1. The passbook bi-directional anti-superimposition issuing device according to claim 7, wherein: the end part of the second support shaft (20) is fixedly connected with a second passbook double-prevention gear (32), and the second passbook double-prevention gear (32) is meshed with the active issuing gear (31) installed on the third support shaft (24) through a second issuing switching gear (33).
