Abstract

The invention utilizes the characteristic of flame retardance of carbon dioxide gas (or other flame retardant gases), and arranges the water-filled enclosure made of flame retardant cloth around the parking space to enclose and wrap the spontaneous combustion vehicles in the parking space, and utilizes the injection of the carbon dioxide gas (water or other fire extinguishing flame retardant) into the enclosure and the combustion of the spontaneous combustion vehicles to generate carbon dioxide, so that the oxygen deficiency in the enclosure can extinguish the flame of the spontaneous combustion vehicles.
