Abstract
The invention discloses a CPP film and a production process thereof, wherein the production process specifically comprises the following steps: weighing and proportioning 96 parts, 20 parts, 0.3 part, 0.5 part, 0.4 part and 5 parts of polypropylene resin, halogen-free flame retardant, anti-dripping agent, antioxidant and aluminum foil filler, putting 96 parts of polypropylene resin, 20 parts of halogen-free flame retardant, 0.3 part of anti-dripping agent, 0.5 part of heat stabilizer, 0.4 part of antioxidant and 5 parts of aluminum foil filler into a high-speed stirrer for stirring and mixing, and conveying the mixed master batch obtained in the step two into a double-screw extruder by a feeding machine for melt extrusion granulation; according to the CPP film and the production process thereof, the mixed master batch can be effectively prevented from being accumulated on the inner wall of the high-speed stirrer, meanwhile, the neatness of the interior of the high-speed stirrer can be increased, the working efficiency of the CPP film preparation is improved, the edge of the CPP film can be subjected to edge cutting and glue sealing, and the attractiveness and stability of the CPP film can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of CPP films, in particular to a CPP film and a production process thereof.
Background
The CPP film is a casting polypropylene film, also called an unstretched polypropylene film, and can be divided into a general CPP film, an aluminized-grade film, a cooking-grade CPP film and the like according to different purposes.
Firstly, in the mixing process, a scraping mechanism is not used for scraping materials on the inner wall of a high-speed mixer, mixed master batches adhered to the inner wall of the high-speed mixer cannot be scraped off, the mixed master batches are easy to accumulate on the inner wall of the high-speed mixer, the materials are accumulated in the high-speed mixer in a mess manner, and the working efficiency of CPP film preparation is not high; secondly, the in-process of making the membrane is not cut edge and is sealed and glue, does not cut edge to the edge of CPP film, can not cut off the burr at CPP film edge, does not seal the glue in the position of cutting edge, and the aesthetic property and the stability of CPP film are relatively poor.

The invention aims to provide a CPP film and a production process thereof, which solve the problems that no scraping mechanism scrapes materials on the inner wall of a high-speed stirrer in the mixing process of the conventional CPP film, mixed master batch adhered to the inner wall of the high-speed stirrer cannot be scraped off, the mixed master batch is easy to accumulate on the inner wall of the high-speed stirrer, the materials accumulated in the high-speed stirrer are disordered, and the working efficiency of CPP film preparation is not high; secondly, the in-process of making the membrane is not cut edge and is sealed and glue, does not cut edge to the edge of CPP film, can not cut off the burr at CPP film edge, does not seal glue at the position of cutting edge, the aesthetic property of CPP film and the relatively poor technical problem of stability.

the method comprises the following steps: proportioning polypropylene resin, a halogen-free flame retardant, an anti-dripping agent, a heat stabilizer, an antioxidant and an aluminum foil filler in a metering ratio of 96 parts, 20 parts, 0.3 part, 0.5 part, 0.4 part and 5 parts;
step two: mixing, namely putting 96 parts of polypropylene resin, 20 parts of halogen-free flame retardant, 0.3 part of anti-dripping agent, 0.5 part of heat stabilizer, 0.4 part of antioxidant and 5 parts of aluminum foil filler into a high-speed mixer for stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed master batch, and scraping by a scraping mechanism simultaneously in the stirring and mixing process;
step three: extruding, namely conveying the mixed master batch obtained in the step two to a double-screw extruder from a feeder to perform melt extrusion granulation to obtain polypropylene resin flame-retardant granules;
step four: drying, namely putting the polypropylene resin flame-retardant granules obtained in the step three into a vacuum dryer for drying treatment;
step five: and (2) preparing a film, namely introducing the fully dried polypropylene resin flame-retardant granules into an extruder, carrying out hot melting extrusion on a hot-melt mixture through a T-shaped die under the action of pressure, calendering and sizing a solution extruded through the T-shaped die through a roller shaft, finally drawing the CPP film through a film making machine at a certain film drawing speed, and simultaneously carrying out edge cutting and glue sealing on the corners of the CPP film.
Further, in the first step, 20 parts of the halogen-free flame retardant and 0.3 part of the anti-dripping agent can be replaced by 15 parts of the halogen-free flame retardant and 0.4 part of the anti-dripping agent.
Further, the method comprises the following steps: in the second step, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the high-speed stirrer is 200-280r/min, and the mixing time is 10-20 min.
Furthermore, in the second step, the scraping mechanism comprises a connecting rod and a scraping blade, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the high-speed mixer in a rotating mode, and the scraping blade is connected with the connecting rod and is in contact with the inner wall of the high-speed mixer.
Further, in the third step, the temperature of each zone of the double-screw extruder is 200-300 ℃.
Further, in the fourth step, the working temperature of the vacuum drier is 120-150 ℃, and the drying time of the vacuum drier is 20-35 min.
Further, in the fifth step, the working procedures of the film making machine comprise melt extrusion, calendering, stretching, sizing, edge cutting and glue sealing, rolling, detecting and packaging, wherein the edge cutting and glue sealing is realized by a cutter and a packaging glue.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the mixing process, the inner wall of the high-speed mixer is scraped through the scraping mechanism, so that the mixed master batch adhered to the inner wall of the high-speed mixer can be scraped off, the mixed master batch can be effectively prevented from being accumulated on the inner wall of the high-speed mixer, meanwhile, the neatness of the interior of the high-speed mixer can be increased, and the working efficiency of CPP film preparation is improved;
through the in-process at the membrane of making the side cut glue seal, can cut edge the edge of CPP film, cut off the burr of CPP film edge, seal the glue in the position of cutting edge simultaneously, can improve the aesthetic property and the stability of CPP film.

a production process of a CPP film specifically comprises the following steps:

In the first step, 20 parts of halogen-free flame retardant and 0.3 part of anti-dripping agent can be replaced by 15 parts of halogen-free flame retardant and 0.4 part of anti-dripping agent.

The CPP film according to claim 1, wherein the CPP film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 96 parts of polypropylene resin, 20 parts of halogen-free flame retardant, 0.3 part of anti-dripping agent, 0.5 part of heat stabilizer, 0.4 part of antioxidant and 5 parts of aluminum foil filler.
