Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a billet cutting type cogging mill, which longitudinally cuts a large-section continuous casting billet into a small-section billet through cutting type cogging, and the small-section billet formed after cutting is directly rolled by a finishing mill group to produce a steel product.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention discloses a billet cutting type cogging mill which is characterized by comprising a motor, a speed reducer connected with the motor, a cutter rotating shaft group connected with an output shaft of the speed reducer through a coupling, and a cutting cutter group arranged on the cutter rotating shaft group, wherein the cutter rotating shaft group is arranged in a billet cutting machine frame, and the motor is connected with an electric control system.
The cutter rotating shaft group is an upper rotating shaft and a lower rotating shaft which are arranged in parallel, and the cutting cutter group is an upper cutting knife and a lower cutting knife which are respectively arranged on the upper rotating shaft and the lower rotating shaft.
The cutter rotating shaft group is a left rotating shaft and a right rotating shaft which are arranged in parallel, and the cutting cutter group is a left cutting knife and a right cutting knife which are respectively arranged on the left rotating shaft and the right rotating shaft.
The cutter rotating shaft group comprises an upper rotating shaft and a lower rotating shaft which are arranged in parallel, and a left rotating shaft and a right rotating shaft which are arranged in parallel, and the cutter rotating shaft group comprises an upper cutter and a lower cutter which are respectively arranged on the upper rotating shaft and the lower rotating shaft, and a left cutter and a right cutter which are respectively arranged on the left rotating shaft and the right rotating shaft.
The cutting knife head of the cutting knife group is a roller type cutting knife head, a circular sheet type cutting knife head or a combination of the roller type cutting knife head and the circular sheet type cutting knife head.
The frame of the billet cutting machine is a memorial archway type frame, a frame type frame or a cantilever type frame.
The distance between each cutting head of the cutting tool group is adjustable or fixed.
The electric control system is a variable frequency control system or a fixed frequency control system.
The invention has the advantages that:
the billet cutting type cogging mill provided by the invention cuts the large-section billet into the small-section billet by adopting a cutting mode instead of a traditional rolling mode, thereby achieving the purpose of rolling a steel product by using a finishing mill group only; by using the billet cutting type cogging mill, because a heavy roughing mill grade and a medium rolling mill set are not used in a production line, and only a finishing mill set is used for rolling steel, the investment for rolling steel products is greatly reduced, and the production energy consumption is greatly reduced; the steel billet cutting type cogging mill applied to a steel rolling production line can reduce the electric energy consumption of per ton steel by more than 60 percent, save the floor area of the production line by more than 50 percent, and reduce the investment of the steel rolling production line with the same production capacity by more than 60 percent, thereby having obvious economic benefit and social benefit.

The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the billet cutting type cogging mill of the present invention is characterized in that the cogging mill comprises a motor 1, a reducer 2 connected with the motor 1, a cutter rotating shaft group 5 connected with an output shaft 3 of the reducer 2 through a coupling 4, and a cutting cutter group 7 arranged on the cutter rotating shaft group 5, wherein the cutter rotating shaft group 5 is arranged in a billet cutting machine frame 6, and the motor 1 is connected with an electric control system.
The cutter rotating shaft group 5 is an upper rotating shaft 5-1 and a lower rotating shaft 5-2 which are arranged in parallel, and the cutting cutter group 7 is an upper cutting knife 7-1 and a lower cutting knife 7-2 which are respectively arranged on the upper rotating shaft 5-1 and the lower rotating shaft 5-2.
The cutter rotating shaft group 5 is a left rotating shaft 5-3 and a right rotating shaft 5-4 which are arranged in parallel, and the cutting cutter group 7 is a left cutting knife 7-3 and a right cutting knife 7-4 which are respectively arranged on the left rotating shaft 5-3 and the right rotating shaft 5-4.
The cutter rotating shaft group 5 comprises an upper rotating shaft 5-1 and a lower rotating shaft 5-2 which are arranged in parallel, and a left rotating shaft 5-3 and a right rotating shaft 5-4 which are arranged in parallel, and the cutting cutter group 7 comprises an upper cutting knife 7-1 and a lower cutting knife 7-2 which are respectively arranged on the upper rotating shaft 5-1 and the lower rotating shaft 5-2, and a left cutting knife 7-3 and a right cutting knife 7-4 which are respectively arranged on the left rotating shaft 5-3 and the right rotating shaft 5-4.
The cutting knife head of the cutting knife group 7 is a roller type cutting knife head, a circular sheet type cutting knife head or a combination of the roller type cutting knife head and the circular sheet type cutting knife head.
The billet cutting machine frame 6 is a memorial archway type frame, a frame type frame or a cantilever type frame.
The distance between each cutting head of the cutting tool set 7 is adjustable or fixed.
The electric control system is a variable frequency control system or a fixed frequency control system.
The invention relates to a billet cutting type cogging mill, which mainly comprises a motor 1, a speed reducer 2, a coupling 4, a billet cutting machine frame 6, a cutting tool group 7 arranged on the billet cutting machine frame 6, an electrical control system and the like.
The billet cutting type cogging mill can be a single billet cutting type cogging mill or a cogging unit consisting of a plurality of billet cutting type cogging mills. The cutting pass of the billet cutting machine is determined according to the size of the billet, the cutting can be carried out once or for multiple times, the deformation of the billet is too large, the single cutting depth of the billet cutting machine is preferably not more than 40mm, the continuous cutting of the longitudinal billet is realized by combining a plurality of billet cutting machines or a plurality of cutting heads, the cutting starts from the first cutting machine along the advancing direction of the billet, the distance between the upper cutting head and the lower cutting head or the left cutting head and the right cutting head of each cutting machine is continuously reduced, and the cutting depth is continuously increased until the billet is cut off along the longitudinal direction.
The form and number of the cutting heads can be changed according to the cutting requirements of specific steel billets, and a single roller type cutting head or a single circular sheet type cutting head can be used, and a cutting head group consisting of the roller type cutting head and the circular sheet type cutting head can also be used. The cutting head is processed into different sizes according to the requirements of cutting different blanks so as to meet the cutting requirements, and the cutting head is processed and manufactured by adopting different steel types or alloy materials according to the requirements of cutting hot-state steel billets.
The billet cutting machine can perform longitudinal cutting by feeding from the upper side, the lower side or the left side and the right side of the billet to be cut according to the specific requirements of the billet to be cut, so that the cut billet is divided into two halves along the longitudinal direction of the billet, and can also perform longitudinal cutting by feeding from the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side of the billet to be cut, so that the cut billet is divided into four strips along the longitudinal direction of the billet.
The motor 1 and the speed reducer 2 need to meet the cutting workload of the billet cutting machine, and a speed reducing motor can also be used.
The billet cutter stand 6 may be one of a memorial archway stand, a frame stand or a cantilever stand, or other stands, as required by the size or parameters of the billet to be cut.
The distance between the cutting blades of the cutting blade set 7, i.e. the distance between the cutting blades, or the cutting blades, can be fixed distance between the cutting blades.
The electric control system is used for controlling the cooperative work of a motor or a motor set of the billet cutting machine, and can be controlled in a frequency conversion mode or in a common PLC (programmable logic controller) mode with a fixed frequency according to the requirement of cutting billets.
The working implementation process of the invention is as follows: and (3) carrying out single-pass or multi-pass cutting cogging on the steel billet heated to the steel rolling temperature by using a cutting cogging mill or a cutting cogging unit, and cutting the large-section blank into a small-section blank by single-pass or multi-pass cutting cogging so as to be suitable for a finishing mill group to directly carry out product rolling. Because the roughing mill group and the intermediate mill group are not used for cogging, the production energy consumption is greatly reduced, and the steel rolling production investment cost is greatly reduced. The billet cutting type cogging mill can be applied to cogging operation for producing steel products such as round steel, screw-thread steel, square steel, flat steel, narrow band steel, flat-bulb steel, various section steels and the like.
Example 1: steel billet cutting type cogging mill using cantilever type frame
As shown in figure 1, the steel billet cutting machine mainly comprises a motor 1, a speed reducer 2, a coupling 4, a cutter rotating shaft group 5, a steel billet cutting machine frame 6, an upper cutter 7-1, a lower cutter 7-2 and the like. In the figure 8, a steel billet is indicated.
The billet used as a raw material in this example was a continuous casting billet having a size of 150mm × 150mm × 3000 mm.
The billet is heated to 1150 degrees celsius before beginning cutting of the billet.
As shown in fig. 2, the number of the frames of the billet cutting machine of the billet cutting type blooming mill in this embodiment is 8, 7 is a cutting tool set, 9 is a guide, and 8 is a billet to be cut.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the billet cutting machines of the (1) th to (8) th frames are respectively provided with an upper cutter 7-1 and a lower cutter 7-2, when the billet 8 is cut, the advancing direction of the billet 8 is from the cutting machine of the (1) th frame to the cutting machine of the (8) th frame, the cutting depths of the cutting machines of the (1) th to (7) th frames are respectively 10mm above and below each cutting depth, and the cutting depth of the cutting machine of the (8) th frame is 5mm above and below each cutting depth. The billet 8 is cut into two billets of 70mm × 150mm × 3300mm after passing through the billet cutter unit, the two billets are fed into the cutter unit again to be cut, and each billet is cut into two billets of 70mm × 70mm × 3450mm again. After the two times of cutting, the original 150mm × 150mm × 3000mm fixed-length billet is finally cut into four 70mm × 70mm × 3450mm small-section billets.
The cutting speed of the billet cutter in the examples was 0.3 m/s.
Further, by continuing the cutting process, the billet 8 having a smaller cross section can be obtained.
The billet cutting type cogging mill provided by the invention cuts the large-section billet 8 into the small-section billet by adopting a cutting mode instead of a traditional rolling mode, thereby achieving the purpose of rolling a steel product by using a finishing mill group only; by using the billet cutting type cogging mill, because a heavy roughing mill grade and a medium rolling mill set are not used in a production line, and only a finishing mill set is used for rolling steel, the investment for rolling steel products is greatly reduced, and the production energy consumption is greatly reduced; the steel billet cutting type cogging mill applied to a steel rolling production line can reduce the electric energy consumption of per ton steel by more than 60 percent, save the floor area of the production line by more than 50 percent, and reduce the investment of the steel rolling production line with the same production capacity by more than 60 percent, thereby having obvious economic benefit and social benefit.
It is clear that modifications and/or partial additions may be made to the billet-cutting cogging assembly as described heretofore, without departing from the field and scope of the present invention.
