The invention discloses a dispensing module and an intelligent dispensing machine comprising the dispensing module. The dispensing module comprises a medicine box, a motor and a blocking block connected with a driving shaft of the motor; the medicine box is used for loading pills and is provided with an opening, the blocking block is arranged at the opening, and a groove used for containing the pills is formed in the blocking block. In this kind of module that dispenses, the open-ended shape of medicine box and block the piece phase-match, and the motor rotates the drive and blocks the piece rotation to make and block the piece and can block up the opening all the time, and make the recess just rotate to the opening back to back, the pellet can't directly drop from the opening, and the pellet that holds in the recess can drop. That is, the blocking block of such a dispensing module can remove the pills contained in the recess from the cartridge each time it is rotated, thereby ensuring that the pills are removed accurately according to a predetermined number.

The intelligent medicine dispensing machine is characterized in that a medicine dispensing module is arranged at the core of the intelligent medicine dispensing machine and used for controlling pills with preset quantity to fall into a medicine outlet.
However, how to ensure that the pills are accurately taken out according to the preset quantity is a problem to be solved in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, there is a need for a dispensing module that can solve the above problems.

A medicine dispensing module comprises a medicine box, a motor and a blocking block connected with a driving shaft of the motor;

An intelligent medicine dispensing machine comprises a shell, a setting module, a display module and the medicine dispensing module, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed in the shell, the medicine dispensing module is arranged in the accommodating cavity, the display module is arranged on the shell, and a medicine outlet is formed in the shell;
the setting module comprises a setting button arranged on the shell and a controller arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the controller is electrically connected with the setting button, the display module and the dispensing module respectively.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The dispensing module 40 of one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, includes a cartridge 42, a motor 44, and a stop block 46 coupled to a driveshaft of the motor 44.
The medicine cassette 42 is for loading pills and the medicine cassette 42 has an opening 422, a stopper 46 is provided at the opening 422, and a groove 462 for receiving the pills is provided on the stopper 46.
The shape of opening 422 matches that of stop 46 and motor 44 is rotated to rotate stop 46 so that stop 46 always blocks opening 422 and pills cannot fall directly from opening 422 and recess 462 is rotated from facing opening 422 to facing away from opening 422.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the shape of the opening 422 matches the stopper 46, which means that the stopper 46 can always block the opening 422 no matter where the stopper 46 rotates.
In this dispensing module 40, the opening 422 of the cartridge 42 is shaped to match the stop block 46, and the motor 44 is rotated to drive the stop block 46 to rotate, so that the stop block 46 can always block the opening 422, and the recess 462 is rotated from facing the opening 422 to facing away from the opening 422. Pills cannot fall directly from the opening 422 and pills contained within the recess 462 can fall. That is, each rotation of the stop block 46 of the dispensing module 40 removes a pill contained in the recess 462 from the cartridge 42, thereby ensuring that the pill is removed in the predetermined number.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the stopper 46 has a cylindrical shape, and the axis of the stopper 46 is collinear with the driving shaft of the motor 44.
Accordingly, the shape of opening 422 matches that of stop 46.
Preferably, the recess 462 is disposed in the middle of the stop block 46.
Preferably, the recess 462 is sized to fit one pill, i.e., the recess 462 can accommodate exactly one pill. This arrangement allows one pill to be dropped per revolution of the motor 44, thereby allowing any number of pills to be removed.
Referring to the drawings, in the present embodiment, the dispensing module 40 further includes a speed reducer 48, and a driving shaft of the motor 44 is connected to the stopper 46 through the speed reducer 48.
With reference to the figures, in this embodiment, the size of the opening 422 matches a pill size. Therefore, the pills can be further taken out accurately according to the preset quantity.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the medicine box 42 includes an accommodating section 424 and an opening section 426 communicated with the accommodating section 424, the opening section 426 is cylindrical, and the opening 422 is located at one end of the opening section 426 far from the accommodating section 424.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the receiving section 424 is funnel-shaped.
More preferably, the inner diameter of the cylindrical receiving section 424 is the same as the outer diameter of the cylindrical stop block 46.
With reference to fig. 4, the invention further discloses an intelligent dispensing machine of an embodiment, which includes a housing 10, a setting module, a display module 30 and a dispensing module 40, wherein a containing cavity is arranged in the housing 10, the dispensing module 40 is arranged in the containing cavity, and the display module 30 is arranged on the housing 10.
The setup module includes setup buttons 22 provided on the housing 10 and a controller (not shown) provided in the receiving cavity, the controller being electrically connected to the setup buttons 22, the display module 30 and the dispensing module 40, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the display module 30 is a display screen.
The shell 10 is provided with a medicine outlet 14.
The setting button 22 is used for setting the medicine discharging quantity and the medicine discharging time, the display module 30 is used for displaying the medicine discharging quantity and the medicine discharging time, and the controller is used for controlling the medicine dispensing module 40 to control the preset quantity of pills to fall into the medicine outlet 14 at the preset time according to the medicine discharging quantity and the medicine discharging time.
Using the intelligent medicine dispensing machine, the user can set the medicine discharging quantity and the medicine discharging time by himself, and the pills are controlled to fall into the medicine discharging inlet according to the medicine discharging quantity and the medicine discharging time.
For traditional scheme of taking medicine by oneself, this kind of intelligent medicine dispensing machine can solve the old patient and forget the condition of taking medicine, missing or taking more the medicine.
Specifically, in the intelligent dispensing machine, the set medicine discharge amount is recorded as the preset amount, and the set medicine discharge time is the preset time.
Preferably, the intelligent dispensing machine further comprises a reminding module (not shown in the figure) electrically connected with the controller, and the reminding module is used for sending out a reminding signal at the dispensing time.
The reminding module sends out reminding signals at the time of medicine discharging so as to remind a user to take medicine on time.
The reminding module can emit light and/or sound reminding signals.
Referring to the drawings, in the present embodiment, a cover 16 is provided on the top of the housing 10, and the medicine cartridge 42 faces the cover 16.
The cap 16 can be removed so that only the cap 16 needs to be removed to add pills to the medication box 42.
Preferably, the intelligent dispensing machine further comprises a medicine taking box arranged at the medicine outlet 14.

the medicine box is used for loading pills and is provided with an opening, the barrier block is arranged at the opening, and a groove for containing the pills is formed in the barrier block;
the shape of the opening is matched with that of the blocking block, the motor drives the blocking block to rotate, so that the blocking block can block the opening all the time, pills can not directly fall from the opening, and the groove is enabled to rotate to be back to the opening from right to right.
2. A dispensing module according to claim 1, wherein the stop block is cylindrical and the axis of the stop block is collinear with the drive shaft of the motor.
3. A dispensing module according to claim 2, wherein the recess is provided in the middle of the stop block.
4. A dispensing module according to claim 1, wherein the size of the recess matches one of the pills.
5. The dispensing module of claim 1 further comprising a speed reducer through which a drive shaft of the motor is connected to the stop block.
6. A dispensing module according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the opening is sized to match one of the pills.
7. A dispensing module according to claim 6, wherein the cartridge includes a receiving section and an opening section in communication with the receiving section, the opening section being cylindrical and the opening being located at an end of the opening section remote from the receiving section.
8. A dispensing module according to claim 7, wherein the receiving section is funnel-shaped.
9. An intelligent dispensing machine is characterized by comprising a shell, a setting module, a display module and the dispensing module according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein a containing cavity is arranged in the shell, the dispensing module is arranged in the containing cavity, the display module is arranged on the shell, and a medicine outlet is formed in the shell;
the setting module comprises a setting button arranged on the shell and a controller arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the controller is electrically connected with the setting button, the display module and the dispensing module respectively.
10. The intelligent dispensing machine according to claim 9, further comprising a reminder module electrically connected to the controller, the reminder module configured to send a reminder signal at the dispensing time;
the intelligent dispensing machine further comprises a medicine taking box arranged at the medicine outlet.
