in order to integrally dismount the pattern plate assembly 4 on the bag-type dust collector, the mounting mode of the pattern plate assembly 4 on the bag-type dust collector body is changed from a welding sealing pressure maintaining mode to a pressure maintaining mode of through bolt connection and rubber bag vacuumizing absorption, namely, when most of the cloth bags need to be replaced due to aging, a capsule opening plug at a bag opening of the rubber bag is opened, air enters the bag opening of the rubber bag, negative pressure absorption between an upper ring beam and a pattern plate 41 of a box body of the bag-type dust collector disappears, further, connection between the bag-type dust collector and the pattern plate assembly 4 is eliminated, a jetting pipe above the box body of the bag-type dust collector is removed, at the moment, the pattern plate assembly 4 stops being lifted when the pattern plate assembly 4 is lifted to a position of a limiting control rod 37 of a reversing mechanism 3 through a lifting mechanism 2, a pattern plate looper 36 of the reversing mechanism 3 moves towards the middle of a reversing platform frame 35 under the action of a looper jack 39 to support the pattern plate assembly 4, at the moment, a steel wire rope of the lifting mechanism 3 retreats, and subsequently realizes reversing of the pattern plate assembly 4 to replace the cloth bags 6 one by one.
The cloth bag replacing device is simple and reasonable in structural design and convenient to operate and use, greatly improves the cloth bag replacing efficiency, saves the time of workers, and avoids accidental injury of the workers during replacement.

the lifting mechanism is arranged on the upper part of the side bracket in a matching manner and comprises a lifting motor, a bearing seat, a main rotating shaft, a main pulley, an auxiliary fixed shaft, an auxiliary pulley and a steel wire rope; the lifting motor is installed on the upper part of the side bracket in a matching manner; one end of the main rotating shaft is connected with the power output end of the lifting motor in a matching manner, and the other end of the main rotating shaft is installed on the upper part of the side bracket in a matching manner through the bearing block; the main pulley is arranged on the main rotating shaft in a matching way; the auxiliary fixed shaft is fixedly arranged at the top end of the side bracket in a matching way and is parallel to the main rotating shaft; the auxiliary pulley is hinged on the auxiliary fixed shaft in a matching manner; in the process that the pattern plate assembly is lifted and reset, one end of the steel wire rope is wound on the main pulley, and the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates through the auxiliary pulley and the reversing mechanism to be connected with the pattern plate assembly;
the reversing mechanism comprises a reversing driving motor, a reversing transmission main belt wheel, a reversing transmission auxiliary belt wheel, a transmission belt, a reversing platform frame, a pattern plate looper plate, a limiting control rod, a looper control jack plate and a looper jack; the reverse rotation driving motor is installed on the outer wall of one end of the main bracket in a matching manner; the reverse rotation transmission main belt wheel is matched and arranged on a power output shaft of the reverse rotation driving motor; the reverse platform frame is of a square frame structure, and the pattern plate assembly is installed in a frame opening of the reverse platform frame in a matching mode in the cloth bag replacing process; the two opposite sides of the reverse platform frame are hinged and installed on the inner side of one end of the main frame through reverse shafts in a matching mode; one of the reversing shafts also extends out of the main support, and the extending end of the reversing shaft is hinged with the reversing transmission auxiliary belt wheel in a matching manner; the reverse rotation transmission secondary belt wheel is connected with the reverse rotation transmission main belt wheel in a matching way through the transmission belt; the inner sides of two ends of the reverse platform frame are also provided with the pattern plate adjustable opening plate and the limit control rod which are parallel to each other in a matching way; the movable port jack is installed on the outer side of the reverse platform frame in a matching mode, and the power output end of the movable port jack is installed with the movable port control jack plate in a matching mode; one end of the shifting control jack plate is connected with the pattern plate shifting plate and is connected with the pattern plate assembly in a matching way through the pattern plate shifting plate;

the reversing platform frame is a square frame structure formed by connecting a pair of transversely opposite reversing platform longitudinal frames and a pair of longitudinally opposite reversing platform transverse frames; the middle parts of the outer sides of the pair of the longitudinal frames of the reverse platform are fixedly provided with the reverse shafts in a matching way; and a pair of slots are symmetrically formed at two ends of the pair of transverse frames of the reverse platform.
