Abstract
The invention discloses a numerical control combined bottom skin cutting mechanism of a gorgon fruit peeling machine, which comprises a base and a movable component arranged on the base; the movable assembly comprises a stepping motor arranged on the base, a transmission main shaft driven by the stepping motor, a gear assembly driven by the transmission main shaft, a swinging mechanism driven by the gear assembly, two guide posts synchronously driven by the swinging mechanism in a staggered way, and a cutter assembly; the cutter assembly comprises a middle fixed cutter and sliding cutters symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed cutter, and the sliding cutters on two sides are respectively sleeved on guide pillars on corresponding sides so as to be driven by the guide pillars and move in a staggered manner. The invention can realize synchronous bottom skin cutting of gorgon fruits at two sides, greatly improves the bottom skin cutting efficiency of the gorgon fruits, has higher bottom skin cutting precision of side circular cutting, and can effectively avoid damaging internal rice kernels through controlling the bottom skin cutting precision, thereby effectively improving the quality of the gorgon fruits.

Background
The gorgon fruit is still peeled manually in the conventional mode because the difference of the hardness degree, the particle size and the roundness degree of the shell is large, the efficiency of the mode is low, the labor cost is high, and the price of the gorgon fruit kernel is high in recent years. the cutter assembly comprises a middle fixed cutter and sliding cutters symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed cutter, and the sliding cutters on two sides are respectively sleeved on the guide pillars on the corresponding sides so as to be driven by the guide pillars and move in a staggered manner.
The swing mechanism is connected to the transmission main shaft through a linkage block.
The two ends of the fixed cutter are fixed on the base through a cutter top end block, and a cutter inner top block driven by a jacking mechanism is arranged at the bottom side of the fixed cutter and used for adjusting the height of the fixed cutter so as to realize the feeding of the gorgon fruit.
The two side end faces of the fixed cutter are provided with parallel circular grooves for clamping the gorgon fruits, the inner side of the sliding cutter is provided with a circular cutting edge corresponding to the fixed cutter, the circular cutting edge is used for cutting the gorgon fruits in the circular grooves from the radial circumference to one side of the bottom skin, and the other side of the bottom skin is cut through reverse motion, so that the whole circular cutting of the bottom skin is realized, and the connection of the bottom skins at the two ends of the two side notches is ensured, so that the whole gorgon fruits are transferred to a subsequent separating mechanism to separate the kernel from the bottom skin.
The base is provided with guide rails corresponding to the two guide pillars respectively, and the sliding cutters are mounted on the guide rails through corresponding sliding blocks respectively so as to ensure the operation stability and the operation precision of the sliding cutters.
Through the technical scheme, the fixed cutters and the sliding cutters which correspond to the two sides of the fixed cutters and synchronously move in a staggered mode are arranged, so that the synchronous bottom cutting of the gorgon fruit at the two sides can be realized, the bottom cutting efficiency of the gorgon fruit is greatly improved, the bottom cutting precision of the circular cutting of the side parts is higher, the damage to the inner rice kernels can be effectively avoided through the control of the bottom cutting precision, and the quality of the gorgon fruit is effectively improved.

referring to fig. 1 and 2, the numerically controlled combined bottom skin cutting mechanism of the gorgon fruit peeling machine provided in embodiment 1 includes a base 1 installed on a support 17, and a movable assembly installed on the base 1; the movable assembly comprises a stepping motor 9 arranged on the base 1 through a motor mounting plate 10, a transmission main shaft 12 driven by the stepping motor 9 through a bearing assembly 11, a gear assembly 7 driven by the transmission main shaft 12 and arranged on the base 1 through a gear mounting plate 6, a swinging mechanism 13 driven by the gear assembly 7 and a linkage block 8, two guide columns 14 synchronously driven by the swinging mechanism 13 in a staggered mode, and a cutter assembly; two ends of the two guide posts 14 are both installed on the base 1 through the linear bearing seats 2 and the linear bearing clamping plates 5.
The cutting knife assembly comprises a middle fixed cutting knife 15 and sliding cutting knives 16 symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed cutting knife 15, and the sliding cutting knives 16 on two sides are respectively sleeved on the guide posts 14 on the corresponding sides so as to be driven by the guide posts 14 and move in a staggered manner; two ends of a fixed cutter 15 are fixed on the base 1 through a cutter top end block 3, and a cutter inner top block 4 driven by a jacking mechanism is arranged at the bottom side of the fixed cutter 15 and used for adjusting the height of the fixed cutter 15 so as to realize the feeding of gorgon fruit; the both sides terminal surface of fixed cutter 15 all is provided with the circular recess that parallels and is used for blocking the gorgon fruit, and the inboard of slip cutter 16 is provided with the circular cutting edge that corresponds fixed cutter 15 in order to be used for cutting one side end skin side from radial circumference with the gorgon fruit in the circular recess to realize the opposite side end skin side through reverse motion and cut.
The working principle of the embodiment 1 is as follows:
firstly, a fixed cutter 15 is driven to ascend and descend by a jacking mechanism so as to realize the feeding and resetting of gorgon fruits in circular grooves on two sides;
after the material loading finishes, step motor 9 is started, step motor 9 drives transmission main shaft 12 through bearing assembly 11, transmission main shaft 12 drives gear assembly 7, gear assembly 7 and linkage block drive swing mechanism 13, and then two guide pillars 14 are driven to synchronously move in a staggered manner through swing mechanism 13, thereby realizing the dislocation movement of sliding cutters 16 on two sides relative to middle fixed cutters 15, thereby respectively cutting the half-side bottom skin of gorgon fruit in the circular grooves on two sides, then carrying out reverse dislocation movement and cutting the other half-side bottom skin, thereby realizing the efficient circular cutting of the gorgon fruit bottom skin and ensuring that the two ends of the cuts on two sides are connected with the bottom skin so as to be convenient for the whole gorgon fruit to be transferred to a subsequent separating mechanism to separate the kernel from the bottom skin.

the cutter component comprises a middle fixed cutter (15) and sliding cutters (16) symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed cutter (15), and the sliding cutters (16) on two sides are respectively sleeved on the guide pillars (14) on corresponding sides so as to be driven by the guide pillars (14) and move in a staggered manner.

The numerically controlled combined mechanism for cutting the bottom skin of gorgon fruit peeling machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed cutter (15) is provided with parallel circular grooves on both side end faces for catching gorgon fruit, and the inner side of the sliding cutter (16) is provided with a circular blade corresponding to the fixed cutter (15).
