The filling process includes two filling heads 10, wherein the two filling heads 10 are respectively corresponding to two cavities of a double-cavity bottle and are located right above the double-cavity bottle, the two filling heads 10 are controlled by a driving mechanism, and the two filling heads 10 are driven to move up and down simultaneously so as to simultaneously fill the two cavities of the double-cavity bottle. Of course, two driving mechanisms may be provided to drive the two filling heads 10 respectively, and one driving mechanism moves corresponding to one filling head 10, so as to increase the flexibility of the filling process. The first end and the second end of the blanking pipe 11 are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the blanking pipe 11, namely the first end is positioned above the double-cavity bottle and used for injecting liquid into the bottle, and the second end is inserted into the double-cavity bottle, so that the liquid in the blanking pipe 11 smoothly flows into the double-cavity bottle. According to the technical scheme, the filling piece 13 is additionally arranged below the filling head 10 (the vacuum tube 12), the filling head 10 is controlled to move upwards during filling, when the blanking tube 11 and the vacuum tube 12 are separated from the bottle mouth, the filling piece 13 is still arranged in the bottle, partial space in the cavity is occupied, liquid injection is continued, the filling head 10 is controlled to move upwards, when the filling piece 13 is separated from the bottle mouth, injected liquid just fills the space vacated by the filling piece 13, and the filling piece 13 can play a role in blocking the cavity mouth before being separated from the bottle mouth, so that liquid in the two cavities can not be spread according to the space occupied by the filling head as long as the last injection amount of the liquid is controlled. In addition, the invention adopts a mode that two filling heads 10 simultaneously fill two cavities of a double-cavity bottle, so that the two cavities can be completely and independently filled in the filling process, two different beverages can be respectively filled in the two cavities of one bottle at one time, the two different beverages are ensured not to be mixed in a crossing way, and the independent filling and independent backflow of the two different beverages can be realized through respective material channels. The double-cavity bottle filling process and the filling equipment have the advantages of high filling precision, high sanitary cleanliness, reduction of filling procedures on the premise of ensuring the technological requirements of beverages, simple and practical structure and saving of the investment cost of the equipment.
In this embodiment, when the filling is started, the distance between the filling member 13 and the bottom of the bottle is 1.0cm-1.5 cm; during filling, the filling member 13 is kept at a distance of 1.0cm to 1.5cm from the liquid surface.
It should be noted that, during the whole filling process, the bottom of the filling member 13 needs to be kept away from the liquid level all the time to avoid affecting the liquid filling effect, so that, during the initial filling, the filling member 13 needs to keep a certain distance from the bottle bottom, specifically, the filling member 13 keeps a distance of 1.3cm from the bottle bottom, so as to ensure that the filling member 13 does not contact the liquid level after the liquid filling, and meanwhile, the liquid level rises, the filling head 10 moves upwards, and the distance between the filling member 13 and the liquid level is controlled to be 1.3 cm. So set up, can further guarantee the health and cleanness of liquid, improve the quality of product, guarantee producer and consumer's interests.
In this embodiment, a second liquid inlet 112 is further formed in a side surface of the blanking pipe 11, and the second liquid inlet 112 is opposite to the first liquid inlet 111 and is communicated with the first liquid inlet; and starting the filling valve 40, so that the liquid enters the blanking pipe 11 from the first liquid inlet 111 and the second liquid inlet 112 respectively, and enters the bottle from the lower end of the blanking pipe 11, and the filling process is realized. A second air suction hole 122 is further formed in the lower end of the vacuum tube 12, and the second air suction hole 122 is opposite to the first air suction hole 121 and is communicated with the first air suction hole 121; before liquid injection, the interior of the bottle is firstly vacuumized, the vacuum pump is started, and air in the bottle is pumped out from the first air pumping hole 121 and the second air pumping hole 122, so that the vacuumizing process is realized. During filling, the liquid temperature is controlled to be 25-35 ℃, the filling pressure of the filling valve 40 is 0.02MP so as to ensure the smoothness during filling, and the arrangement of the plurality of liquid inlets and the plurality of air extraction holes can increase the filling efficiency during filling.
In this embodiment, the filling element 13 is a conical structure, the conical angle of the filling element 13 faces the bottom of the dual-chamber bottle, the outer diameter of the filling head 10 is adapted to the diameter of the dual-chamber bottle, and the filling head 10 is made of a steel material.
Specifically, the conical surface of the filling member 13 is connected to the lower end face of the vacuum tube 12, and the conical angle is arranged toward the bottom of the dual-chamber bottle, that is, the sectional area of the filling member 13 is gradually smaller from top to bottom, and since the filling head 10 is drawn out along with the increase of the liquid in the bottle during liquid injection until the filling member 13 is finally drawn out, the filling member 13 is arranged in such a way, the space in the bottle can be gradually increased in the process of drawing out the filling member 13, and the liquid in the chamber cannot rapidly rise, so that the liquid in the two chambers can be positioned. In addition, the steel has the characteristics of high strength, good plasticity and toughness, impact resistance, reliable performance, easy processing into plates, sections and wires, good welding and riveting performance, high heat resistance and the like. The filling head 10 needs to be filled with liquid and vacuumized, so that certain requirements are met for processing the filling head 10, and the liquid has certain heat during filling, so that the material for manufacturing the filling head 10 by using the steel function is high in practicability and low in cost.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the present embodiment provides a dual-chamber bottle filling apparatus 100, which is applied to a dual-chamber bottle filling process, and includes a liquid storage tank 20 and the following process steps:
s1, transversely arranging the double-cavity bottles to enable the mouths of the double-cavity bottles 50 to be upward and put on a conveyor belt;
s2, conveying the double-cavity bottle to an aseptic environment for disinfection and air drying;
s3, moving the disinfected and air-dried double-cavity bottle to the position below a double-cavity filling head 10, wherein the double-cavity filling head 10 is connected with a filling valve 40;
s4, inserting a filling head 10 into a double-cavity bottle, wherein the filling head 10 comprises a discharging pipe 11, a vacuum pipe 12 and a filling piece 13, the vacuum pipe 12 is positioned in the discharging pipe 11, a gap exists between the vacuum pipe 12 and the discharging pipe 11, the filling piece 13 is connected below the vacuum pipe 12 and is close to the bottom of the bottle, a first liquid inlet 111 is formed in the side surface of the discharging pipe 11, and a first air suction hole 121 is formed in the lower end of the vacuum pipe 12;
filling process: firstly, the vacuum tube 12 needs to be vacuumized, air in the bottle enters the vacuum tube 12 from the suction hole and is sucked out by the vacuum tube 12, meanwhile, liquid enters from the first liquid inlet 111 of the blanking tube 11 and flows into the double-cavity bottle through a gap between the blanking tube 11 and the vacuum tube 12;
s5, controlling the filling head 10 to move upwards in the filling process, and keeping the filling piece 13 separated from the liquid level;
s6, during filling, the blanking pipe 11 and the vacuum pipe 12 are ensured to be separated from the bottle mouth firstly, the filling piece 13 is still arranged in the bottle, at the moment, the filling piece 13 occupies partial space in the cavity, liquid injection is continued, meanwhile, the filling head 10 is kept moving upwards, when the filling piece 13 is separated from the bottle mouth, the injected liquid can fill the space vacated by the filling piece 13, and filling is finished;
s7, when carrying out the filling simultaneously to two cavitys of a double-chamber bottle, including two filling head 10 and actuating mechanism, two filling head 10 corresponds one respectively two accent of double-chamber bottle, actuating mechanism connects two filling head 10, and the drive is two filling head 10 reciprocates simultaneously to the realization carries out the filling simultaneously to two cavitys of a double-chamber bottle.
S8, after filling, sterilizing and disinfecting the liquid in the double-cavity bottle;
and S9, packaging the mouth of the double-cavity bottle, and detecting the air tightness for later use.
Specifically, the liquid storage tank 20 is connected to the filling head 10 through two feeding pipes 30, one feeding pipe 30 has two ends connected to the storage tank and the first liquid inlet 111, respectively, and the other feeding pipe 30 has two ends connected to the storage tank and the second liquid inlet 112, respectively. The two feeding pipes 30 are respectively provided with a flow meter and a flow control valve, and the flow meter and the flow control valve are respectively electrically connected with the filling valve 40 to control the feeding amount of the two feeding pipes 30. As will be understood, the liquid storage tank 20 is used for supplying liquid to the filling head 10, and the two liquid inlet ports are communicated with the liquid storage tank 20 through the two feeding pipes 30, and since the first liquid inlet port 111 and the second liquid inlet port 112 are provided in the present invention, two feeding pipes 30 are correspondingly configured, and the two feeding pipes 30 are respectively connected with the first liquid inlet port 111 and the second liquid inlet port 112. Specifically, because two kinds of liquid are injected into the dual-chamber bottle, a plurality of liquid storage tanks 20 can be arranged, the plurality of liquid storage tanks 20 respectively store different liquids, of course, one liquid storage tank 20 can be arranged to store a plurality of liquids, and the specific arrangement of the liquid storage tank 20 can be set according to actual needs. The filling valve 40 is started, liquid can be conveyed from the liquid storage tank 20 to the filling head 10 through the feeding pipes 30 under the action of power, and the two feeding pipes 30 are respectively provided with a flow meter and a flow control valve which are respectively used for metering the conveying amount of the liquid and controlling the conveying of the liquid. By the design, the effect of automatically controlling liquid conveying can be achieved, full-automatic filling of filling equipment is realized, and labor cost is saved.

Claims (14)
1. The double-cavity bottle filling process is characterized by comprising the following process steps:
s1, transversely arranging the double-cavity bottles to enable the mouths of the double-cavity bottles to be upward and placing the bottles on a conveyor belt;
s2, conveying the double-cavity bottle to an aseptic environment for disinfection and air drying;
s3, moving the disinfected and air-dried double-cavity bottle to the position below a double-cavity filling head, wherein the double-cavity filling head is connected with a filling valve;
s4, inserting a filling head into a double-cavity bottle, wherein the filling head comprises a blanking pipe, a vacuum pipe and a filling piece, the vacuum pipe is positioned in the blanking pipe, a gap is reserved between the vacuum pipe and the blanking pipe, the filling piece is connected below the vacuum pipe and close to the bottom of the bottle, a first liquid inlet is formed in the side surface of the blanking pipe, and a first air suction hole is formed in the lower end of the vacuum pipe;
filling process: firstly, a vacuum tube needs to be vacuumized, air in the bottle enters the vacuum tube from the air suction hole and is sucked out by the vacuum tube, meanwhile, liquid enters the vacuum tube from the first liquid inlet of the blanking tube and flows into the double-cavity bottle through a gap between the blanking tube and the vacuum tube;
s5, controlling the filling head to move upwards in the filling process, and keeping the filling piece separated from the liquid level;
s6, during filling, the blanking pipe and the vacuum pipe are ensured to be separated from the bottle mouth first, the filling piece is placed in the bottle, the filling piece occupies partial space in the cavity at the moment, liquid injection is continued, meanwhile, the filling head is kept moving upwards, when the filling piece is separated from the bottle mouth, injected liquid can fill the space vacated by the filling piece, and filling is finished;
s7, when carrying out the filling simultaneously to two cavitys of a double-chamber bottle, including two filling head and actuating mechanism, two the filling head corresponds one respectively two accent of double-chamber bottle, actuating mechanism connects two the filling head, and the drive is two the filling head reciprocates simultaneously to the realization carries out the filling simultaneously to two cavitys of a double-chamber bottle.
S8, after filling, sterilizing and disinfecting the liquid in the double-cavity bottle;
and S9, packaging the mouth of the double-cavity bottle, and detecting the air tightness for later use.
2. The filling process for a dual-chamber bottle according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the filling member and the bottom of the bottle at the time of initial filling is 1.0cm to 1.5 cm.
3. The dual-chamber bottle filling process according to claim 1, wherein the filling member is kept at a distance of 1.0cm to 1.5cm from the liquid surface during the filling process.

The filling process of the double-chamber bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second liquid inlet is further formed in the side surface of the blanking tube, and the second liquid inlet and the first liquid inlet are arranged oppositely and communicated with each other; and starting the filling valve, so that liquid enters the blanking pipe from the first liquid inlet and the second liquid inlet respectively and enters the bottle from the lower end of the blanking pipe, and the filling process is realized.

The filling process of the double-chamber bottle according to claim 1, wherein a second air suction hole is further formed at the lower end of the vacuum tube, and the second air suction hole is opposite to the first air suction hole and is communicated with the first air suction hole; before injecting liquid, carry out the evacuation in the bottle earlier, start the vacuum pump, the air is taken out in first aspirating hole and the second aspirating hole from in the bottle, realizes the evacuation process.
6. The filling process of the double-chamber bottle according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the liquid is controlled to be 25-35 ℃ during filling.

8. The filling process of claim 1, wherein a plurality of said double-chambered bottles are arranged in sequence, and the gaps between the double-chambered bottles are equal.
9. The filling process for a dual-chamber bottle according to claim 1, wherein the filling member is provided in a tapered structure, and the taper angle of the filling member is provided toward the bottom of the dual-chamber bottle.
10. The filling process for a double-chamber bottle according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the filling head is adapted to the caliber of the double-chamber bottle, and the filling head is made of a steel material.
11. The filling process of the double-chamber bottle according to claim 1, wherein in the step 7, the spraying tunnel in the product transportation needs to be sterilized at high temperature and then cooled with water.
12. The filling process of the double-chamber bottle according to claim 11, wherein the sterilization temperature is 95-85 ℃ and the cooling temperature is 65-35 ℃.

A double-chamber bottle filling device applied to the double-chamber bottle filling process according to any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising a liquid storage tank, wherein the liquid storage tank is connected with the filling head through two feeding pipes, the two ends of one feeding pipe are respectively connected with the material storage tank and the first liquid inlet, and the two ends of the other feeding pipe are respectively connected with the material storage tank and the second liquid inlet.
14. The dual chamber bottle filling apparatus of claim 13, wherein a flow meter and a flow control valve are disposed on each of said two feeding pipes, and said flow meter and said flow control valve are electrically connected to said filling valve to control the feeding amount of said two feeding pipes.
