At present, workers send wires by pure hands, the welding wires are held in hands, and the friction force of a thumb and a forefinger is used for pushing the welding wires to be sent into a welding pool forwards.
The hand of the worker is easy to shake, so that the finger fit is not tacit, the wire feeding speed is low, the accuracy is poor, and the welding quality is influenced. Moreover, the welding electric arc reaches up to 3600 degrees during argon arc welding, the temperature of a welding molten pool reaches up to about 2000 degrees, a hand of a worker needs to be close to the molten pool during wire feeding, the arc light is very strong, the sight of the worker is easily shielded, the fingers and eye masks of the worker are easily scalded, and labor safety accidents and the like are caused.
Therefore, the design of the automatic wire feeding gun with high welding efficiency, high qualification rate and safety is a problem which is urgently needed to be solved by related enterprises.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an auto-induction wire feeding gun for argon tungsten-arc welding comprises a gun-shaped shell, wherein the gun-shaped shell enables a worker to conveniently grasp the gun-shaped shell during operation, and the appearance of the gun-shaped shell is smooth and elegant. The welding wire is conveyed out of the welding wire through the guide pipe, and the speed regulating transmitter is controlled according to the seam and the diameter of the welding wire in a calculating mode. The speed of the direct current motor drive is controlled by the speed change circuit board.
The workman receives upper and lower support spacing when conveying the welding wire, and the action wheel adopts multistage screw rod or thumb wheel to adjust with the follow driving wheel clearance for adjust the distance between action wheel and the follow driving wheel to the welding wire of conveying different diameters.
The speed-regulating transmitter works according to a distance measuring sensor arranged at the mouth of the wire feeding gun, and when the wire feeding gun is separated from the joint by a set distance, the speed-regulating transmitter automatically cuts off the welding wire transmission. When the wire feeding gun is within the set distance, the speed-regulating transmitter recovers the welding wire transmission, thereby facilitating the welding wire operation steps of workers. The speed regulating transmitter selects automatic or semi-automatic wire feeding through a sensing control switch on the distance measuring sensor, and when a worker turns off the sensing control switch, namely turns off the distance measuring sensor, the speed regulating transmitter can semi-automatically operate the wire feeding function. The speed-regulating conveyor adopts a dial wheel or a key to regulate the speed, and the speed of the welding wire conveying can be regulated according to the welding wire requirement of the seam.
The guide tube is made of stainless steel and has enough hardness and smoothness, so that the completeness of the welding wire is guaranteed, the welding wire is not damaged, the central lines of the front guide sleeve and the rear guide sleeve are consistent, and the smooth wire discharging is guaranteed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the argon tungsten-arc welding auto-induction wire feeding gun, a worker can freely operate the wire feeding speed and direction to complete welding according to welding requirements, and the auto-induction wire feeding function can be started or stopped. The invention overcomes the problem of shaking wrist of workers due to fatigue of long-time wire feeding work, improves the welding efficiency and the qualification rate, and reduces the occurrence rate of accidents.
