step one, propulsion: after a knife edge (21) of the knife body (2) extends out of the soft sleeve (3), the knife edge (21) is pushed to a pain point set on a superficial fascia layer;
step two, depth pushing: the knife edge (21) is continuously pushed forwards along the shallow fascia layer to a set pushing depth;
step three, sweeping and scattering actions: the positioning and fixing mechanism (4) is used for pushing the soft sleeve (3) forwards, the knife edge (21) retracts into the soft sleeve (3) until the clamping groove (42) clamps the sleeve clamping table (311), and when the rear end face of the positioning and fixing mechanism (4) abuts against the handle (1), the positioning and fixing mechanism (4) is pressed, so that the front end of the soft sleeve (3) performs sweeping and scattering actions;
step four, remaining the tube: after the sweeping action lasts for a set time, the positioning and fixing mechanism (4) is taken down, the knife body (2) is withdrawn, and the soft sleeve (3) is fixed and then left at the focus.

step four, remaining the tube: after the sweeping action lasts for a set time, the positioning and fixing mechanism (4) is taken down, the knife body (2) is withdrawn, and the soft sleeve (3) is fixed and then left at the focus.
