When the suction blower sucks air, dust in the equipment body 1 is discharged from the lower air passage, the dust in the air flow is adhered to the first filter screen 24, the dust is prevented from being diffused to the outside, meanwhile, the PLC opens the water valve, the first filter screen and the second filter screen 28 of the first filter screen 24 are washed, the dust is prevented from entering the equipment body 1 from the second filter screen 28, and the water valve is closed after the set time; when the first suction blower 13 or the second suction blower 20 blows air, the air flow blows into the device body 1, enters the device body 1 from the upper air passage, passes through the second filter screen 28 before entering, and the second filter screen 28 filters dust in the air flow to prevent the dust from entering the device body 1 from the outside. When the PLC controller control changes the blower of inhaling and blows in to equipment body 1, the PLC controller opens the water valve simultaneously, washes first filter screen 24 and second filter screen 28, prevents that the dust from entering into equipment body 1 from second filter screen 28 in, closes the water valve after the settlement time. Pressure sensor 25 detects the weight change of first filter screen 24, and when filter screen 16 weight exceeded the setting value, made the PLC controller open the water valve, made the water outflow wash second filter screen 28 in spray pipe 29, water enters into the baffle on second filter screen 28, and water flows down from the slope baffle and washs first filter screen 24 to clean first filter screen 24 and second filter screen 28, prevent that the dust from entering into in the equipment body 1 along with the air current.

the scraper (4) is positioned above the first conveyor belt (3); the second magnet (9) is positioned above the first conveyor belt (3) and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the equipment body (1); the electromagnet (7) is positioned below the first conveyor belt (3), and the electromagnet (7) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the equipment body (1) through a first spring (8);
the first suction blower (13) is arranged at a feed inlet of the equipment body (1), and the first suction blower (13) is communicated with a first air pipe (14); the second air suction and blowing machine (20) is arranged at the discharge port of the equipment body (1), and the second air suction and blowing machine (20) is communicated with a second air pipe (21); the second air pipe (21) and the first air pipe (14) are communicated with the dust collection box through a funnel, one end with a large diameter of the funnel is communicated with the first air pipe (14) and the second air pipe (21), and one end with a small diameter of the funnel is communicated with the dust collection box;
the equipment body (1) is provided with a PLC (programmable logic controller), the PLC is electrically connected with the image recognition mechanism, and the PLC is electrically connected with a control switch of the first suction blower (13), a control switch of the second suction blower (20) and a switch of the scraper (4); an image recognition mechanism is arranged at the feed inlet of the equipment body (1); the image recognition mechanism is used for collecting and recognizing wood burr direction information and sending the information to the PLC.

A dust removal system for furniture painting according to claim 1, characterized in that: a second conveyor belt (12) and a second conveyor roller (11) for driving the second conveyor belt (12) to rotate are arranged in the equipment body (1); the position of the second conveyor belt (12) is matched with that of the first conveyor belt (3); an electromagnet control switch (15) is arranged on the second conveyor belt (12); a fixed rod (5) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the equipment body (1), and a lever (6) is hinged to the fixed rod (5); one end of the lever (6) is fixedly connected with the electromagnet (7), and the other end of the lever (6) is fixedly connected with the movable block (10); the movable block (10) is positioned between the first conveyor belt (3) and the second conveyor belt (12).
