Abstract
The invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a waterproof ring, which comprises an upper mold plate and a lower mold plate, wherein an upper middle plate and a lower middle plate are arranged between the upper mold plate and the lower mold plate, the first side surface of the upper middle plate is sunken towards one side of the lower middle plate to form a first material placing cavity, a material feeding hole is formed in the first material placing cavity and penetrates through the first material placing cavity, the second side surface of the lower middle plate is sunken towards one side of the upper middle plate to form a first molding cavity, a molding hole is formed in the first molding cavity, a filling block for filling the first molding cavity is arranged on the lower mold plate, a molding die is arranged on the filling block, and a compression block matched with the first material placing cavity is formed on the upper mold plate; the invention also provides a production method of the waterproof ring. The method and the die can greatly improve the waterproof effect of the waterproof ring.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof ring production, in particular to a mold for manufacturing a waterproof ring and a production method of the waterproof ring.
Background
Generally, there are hundreds of types of connectors required for automobiles, and about hundreds of connectors are used for a single vehicle type. Along with the increasing requirements of people on safety, environmental protection, comfort, intellectualization and the like of automobiles, the applications of automobile electronic products are increasing, and the number of applications of the shell structure of the automobile connector is increased. The invention is further provided with an upper heating plate arranged on one side of the upper template, and a lower heating plate arranged on one side of the lower template.
The invention is further provided that when the forming die enters the material inlet hole, the clearance between the top end of the forming die and the inner diameter of the lower end surface of the material inlet hole is 0mm-0.04mm, wherein the opening of the material inlet side of the material inlet hole is larger than the opening of the material outlet side of the material inlet hole.
The invention also provides a production method of the waterproof ring, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preheating the upper template, the middle and lower plates and the upper template to reach the temperature of 180-190 ℃;
s2, filling the first material placing cavity of the middle upper plate with rubber;

s4-die pressing;
s5-after mould pressing, the lower template retreats, the upper middle plate is separated from the upper template, the lower middle plate is separated from the upper middle plate, the lower middle plate is transferred to a material taking position through a material moving tool, and a formed product is taken out through a material taking device;
s6, taking out the molded product, observing whether the product has the waste edge, and cutting off the waste edge of the product with the waste edge.
S7-processing the waste edge formed on the upper middle plate.
Based on the method, the invention further provides that in the process that the lower template, the middle lower plate and the middle upper plate move towards one side of the upper template, the filling block of the lower template is attached to the first molding cavity of the middle lower plate, the molding die penetrates through the molding hole and then enters the feeding hole, and the pressing block of the upper template enters the first material placing cavity to act on the sizing material.
Based on the method, the invention further provides that in the molding process in the step S4, the pressing block of the upper mold plate acts on the rubber material, so that the rubber material sequentially passes through the feeding hole and the molding hole from the first material placing cavity, and simultaneously fills the feeding hole and the molding hole, and cooperates with the molding die to form the product.

The invention has the advantages that the lower template, the middle lower plate and the middle upper plate are assembled into a whole and then connected with the upper template, namely the forming die, the feeding hole and the forming hole in the utility model are integrated together firstly, and then the sizing material is extruded by the upper template, so that the sizing material can smoothly enter the forming part of the feeding hole and the forming hole, and the forming die is inserted into the sizing material in the general process, so that the overflow of the sizing material is caused to generate waste edges, the situation that the density of the whole waterproof ring is not uniform is easy to occur, the density of part of the structure is large, the strength is good, the density of other positions is small, the strength is not sufficient, and the waterproof effect is reduced. s6, taking out the molded product, observing whether the product has the waste edge, and cutting off the waste edge of the product with the waste edge.

In the process that the lower template, the middle lower plate and the middle upper plate move towards one side of the upper template, the filling block of the lower template is attached to the first molding cavity of the middle lower plate, the molding die penetrates through the molding hole and then enters the feeding hole, the pressing block of the upper template enters the first material placing cavity and acts on the rubber material, in addition, in the molding process of the step S4, the pressing block of the upper template acts on the rubber material, so that the rubber material sequentially passes through the feeding hole and the molding hole from the first material placing cavity, and simultaneously fills the feeding hole and the molding hole to form a product by matching with the molding die, and the structures of the feeding hole, the molding hole and the molding die are selected according to the product.
The glue filling mode in the step S2 is to inject liquid glue or place solid glue, the preheating time in the step S1 is 30-45 minutes, heating plates for heating the glue are arranged on one side of the upper template and one side of the lower template, and the glue is heated through the heating plates;
