Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of disinfection products, in particular to a disinfection wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The disinfectant wet tissue is a disinfectant product, can be used for daily disinfection of skin, articles or instruments, and is a disposable article. With the enhancement of people's awareness of hygiene, the hygiene requirements for surrounding articles and hands of people are increased, and the disinfection wet tissues are widely applied and sold.
The precision instruments also need to use the disinfection wet tissue for eliminating dust, fingerprints, dirt and bacteria of electronic precision instruments and reducing the influence of external factors on instrument measurement or test. However, at present, after the disinfection wet tissue is wiped on the surface of an instrument, traces and water marks are easily left after the disinfection wet tissue is dried, and the subsequent use of the instrument is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the possibility of marks and water marks left on the surface of a disinfecting wet tissue instrument after wiping, the application provides a disinfecting wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides the following technical solutions: the disinfection wet tissue comprises non-woven fabrics and a disinfection solution attached to the non-woven fabrics, wherein the disinfection solution comprises the following components in parts by weight:
105 parts of ethanol aqueous solution;
0.09-0.11 part of quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent;
0.09-0.11 part of benzalkonium chloride;
1-4.5 parts of isopropyl palmitate;
0.1-2 parts of polyvinyl alcohol;
the volume concentration of the ethanol water solution is 45-55% (V/V).
By adopting the technical scheme, the ethanol water solution is used as a solvent of all raw materials, and the ethanol can play a role in sterilization; the quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent can be used as a disinfecting component and has an excellent antibacterial effect. Benzalkonium chloride is known by the chemical name dimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, a white waxy solid or a yellow colloid; the aqueous solution shows neutral or alkalescent reaction and is easy to dissolve in water and ethanol; is a cationic surfactant, belongs to a non-oxidative bactericide, and has broad-spectrum and high-efficiency sterilization and algae removal capability.
Isopropyl palmitate is colorless to light yellow oily liquid, is not easy to volatilize, and can be dissolved in ethanol. The polyvinyl alcohol is soluble in water and has water retention effect.
Tests show that the disinfectant wet tissue obtained by the formula can greatly reduce the residues of traces and water stains after being dried on the surface of a wiping instrument.
Further, the castor oil also comprises 0.05 to 0.12 part.
By adopting the technical scheme, experiments show that the traces and the water traces on the rear section of the wiping path can be reduced.
Further, the mass part ratio of the castor oil to the isopropyl palmitate is 1: (15-25).
By adopting the technical scheme, experiments show that the residues of traces and water traces on the rear section of the wiping path can be further reduced, and the overall wiping quality is improved.
Further, the polyvinyl alcohol is used in an amount of 0.5 to 0.8 parts.
By adopting the technical scheme, the usage amount of the polyvinyl alcohol in the whole formula is further limited, and the usage amounts of water, polyvinyl alcohol and castor oil are balanced. As is clear from the test, the water agent remaining in the wiping path can be further improved.
Further, the disinfectant comprises the following components in parts by weight:
105 parts of ethanol aqueous solution;
0.1 part of quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent;
0.1 part of benzalkonium chloride;
1.5-2.5 parts of isopropyl palmitate;
0.5-0.8 part of polyvinyl alcohol;
0.1 part of castor oil.
By adopting the technical scheme, experiments show that the traces of the wiping path and the residues of the water marks can be reduced.
Further, the quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent is didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
By adopting the technical scheme, the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is a cationic surfactant, is a light yellow transparent liquid at normal temperature, is easy to dissolve in water and organic solvents, has stable chemical properties and small irritation, and is used as a disinfectant and a bactericide in the aspects of medicine, sanitation, civil use and the like.
In a second aspect, the present application provides the following technical solutions: a preparation method of a disinfectant wet tissue comprises the following steps: s1: dividing the ethanol water solution into a first solvent and the rest second solvent, wherein the first solvent accounts for 1-10% of the total amount of the ethanol water solution, and the rest second solvent is reserved; uniformly mixing a first solvent and castor oil to obtain a first mixed solution for later use, and uniformly mixing a second solvent with an ethanol water solution, a compound quaternary ammonium salt, benzalkonium chloride, isopropyl palmitate and polyvinyl alcohol to obtain a second mixed solution for later use;
s2: uniformly spraying the first mixed solution on the non-woven fabric to obtain a semi-processed non-woven fabric;
s3: and folding and bagging the semi-processed non-woven fabric, and filling the second mixed solution to obtain the disinfectant wet tissue.
By adopting the technical scheme, the castor oil is attached to the dry non-woven fabric firstly, so that the castor oil is ensured to be directly permeated into the non-woven fabric, and the dry non-woven fabric is easier to permeate and adsorb the castor oil; then soaking and absorbing the second mixed solution to endow the non-woven fabric with a disinfection effect.
Further, the step S2 is performed at a temperature of 5 to 15 ℃.
By adopting the technical scheme, the disinfectant wet tissue is obtained by two steps, the volatilization of ethanol water solution can be reduced at low temperature, and the ethanol water solution with the total amount of 105 parts can be matched, so that the disinfectant finally adsorbed in the non-woven fabric can contain at least 100 parts of ethanol water solution, and the dissolution of effective substances and the disinfection effect can be realized.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the application, the ethanol aqueous solution, the quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent and the benzalkonium chloride are preferably used in combination with isopropyl palmitate and polyvinyl alcohol, and after the surfaces of wiping instruments are dried, the residues of traces and water stains can be greatly reduced.
2. In the application, castor oil is preferably adopted, and polyvinyl alcohol and isopropyl palmitate are matched, so that the residues of traces and water marks on the rear section of a wiping path can be reduced.
3. Because this application has further limited the quality part ratio of castor oil and isopropyl palmitate, can further reduce the residue of trace and water mark on wiping route back end, improve the quality of whole wiping.
4. Because the application further limits the use amount of the polyvinyl alcohol, the use amounts of the water, the polyvinyl alcohol and the castor oil are balanced, and the water agent residue in a wiping path can be further improved.

Characterization test:
1. test for wiping marks
Test subjects: examples 1-18 and comparative examples 1-3, for a total of 21 test samples.
The test method comprises the following steps: preparing 21 original glass sheets for instrument display screens or isolation, wherein the specifications are 0.33cm in thickness, 10cm in length and 10cm in width; each sample specimen was tested against a single master. Before the test, five assistant persons do the following work: washing hands with tap water for 30s by an assistant, drying, and smearing hand cream (75 ml of Hebenqing (Herbacin) Xiaoju classic moisturizing hand cream) on the hands; then pressing the glass sheet at different positions for five times by using an index finger; when the original glass sheet is replaced, hand washing, wiping and hand cream smearing are carried out again. Wiping the surface of the glass sheet pressed by the thumb with the test sample, and the wiping method: and wiping the test sample along the length direction of the original sheet, and counting once and twice.
And immediately photographing the glass original sheet after wiping, observing the residual liquid amount of the glass original sheet, and grading, wherein the residual liquid amount is 0 point at most, and the residual liquid amount is gradually reduced from 0 point to 15 points.
And after the liquid of the glass original sheet is dried, observing the front half part trace and the rear half part trace on the glass original sheet, wherein the trace is clear, the number of the trace is more than 0 minute, the number of the trace is 20 minutes without trace, and the residual trace is gradually weakened and reduced from 0 minute to 20 minutes. The amount of residual liquid and the scores of the first half residual trace and the second half residual trace were recorded and the total score was calculated.
And (3) test results: the results of the scrub mark test are reported in table 2.
TABLE 2 wiping Trace test results
And (3) data analysis: as can be seen from the data in table 2, the examples all showed less residual liquid and trace residue than the comparative examples. The scheme of the application can play the effect of reducing marks after wiping.
Comparing example 1 with comparative examples 1 to 3, the examples increase the use of polyvinyl alcohol and isopropyl palmitate and are more effective in reducing the residual amount of liquid and traces. The reasons may be: the polyvinyl alcohol has a water retention effect on water in the disinfectant, so that excessive disinfectant can be reduced from being retained on the surface of the instrument during wiping, and the residual of the disinfectant on the surface of the instrument is reduced as much as possible under the condition of ensuring sterilization and degreasing, so that contact sterilization and decontamination are realized; meanwhile, isopropyl palmitate has a lubricating effect, and the condition of excessive material liquid residue caused by friction with the surface of an instrument is reduced, so that the residues of traces and water traces are reduced.
Examples 4-6 increased use of castor oil over example 3, while examples 7-12 improved the method of making sterilized wet wipes against the addition of castor oil, all on a separate basis, reduced the trace residue on the back end of the wiping path. The reasons may be: the castor oil has permeability to the non-woven fabric, can be effectively attached to the non-woven fabric, and can improve the adsorption effect of the castor oil on the non-woven fabric through the matching use of polyvinyl alcohol; in addition, the castor oil can effectively increase the adsorption strength of the non-woven fabric and the isopropyl palmitate, so that the isopropyl palmitate continuously provides a smooth use feeling on the surface of the non-woven fabric, the friction with the surface of an instrument is reduced, and the continuous reduction of traces and the residue of water traces in the wiping process is ensured.
Examples 13-14 define the use ratio of castor oil and isopropyl palmitate based on example 11, further reducing the residual liquid and trace residue on the back section of the wiping path; the reasons may be: the adsorption performance of the castor oil on the isopropyl palmitate is better improved, and the smooth use feeling of the isopropyl palmitate is improved. Examples 15 to 17 further limit the amount of polyvinyl alcohol based on example 13, balancing the amounts of water, polyvinyl alcohol and castor oil, and further improving the water retention in the post-wiping path.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
