtain air outlet and the third air curtain air outlet.
