The automatic conveying system for the standard knot during processing according to claim 1, wherein the suspension assembly comprises a fixed frame, lifting arms and automatic clamping assemblies, the lifting arms extending downwards are fixed at two ends of the fixed frame, the standard knot is positioned between the two lifting arms, the automatic clamping assemblies are arranged on the lifting arms, and the standard knot is clamped through the automatic clamping assemblies; the automatic clamping assembly comprises clamping plates, abutting columns, a driving assembly and a buffering assembly, the clamping plates are arranged on two sides of the standard knot, each clamping plate is connected with the corresponding lifting arm, the driving assembly is arranged between each clamping plate and the lifting arm, the clamping plates are clamped tightly with the standard knot through the driving assembly, the abutting columns are arranged on one side, facing the standard knot, of each clamping plate, each abutting column extends into a sleeve of the standard knot, the buffering assembly is arranged between each abutting column and the clamping plates, the buffering assembly is an elastic telescopic rod, and the top of each abutting column is a conical inclined plane.

The automatic conveying system for the standard knot processing as claimed in claim 2, wherein an infrared reflection sensor is disposed below the fixing frame, the infrared reflection sensor faces the standard knot and is connected with the driving assembly, and when the standard knot approaches the infrared reflection sensor, the driving assembly drives the clamping plate to approach the standard knot to clamp the standard knot.

The automatic conveying system for standard knot processing according to claim 3, wherein the placing table comprises a rotating frame, a clamping alignment assembly and a fixed hoop, wherein a bearing seat of the rotating frame is fixed on the ground, the rotating frame is driven to rotate by a stepping motor, a plurality of placing grooves with outward openings are arranged on the rotating frame, the fixed hoop is arranged in each placing groove, the chord rods on the standard knots are fixed by the fixed hoop, so that the standard knots are fixed in the placing grooves, the clamping alignment assembly is arranged right below the rotating frame, the clamping alignment assembly comprises a lifting plate and an end pushing assembly, the lifting plate is embedded on the ground, a lifting cylinder is arranged at the bottom of the lifting plate, end pushing assemblies are arranged at two ends of the lifting plate, the end pushing assembly comprises a pushing plate and a pushing hydraulic cylinder, and the pushing hydraulic cylinder and the lifting hydraulic cylinder work synchronously, when the standard knot rises, the push plates at the two ends correct the position of the standard knot.

The automatic conveying system during standard knot processing as claimed in claim 4, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises connecting rods and a lifting assembly, wherein each lifting arm is divided into two sections, the two sections of the lifting arms are hinged through a plurality of groups of connecting rods, each group of the connecting rods is formed by hinging two connecting rods, the lifting assembly is arranged between the groups of the connecting rods, and the included angle between the two connecting rods is changed through the lifting assembly, so that the lifting of the standard knot is realized, and the stability of the lifting of the standard knot is ensured.

The automatic conveying system during standard knot processing as claimed in claim 5, wherein a radio frequency identification tag is fixed on the upper outer wall of each standard knot, a radio frequency writing device is arranged at the bottom of each placing table, when the standard knots are placed below the placing tables and clamped, the radio frequency writing device writes a processing position and a processing procedure into the radio frequency identification tag, a radio frequency reading device is arranged on the suspension assembly, information in the equipment identification tag is read through the radio frequency reading device, so that the conveying mechanism conveys the standard knots to the next procedure, if the procedure is not completed, the suspension assembly cannot clamp and suspend the standard knots, and the standard knots are placed on the ground through the placing tables, so that the placement procedure is disordered.
