As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the kneading mechanism 1 includes a kneading platform 16, a force-bearing plate 19 disposed on the kneading platform 16 for bearing the eucommia ulmoides, a force-applying plate 20 disposed above the force-bearing plate 19 and inclined relative to the force-bearing plate 19, and a driving mechanism connected to the force-applying plate 20 in a transmission manner and driving the force-applying plate 20 to swing relative to the force-bearing plate 19, and a positioning mechanism for positioning the force-bearing plate 19 is disposed on the kneading platform. The positioning mechanism is arranged, so that the force bearing disc can be positioned and limited when the eucommia ulmoides is kneaded, and the force bearing disc is prevented from being separated from the kneading platform. The force application disc swings relative to the force bearing disc to simulate kneading action.
As shown in fig. 2, the driving mechanism includes a first motor 24, an output shaft 23 in transmission connection with the first motor 24, two rollers 26 disposed on the output shaft 23 and perpendicular to the axis of the output shaft 23, two rotating wheels 27 rotatably disposed at two ends of the rollers 26, and a transmission surface disposed on the force application plate 20 and in transmission connection with the rotating wheels 27. The transmission surface comprises a plurality of convex surfaces and concave surfaces, and the convex surfaces and the concave surfaces are arranged in an annular crossed mode at intervals. The stress disc 19 is provided with a support rod 21, the free end of the support rod 21 is provided with a spherical hinge 22, and the force application disc 20 is rotatably connected with the spherical hinge 22. In the scheme, the motor drives the transmission surface of the rotating wheel 27 to roll, the convex surface and the concave surface are alternately arranged, so that the force application disc 20 can be driven to swing when the rotating wheel 27 rolls, and the support of the support rod 21 and the rotation connection of the force application disc 20 and the spherical hinge 22 realize the kneading action of the force application disc 20 and the force application disc 19.
As shown in fig. 2, the positioning mechanism includes a positioning clip column 18 and an electric push rod 17, a slot for inserting the positioning clip column 18 is formed in the bottom surface of the force-bearing disc 19, and the electric push rod 17 drives the positioning clip column 18 to move up and down to match with the slot. Particularly, set up installation electric putter's mounting groove in rubbing the platform, electric putter's flexible end of lift and locator card post fixed connection drives locator card post elevating movement through starting electric putter, and then realizes cooperating or the separation with the draw-in groove joint of atress dish bottom surface.
Conveying mechanism adopts wire net conveying mechanism, and wire net conveying mechanism sets up on conveying platform 2.
As shown in fig. 4, an upright post and a manipulator 5 arranged on the upright post are arranged at the feeding end of the conveying mechanism, and the manipulator is used for grabbing and transferring the stressed plate to the conveying platform and turning the kneaded eucommia ulmoides on the stressed plate to the steel wire mesh conveying mechanism on the conveying platform. The robot arm is a six-degree-of-freedom robot and a suspension robot (also referred to as a suspension robot), and the structure thereof is well known in the art, and will not be described in more detail here. The six-degree-of-freedom robot is adopted, the operation range is wide, the flexibility is good, and the working efficiency of grabbing the stress disc is high.
As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning mechanism comprises a spray pipe 7 arranged above the feeding end of the conveying mechanism 3 and a spray head 6 arranged on the spray pipe 7, and the spray pipe 7 is connected with a water source through a water pump. The spray pipeline is provided with a control valve, so that whether the spray head performs spray operation or not can be conveniently controlled. When the spraying device is arranged, a plurality of spraying heads are arranged on the spraying pipeline, the plurality of spraying heads are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction, the spraying pipeline is connected with a water supply main pipe, and a water outlet of the water supply main pipe is provided with a control valve. The structure arrangement is convenient for cleaning the conveyed eucommia ulmoides through a plurality of spray heads.
In order to avoid that the cleaned water flows to the working ground at will, a recovery water tank 4 is arranged below the conveying platform, so that the cleaned water can be recovered conveniently.
As shown in fig. 2, the drying mechanism includes a multi-temperature section baking chamber disposed on the conveying mechanism 3, the multi-temperature section baking chamber includes a preheating section 8 and a heating section disposed along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 3, and a waste heat recovery mechanism for transmitting the waste heat in the heating section to the preheating section 8 is disposed between the preheating section 8 and the heating section.
The waste heat recovery mechanism comprises an air suction pipeline 11 for communicating the preheating section 8 with the heating section, and a flow control valve and an exhaust fan which are arranged on the air suction pipeline 11. When the heat in the heating section is required to be introduced into the preheating section, the exhaust fan can be started, the flow control valve is adjusted to a proper numerical value, and the heat in the heating section is introduced into the preheating section through the exhaust pipeline through the exhaust fan.
In order to facilitate the automatic control of the waste heat recovery mechanism to recover and preheat, the preheating section and the heating section are internally provided with temperature sensors, the processing device further comprises a controller for controlling the preheating recovery mechanism to act, and the controller is set to be a PLC (programmable logic controller) and used for receiving temperature signals in the preheating section and the heating section. When the temperature in the heating section exceeds a set value, the flow control valve is controlled to be opened manually or by utilizing a PLC (programmable logic controller) controller, and meanwhile, the exhaust fan starts to work, the waste heat in the heating section is guided into the preheating section, and the cleaned eucommia ulmoides is preheated, so that the energy is effectively utilized, and the energy consumption is reduced. The lower part of the preheating section is connected with an air blower through a ventilation pipeline, external cold air is blown into the preheating section through the air blower, and the temperature in the preheating section is controlled within a proper range.
The heating section has at least two sections, is equipped with the heat transfer subassembly that is used for adjusting inside temperature between the heating section. The heat transfer assembly comprises a heat transfer pipeline communicated between the heating sections, a flow control valve arranged on the heat transfer pipeline and a bidirectional fan 12. The internal heat transfer between the heating sections is realized through the flow control valve and the bidirectional fan, so that the energy is further saved, and the production cost is reduced; the heating section comprises a plurality of heaters 14 which are respectively arranged above, below and on two sides of the conveying mechanism, and the heaters at corresponding positions are selected as required, so that the heating and drying are more sufficient, and the energy is saved.
As shown in fig. 3, the dicing mechanism 15 includes a frame 28, a conveyor belt 29 disposed on the frame 28, a set of pressure rollers 31 disposed above the conveyor belt 29, and a hob cutting roller 32 disposed between the pressure rollers 31, a discharge guide slot matched with the hob cutting roller 32 is disposed at the rear end of the conveyor belt 29, a set of guide rods 33 is vertically disposed at the rear of the conveyor belt 29 on the frame 28, a slide seat 34 is vertically slidably engaged on the guide rods 33, a transverse cutter corresponding to the upper portion of the rear end of the discharge guide slot is mounted on the slide seat 34, a linkage rod 35 is connected to one side of the slide seat 34, a link rod 37 is hinged to the lower end of the linkage rod 35, a transverse shaft 38 is disposed below the guide rods 33 on the frame 28, a drive disk 40 and a drive gear 39 are synchronously mounted on the transverse shaft 38, the other end of the link rod 37 is eccentrically mounted on the drive disk 40, a gear box 43 and a second motor 42 drivingly connected with the gear box 43 are further disposed on the frame 28, the gear box 43 is in transmission connection with the transmission gear 39, the conveyor belt 29, the pressing roller 31 and the hobbing and cutting roller 32 on the transverse shaft 38 through the transmission chain 41. The end shafts on the same side of the press roller 31 and the hobbing and cutting roller 32 are in transmission connection with a gear box 43 through a synchronous transmission chain group. The roller surface of the rotary hob cutting roller 32 is an array of cutter discs which are arranged at equal intervals.
The rear end of the frame 28 is provided with a discharge hopper 36, and the discharge hopper 36 corresponds to the rear of the transverse cutter. To facilitate the receiving of the dried eucommia ulmoides, the front end of the conveyor belt 29 extends out of the front end of the frame 28.
In order to facilitate the start and stop control, the frame 28 is provided with a power control switch 30, and the power control switch 30 is electrically connected to the second motor 42. The protective plate is arranged on the frame 28, so that accidental injury to external workers caused by the internal cutting structure is avoided.
The processing method of the eucommia ulmoides processing device comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing eucommia ulmoides on a stress disc 19, positioning the stress disc 19 through a positioning mechanism, and starting a driving mechanism to knead and roughly process the eucommia ulmoides;
separating the positioning clamp column 18 from the stress disc 19, transferring the stress disc 19 to the feeding end of the conveying mechanism 3, and turning the kneaded eucommia ulmoides to the conveying mechanism 3;
step three, starting the conveying mechanism 3, and cleaning the eucommia ulmoides through a cleaning mechanism;
step four, the conveying mechanism 3 conveys the cleaned eucommia ulmoides to a drying mechanism for drying;
and step five, cutting the dried eucommia ulmoides by the cutting mechanism 15, discharging the cut eucommia ulmoides through a discharge hopper, and collecting the eucommia ulmoides through a collection box.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the drying mechanism includes an outer cover 44 provided on the conveying mechanism 3 and a microwave heating chamber 45 provided in the outer cover 44, and the microwave suppressors 46 are provided at the inlet and outlet of the outer cover 44. The arrangement of the microwave heating and drying mechanism is convenient for heating and drying the washed eucommia ulmoides, and effectively removes water on the eucommia ulmoides. The microwave suppressors are arranged at the inlet and outlet ends of the outer cover body, so that microwave leakage can be effectively controlled and is in a safe range. The microwave suppressor can adopt a non-standard microwave suppressor, and has simple structure and convenient manufacture.

Claims (10)
1. The eucommia ulmoides processing device is characterized by comprising a kneading mechanism for applying force to and kneading the eucommia ulmoides, a conveying mechanism for conveying the kneaded eucommia ulmoides, a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the eucommia ulmoides at the feed end of the conveying mechanism, a drying mechanism for drying the eucommia ulmoides cleaned by the cleaning mechanism and a dicing mechanism for dicing the dried eucommia ulmoides.
2. The eucommia ulmoides oliver processing device according to claim 1, wherein the kneading mechanism comprises a kneading platform, a force-bearing plate disposed on the kneading platform for bearing the eucommia ulmoides oliver, a force-applying plate disposed above the force-bearing plate and inclined relative to the force-bearing plate, and a driving mechanism drivingly connected to the force-applying plate for driving the force-applying plate to swing relative to the force-bearing plate, and the kneading platform is provided with a positioning mechanism for positioning the force-bearing plate.
3. The eucommia ulmoides oliver processing device according to claim 2, wherein the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning clip column and an electric push rod, a clamping groove for inserting the positioning clip column is formed in the bottom surface of the stress disc, and the electric push rod drives the positioning clip column to move up and down to match with the clamping groove.
4. The eucommia ulmoides oliver processing device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a spray pipe arranged above the feeding end of the conveying mechanism and a spray head arranged on the spray pipe, and the spray pipe is connected with a water source through a water pump.

The eucommia ulmoides oliver processing device according to claim 1, wherein the drying mechanism comprises a multi-temperature section baking chamber disposed on the conveying mechanism, the multi-temperature section baking chamber comprises a preheating section and a heating section disposed along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism, and a waste heat recovery mechanism is disposed between the preheating section and the heating section for transferring the waste heat in the heating section to the preheating section.
6. The eucommia ulmoides oliver processing device according to claim 5, wherein the waste heat recovery mechanism comprises an air exhaust pipeline for communicating the preheating section and the heating section, and a flow control valve and an exhaust fan are disposed on the air exhaust pipeline.

The eucommia ulmoides oliver processing device according to claim 1, wherein the drying mechanism comprises an outer cover body arranged on the conveying mechanism and a microwave heating cavity arranged in the outer cover body, and microwave suppressors are arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the outer cover body.

The eucommia ulmoides oliv processing device according to claim 1, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises a frame, a conveyor belt arranged on the frame, a set of compression rollers arranged above the conveyor belt, and a hob cutting roller arranged between the compression rollers, the rear end of the conveyor belt is provided with a discharge guide slot matched with the hob cutting roller, the frame is vertically provided with a set of guide rods behind the conveyor belt, the guide rods are matched with slide seats capable of sliding up and down, the slide seats are provided with transverse cutters corresponding to the upper parts of the rear ends of the discharge guide slots, one side of each slide seat is connected with a linkage rod, the lower end of each linkage rod is hinged with a connecting rod, a transverse shaft is arranged below each guide rod on the frame, a driving disc and a transmission gear are synchronously arranged on the transverse shaft, the other end of each connecting rod is eccentrically arranged on the driving disc, the frame is further provided with a gear box and a second motor in transmission connection with the gear box, the gear box is respectively connected with the transmission gear on the transverse shaft, the conveyor belt, the compression roller and the hob cutting roller in a transmission way through the transmission chain.
9. The eucommia ulmoides oliv processing device according to claim 8, wherein a discharge hopper is arranged at the rear end of the frame and corresponds to the rear of the transverse cutter.
10. The method for processing eucommia ulmoides oliv processing apparatus according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
placing eucommia ulmoides on a stress disc, positioning the stress disc through a positioning mechanism, and starting a driving mechanism to knead and roughly process the eucommia ulmoides;
separating the positioning clamp column from the stress disc, transferring the stress disc to the feeding end of the conveying mechanism, and turning the kneaded eucommia ulmoides to the conveying mechanism;
step three, starting the conveying mechanism, and cleaning the eucommia ulmoides through the cleaning mechanism;
conveying the cleaned eucommia ulmoides to a drying mechanism by a conveying mechanism for drying;
and step five, cutting the dried eucommia ulmoides into blocks through a block cutting mechanism.
