A method for using a feces picking device comprises two shovels with opposite openings, an opening and closing mechanism for controlling the opening and closing of the two shovels, and garbage bags with downward openings, wherein the garbage bags are positioned in the two shovels; the shovel comprises a bottom plate, two side plates and a rear plate; one part of the garbage bag is positioned in the shovel, and the other part of the garbage bag is turned outwards and sleeved outside the shovel; the method is characterized in that: the garbage bag sealing device also comprises a folding mechanism for folding the garbage bag, a sealing mechanism for sealing the garbage bag, and a control circuit board for controlling the opening and closing mechanism, the folding mechanism and the sealing mechanism; the opening and closing mechanism enables the two shovels to be combined, the two bottom plates extrude the garbage bag, then the folding mechanism folds the extrusion position of the garbage bag and pulls the garbage bag upwards for 1-2cm, and then the sealing mechanism seals the garbage bag body below the folding mechanism;
the device also comprises an installation box for installing the opening and closing mechanism and a cylinder body with an upper opening and a lower opening; the upper ends of two side plates of the shovel are hinged with the lower end of the cylinder body; the opening and closing mechanism comprises two pull rods, two connecting plates and a first motor, wherein the lower ends of the pull rods are hinged with the corresponding shovel rear plate; the lower end of the installation box is detachably connected with the upper end of the cylinder body, and the installation box comprises a bottom wall and a side wall; the upper end of the bottom wall of the mounting box is provided with a first motor, the first motor comprises a first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft penetrates through the bottom wall of the mounting box downwards and is connected with the connecting plate; the middle part of the connecting plate is provided with a threaded hole, the outer side wall of the first rotating shaft is provided with an external thread, and the first rotating shaft is in threaded connection with the threaded hole; a guide rod is arranged between the first rotating shaft and each pull rod, and the upper end of each guide rod is connected with the lower end of the bottom wall of the installation box; the connecting plate is also provided with a guide hole which is sleeved on the guide rod;
the folding mechanism comprises two symmetrical folding rods, a supporting plate, a screw rod, a second motor and a first electric push rod, wherein the lower parts of the two folding rods are positioned in a shovel, the supporting plate is connected with the upper end of the folding rod, the screw rod is connected with the folding rod, the second motor drives the screw rod to rotate, and the lower end of an output shaft is connected with the upper end of the supporting plate; the lower ends of the two folding rods are respectively connected with a semicircular extrusion part, the two extrusion parts are gradually close to the bag body of the folded garbage bag, the upper end of each folding rod is connected with a sleeve joint, and the upper end of each sleeve joint is connected with a positioning head; two sides of the lower end of the supporting plate are respectively connected with hinged plates, the two hinged plates are hinged with the end parts of the corresponding screw rods, and the second motor is connected with the outer side of one hinged plate; the lower end of the supporting plate is provided with a positioning groove in sliding connection with the positioning head along the length direction; in the two folding rods, the inner wall of one sleeve joint is provided with left-handed internal threads, and the inner wall of the other sleeve joint is provided with right-handed internal threads; one half of the outer side wall of the screw rod is provided with a left-handed external thread connected with the left-handed internal thread, and the other half of the outer side wall of the screw rod is provided with a right-handed external thread connected with the right-handed internal thread;
the garbage bag is a breakpoint-free garbage bag; the automatic packing feces picking device also comprises a bag box which is used for containing the garbage bag and is positioned above the shovel, a pulling mechanism which pulls the garbage bag body upwards and pulls the garbage bag body downwards from the bag box, and a fusing mechanism which fuses the garbage bag body; a bag cavity with a downward opening for accommodating a garbage bag is formed in the bag box, a cover plate is detachably connected to the opening of the bag cavity, and a garbage bag body outlet is formed between the outer side wall of the cover plate and the bag cavity; the outer side walls of the side plates of the two shovels are respectively connected with a fixing head, and the fixing heads are positioned at the positions of the side plates and the bottom plate which are close to the mouth of the shovel; two fixing heads positioned at the same side of the two shovels are connected with a limiting rope for preventing the garbage bag body from entering the shovel from the space between the shovel side plates; the garbage bag body is pulled out from the bag cavity, sleeved outside the two shovels and then enters the two shovels from between the limiting rope and the bottom plate; the sealing mechanism is a hot-melting seal, and the sealing mechanism is used for hot-melting and sealing the bag body of the garbage bag to form a welding position; the fusing mechanism comprises a fusing wire for fusing the bag body of the garbage bag;
the sealing mechanism comprises two sealing parts which are symmetrically arranged and matched with the sealing, and one sealing part is arranged on one shovel; the sealing part comprises a third motor which is arranged at the upper end of the bottom plate and has a rotating shaft facing to the other shovel, a pushing pipe which moves axially and has an internal thread on the inner side wall, a screw rod with one end connected with the rotating shaft of the third motor, and a welding part connected with one end of the pushing pipe far away from the third motor; the outer side wall of the screw is provided with an external thread connected with the internal thread of the push pipe; the outer side wall of the push pipe is axially connected with a limiting piece, the upper end of the bottom plate is connected with two parallel limiting strips, the limiting piece is positioned between the limiting strips, and the limiting piece is in sliding connection with the limiting strips; the welding part comprises an electric iron for hot melting the garbage bag body to form a seal and a single chip microcomputer electrically connected with the electric iron;
the side wall of the installation box is detachably connected with a cover body, and the upper end of the cover body is connected with a hollow handle; the upper end of the cover body is connected with a connecting pipe, the lower end of the handle is provided with a connecting end, and the connecting pipe is connected with the connecting end; the upper end of the handle is provided with a plurality of control keys which are respectively and electrically connected with the control circuit board;
the lifting mechanism comprises a second electric push rod with an output shaft facing downwards and positioned above the shovel, and the lower end of the output shaft of the second electric push rod is connected with a manipulator used for clamping the welding position of the garbage bag;
the method comprises the following steps: sleeving a bag box filled with a breakpoint-free garbage bag on a barrel from the upper part of a handle, pulling a part of a bag body out of the bag box by hands, sleeving the bag body outside two shovels, then controlling an opening and closing mechanism to separate the two shovels, then turning a part of the bag body inwards, inserting the part of the bag body into a space between the two shovels from the lower part of the shovels, then controlling the opening and closing mechanism to draw the two shovels together, enabling a shovel bottom plate to extrude the bag body, then enabling a folding mechanism to work, folding the bag body extruded by the bottom plate towards the middle by an extruding part to form a folding part, then pulling the bag body upwards for 1-2cm, then working a sealing mechanism, carrying out welding and sealing on the bag body which is approximately 1cm long below the folding part to form a welding part, separating the welding part, then pulling up the mechanical arm to move downwards, then clamping the welding part by the mechanical arm, at the moment, separating the two shovels by the opening and closing mechanism, then pulling up the mechanical arm and the welding part upwards by the pulling up mechanism, thus, a part of the bag bodies are further pulled out of the bag box, and more bag bodies are arranged between the shovels; covering the bag body between the two shovels on the excrement, controlling the shovels to approach by the opening and closing mechanism, shoveling the excrement into the bag body between the shovels, extruding the bag body by a bottom plate of the shovel, then working the folding mechanism, folding the bag body extruded by the shovel body to form a folding part, pulling the bag body upwards for 1-2cm, then working the sealing mechanism, welding the folding part by an electric soldering iron to form a welding part with the length of about 1cm in the vertical direction, fusing the welding part by a fusing wire, separating the two fusing parts, opening the door body to take out the bag body filled with the excrement, then working the pulling mechanism, clamping the fusing part b by a manipulator, lifting the pulling mechanism to pull out a part of the bag body from the bag box, and pulling a part of the bag body into the shovels for next use.
