Abstract

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a hystero-salpingography tube which is minimally invasive, simple to operate, better in fixation and less prone to loosening.
A hysterosalpingography tube according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the outer pipe is a hard pipe;
a middle tube slidably nested within the outer tube, a rear end of the middle tube extending beyond a rear end of the outer tube;
the inner tube is a hose and slidably arranged in the middle tube in a penetrating mode, an air bag is arranged at the front end of the inner tube and located outside the front end portion of the middle tube, the inner tube comprises a water injection channel and a medicine injection channel, the front end of the water injection channel is communicated with the air bag, the front end of the medicine injection channel is open, and the rear end of the inner tube extends out of the rear end of the middle tube; the front end of the outer tube, the front end of the middle tube and the front end of the inner tube are aligned and the airbag portion is exposed at the front end of the outer tube.
According to the hystero-salpingography tube provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the hystero-salpingography tube works, the front end of the outer tube, the front end of the middle tube and the front end of the inner tube are aligned, and the air bag part is exposed out of the front end of the outer tube, so that the hystero-salpingography tube provided by the embodiment of the invention is wholly similar to a probe principle structure, and can conveniently and smoothly enter a uterine cavity from a cervical orifice; when the front end of the hysterosalpingography tube enters the uterine cavity through the cervical orifice, the middle tube is pushed forward by hand to completely push the air bag out of the front end of the outer tube, then water is injected into the air bag through the water injection channel, so that the original air bag becomes a water bag, then the middle tube and the outer tube are pulled out of the vaginal orifice, and the inner tube can be reliably fixed without loosening because the water bag is clamped at the cervical orifice; after the vaginal orifice is closed, the vaginal ultrasonic probe is inserted, contrast agent is injected into the uterine cavity through the medicine injection channel, and the uterus, the oviduct and the pelvic cavity can be observed under the condition of developing by ultrasonic. Therefore, the hysterosalpingography instrument according to the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages: firstly, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, the cost is lower, the popularization is easy, the operation is simplified, the doctor can operate alone, the use is safe and reliable, the looseness is not easy to occur, and the leakage can be prevented; secondly, the pain of the patient is low, the use convenience is improved, and the tube placing efficiency is improved; firstly, the probe principle is adopted to better enter the uterine cavity, the difficulty of entering the uterine cavity by a conventional hose and the complexity and pain of clamping the cervix by a cervical clamp are overcome, the structure is more stable, and meanwhile, the hose adopted by the inner tube 3 does not damage the cervix and the cervix.

Specifically, the outer tube 1 is a hard tube, so that the outer tube 1 can conveniently enter the uterine cavity through the cervical orifice of a patient, and the difficulty of entering the uterine cavity by a conventional hose and the complexity and pain of clamping the cervix by a cervical clamp are overcome.
The middle pipe 2 is slidably nested in the outer pipe 1, and the rear end of the middle pipe 2 extends out of the rear end of the outer pipe 1; therefore, the outer tube 1 and the middle tube 2 can slide relative to each other, which provides convenience for operation, for example, the air bag 31 can be pushed forwards and completely out of the front end of the outer tube 1 by pushing the middle tube 2 forwards.
The inner tube 3 is a hose, the inner tube 3 is slidably arranged in the middle tube 2 in a penetrating mode, the front end of the inner tube 3 is provided with an air bag 31, the air bag 31 is located outside the front end portion of the middle tube 2, the inner tube 3 comprises a water injection channel and a medicine injection channel, the front end of the water injection channel is communicated with the air bag 31, the front end of the medicine injection channel is open, and the rear end of the inner tube 3 extends out of the rear end of the middle tube 2; the front end of the outer tube 1, the front end of the middle tube 2, and the front end of the inner tube 3 are aligned and the airbag 31 is partially exposed at the front end of the outer tube 1. It can be understood that the inner tube 3 can be slidably inserted into the middle tube 2, that is, the middle tube 2 can slide relative to the inner tube 3, the front end of the inner tube 3 is provided with the air bag 31, and the air bag 31 has two functions, one of which is that when the front end of the outer tube 1, the front end of the middle tube 2 and the front end of the inner tube 3 are aligned and the air bag 31 is partially exposed out of the front end of the outer tube 1, the hysterosalpingography tube 100 can conveniently enter the uterine cavity from the outside, so that the damage to the vagina, the cervical orifice and the uterine cavity of a patient can be reduced, the pain of the patient can be reduced, and the; the other function is that after the front end of the hysterosalpingography tube 100 enters the uterine cavity through the cervical orifice, the middle tube 2 is pushed by hand to push the air bag 31 out, then water is injected into the air bag 31 through the water injection channel, so that the air bag 31 becomes a water bag, and when the middle tube 2 and the outer tube 1 are pulled out of the vaginal orifice subsequently, the inner tube 3 can be reliably fixed by being clamped at the cervical orifice. Because the inner tube 3 is a hose, when the hose is fixed in the body of a patient, the vaginal ultrasonic probe can be conveniently placed in the body, and the discomfort and pain of the patient can be reduced. The inner tube 3 is provided with a water filling channel communicated with the air bag 31, and water can be conveniently filled into the air bag 31 through the water filling channel so as to fix the inner tube 3 in the body of a patient. The inner tube 3 is also provided with a medicine injection channel, and contrast agent can be injected into the uterine cavity through the medicine injection channel. The back end of the inner tube 3 extends out of the back end of the middle tube 2, thereby facilitating the operation.
According to the hysterosalpingography tube 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, when in work, the front end of the outer tube 1, the front end of the middle tube 2 and the front end of the inner tube 3 are aligned, and the air bag 31 is partially exposed out of the front end of the outer tube 1, so that the whole hysterosalpingography tube 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention is similar to a probe principle in structure, and can conveniently and smoothly enter a uterine cavity from a cervical orifice; when the front end of the uterotubal angiography tube 100 enters the uterine cavity through the cervical orifice, the middle tube 2 is pushed forward by hand to completely push the air bag 31 out of the front end of the outer tube 1, then water is injected into the air bag 31 through the water injection channel, so that the original air bag 31 becomes a water bag, the middle tube 2 and the outer tube 1 are pulled out of the vaginal orifice, and the inner tube 3 can be reliably fixed without loosening because the water bag is clamped at the cervical orifice; after the vaginal orifice is closed, the vaginal ultrasonic probe is inserted, contrast agent is injected into the uterine cavity through the medicine injection channel, and the uterus, the oviduct and the pelvic cavity can be observed under the condition of developing by ultrasonic. 1. A hysterosalpingography tube, comprising:
the outer pipe is a hard pipe;
a middle tube slidably nested within the outer tube, a rear end of the middle tube extending beyond a rear end of the outer tube;
the inner tube is a hose and slidably arranged in the middle tube in a penetrating mode, an air bag is arranged at the front end of the inner tube and located outside the front end portion of the middle tube, the inner tube comprises a water injection channel and a medicine injection channel, the front end of the water injection channel is communicated with the air bag, the front end of the medicine injection channel is open, and the rear end of the inner tube extends out of the rear end of the middle tube; the front end of the outer tube, the front end of the middle tube and the front end of the inner tube are aligned and the airbag portion is exposed at the front end of the outer tube.
2. The hysterosalpingography tube of claim 1, wherein the outer tube and/or the middle tube are made of plastic.
3. The hysterosalpingography tube of claim 1, wherein the outer tube is provided with graduations.
4. The hysterosalpingography tube according to claim 3, wherein a movable pin is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the outer tube, the movable pin being slidable in a longitudinal direction of the outer tube.
5. The hysterosalpingography tube defined in claim 1, wherein an outer tube handle is fixedly provided on an outer peripheral surface of a rear end of the outer tube.
6. The hysterosalpingography tube of claim 1, wherein a middle tube handle is provided at a rear end of the middle tube.
7. The hysterosalpingography tube according to claim 1, wherein a water injection port is provided at a rear end of the water injection channel, and a drug injection port is provided at a rear end of the drug injection channel.
8. The hysterosalpingography tube of claim 1, wherein the water injection channel is one and the drug injection channel is one.
9. The hysterosalpingography tube of claim 1, wherein the inner tube is made of rubber.
10. The uterotubal contrast tube of claim 1 wherein the balloon is exposed 3-5mm forward relative to the forward end of the outer tube.
