Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oviduct dredging device and a using method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical instruments.
Background
If the fallopian tube is adhered or blocked, the female infertility or extrauterine pregnancy can be caused. After the sperms enter the uterine cavity from the vagina, the sperms move into the egg conveying pipe to be combined with the ova to form fertilized ova, and the fertilized ova return to the uterine cavity to form embryos and gradually grow until parturition. As can be seen from this conception process, if the fallopian tubes become clogged or stuck, the ova and sperm may be cohesively bound, resulting in infertility. If the zygote is unable to return to the uterine cavity due to adhesion of the fallopian tube after the zygote is combined with the sperm in the fallopian tube, more serious ectopic pregnancy may result.
In order to solve the problem of fallopian tube adhesion or blockage, the traditional dredging mode has two kinds: one way is to insert a guide wire into the fallopian tube, with blunt dissection at the tubal occlusion being achieved by the guide wire, however this is prone to tubal perforation. The other mode is separation through water injection, namely liquid is injected into an oviduct, and dredging of the oviduct is achieved through water pressure, however, tissue trauma still exists in the mode, local edema caused by the liquid cannot separate an adhesion part, and minimally invasive dredging is difficult to achieve.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides the fallopian tube dredging device capable of realizing minimally invasive dredging and reducing infection and the using method thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a tubal obstruction device, the device comprising:
the guide pipe is in a tubular shape with two open ends;
the expansion pipe can be movably inserted into the guide pipe, one end of the expansion pipe is provided with a joint, and the other end of the expansion pipe is a balloon end;
a pusher wire insertable into the dilation tube;
the device comprises a first state and a second state, wherein in the first state, the guide tube guides the dilation tube to an opening of a fallopian tube, and the push rod wire is inserted into the dilation tube and pushes the balloon end to move to a place where the fallopian tube is blocked; and in the second state, liquid is injected into the expansion tube from the joint, so that the balloon end is gradually enlarged to expand the fallopian tube.
Optionally, the guide tube comprises a straight section and an inclined section, the inner diameter of the straight section and the inner diameter of the inclined section match with the shape of the expansion tube, and the expansion tube can move in the straight section and the inclined section.
Optionally, the guide tube is made of medical polymer material, the front end of the guide tube is 3cm made of transparent medical polymer material, each 1cm is provided with scale marks, and the edge of the front end contains metal components.
Optionally, the joint is a trident joint.
The invention also provides a using method of the fallopian tube dredging device, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, placing the dilating tube in the guide tube, inserting the guide tube into a uterine cavity through a vagina, adjusting the position of the guide tube through a hysteroscope or X-ray radiography, and enabling an opening at the front end of the guide tube to be aligned with an opening of an oviduct in the uterine cavity;
2) inserting the push rod wire into the dilation tube and pushing the balloon end of the dilation tube to move to the position where the fallopian tube is blocked;
3) taking out the push rod wire, injecting liquid into the expansion tube through the joint to enable the balloon end to be gradually enlarged to prop open the blocked part of the fallopian tube, and discharging the liquid outwards after the balloon end is propped open to enable the balloon end to be shrunk;
4) and (3) repeating the step 2) and the step 3), and gradually moving the expansion pipe forwards to complete the blockage dredging of the fallopian tube.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: this device comprises stand pipe, expansion tube and push rod silk, and the design has the sacculus end at the front end of expansion tube, during oviduct mediation operation, accessible stand pipe is with the expansion tube guide to oviduct opening part, by the push rod silk alternate in the expansion tube and promote sacculus end and remove to oviduct jam department, then to the intraductal injection liquid of expansion for the sacculus end grow gradually struts the oviduct, reaches the purpose of separation oviduct adhesion and puts, so cyclic operation, can accomplish the mediation of oviduct. Because the front end of the dilating tube is provided with the balloon end, the dredging of the fallopian tube is realized by the balloon end, thereby realizing the minimally invasive dredging of the fallopian tube and reducing the probability of operation complications.
