At present, there are two main types of access modes of broadband networks, one is fixed broadband access, for example, x Digital Subscriber Line (xDSL), Cable television Cable (Cable), Fiber-to-the-x (FTTx), where broadband signals can be accessed indoors through optical fibers; another is Wireless-to-the-x (WTTx), which is an indoor access by Wireless signals. Compared with the prior art, the WTx has the advantages of no need of laying optical fibers, flexible deployment and convenient installation, can utilize the existing wireless spectrum resources of mobile operators to develop services, and can further drive the base station to build the main channel service by depending on massive laying of wireless broadband. Currently, a better implementation scheme of WTTx is hardware (CPE) located in a user plane in a wireless physical manner, which is a mobile signal access device for receiving a mobile signal and forwarding the mobile signal by using a wireless WiFi signal, and can be applied to wireless network access in rural areas, towns, plants, cells, and the like, and support simultaneous networking of a plurality of wireless terminals. Detailed Description
The wireless CPE is mobile signal access equipment for receiving mobile signals and transmitting the mobile signals by wireless WiFi signals, can be applied to wireless network access in rural areas, towns, plants, cells and the like, and supports simultaneous networking of a plurality of wireless terminals. As a wireless relay, the wireless CPE secondarily strengthens cellular signals, and converts network signals of operators into WiFi signals or wired signals, so that the indoor coverage capacity is enhanced; on the other hand, it receives the WiFi uplink signal of the mobile terminal equipment, converts the WiFi uplink signal into a cellular network signal, and then transmits the cellular network signal to the outdoor base station through the amplifier and the antenna. Currently, wireless CPEs are mainly classified into two types, one is an indoor CPE and the other is an outdoor CPE. The indoor CPE is more mobile and can be placed anywhere indoors, but since the operator signals still need to penetrate indoors, there is still a certain difference in coverage and stability compared with the outdoor CPE. With the help of the high-gain directional antenna and the omnidirectional antenna, the outdoor CPE can be better aligned to the direction of the base station, the coverage radius can reach more than ten kilometers, but once the outdoor CPE is installed, the outdoor CPE cannot move randomly, the converted WiFi signals also need to penetrate into the room, and the indoor WiFi signal strength depends on factors such as the room structure, the wall material and the thickness. In practical application, a user needs to select an indoor CPE or an outdoor CPE according to a specific scene.
However, whether the indoor CPE or the outdoor CPE is used, signals penetrate through the outer wall of a building, and the signal loss is large due to the fact that the signals penetrate through the wall. If use indoor CPE and outdoor CPE to combine, promptly, outdoor CPE receives operator's signal, and rethread wired network reaches indoor antenna, can avoid the signal loss that leads to through the wall basically, however, need additionally to punch like this and the design and the construction of wiring, further increased the installation degree of difficulty again.
In addition, the network broadband is registered to the home, so that various household appliances for daily use of people, such as common air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, water heaters and the like are inevitably provided indoors, and the household appliances are respectively provided with own functions and have single functions at present.
The embodiment of the present application specifically refers to fig. 1 and fig. 2, and for the indoor and outdoor split type household electrical appliance provided by the embodiment of the present application, includes:
the outdoor unit 1, the outdoor unit 1 is equipped with a receiving antenna module 11 for receiving signals;
the indoor equipment 2 is internally provided with a user access module 21 for transmitting wireless signals;
the transmission line 3, the wall between the outdoor equipment 1 and the indoor equipment 2 is provided with a through-wall channel 4, the transmission line 3 is arranged in the through-wall channel 4 in a penetrating way, and the transmission line 3 is used for communicating the outdoor equipment 1 with the indoor equipment 2 and communicating the receiving antenna module 11 with the user access module 21.
The indoor outer split type household electrical appliances that this application embodiment provided, refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, indoor set 2 and outdoor set 1 have, indoor set 2 and outdoor set 1 communicate through transmission line 3 in the through-wall passageway 4, in order to guarantee normal household electrical appliances function, on this basis, owing to set up receiving antenna module 11 that is used for received signal in outdoor set 1, be equipped with user access module 21 that is used for transmitting wireless signal in indoor set 2, and, the signal that receiving antenna module 11 received passes through transmission line 3 and conveys to user access module 21, user access module 21 is at indoor transmitted signal, in order to make things convenient for the user to insert indoor, in order to connect the internet. Like this, on the one hand, transmission line 3 is from through-wall passageway 4 passes through, and the in-process of carrying out signal transmission can not increase the loss owing to wear the wall, and on the other hand, broadband access combines with the household electrical appliances function, and the once installation can be accomplished, guarantees the realization of multinomial function, and the connection between receiving antenna module 11 and the user access module 21 can conveniently realize the connection, simple to operate with the help of through-wall passageway 4 that the household electrical appliances were reserved when installing directly.
The indoor and outdoor split household appliances of the embodiment of the present application can be any household appliance that needs to reserve the through-wall channel 4, for example, an air conditioner, a fresh air system, a central air conditioner or a gas water heater, and the specific structure and installation mode of each household appliance are not necessarily the same, and for example, several specific implementation modes are introduced below.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the indoor and outdoor split home appliance of the embodiment of the present application may be an air conditioner, a compressor and a condenser 12 are disposed in an outdoor device 1 of the air conditioner, an evaporator 22 is disposed in an indoor device 2, and correspondingly, a wall through channel 4 is a hole reserved for an air conditioning pipeline.
Referring to fig. 3, the air conditioner generally has two refrigerant copper pipes 5, one of which has a larger diameter than the air pipe, i.e., the low pressure pipe 51, and a diameter of 15 to 29mm, and the other of which has a liquid pipe, i.e., the high pressure pipe 52, and a diameter of 9 to 13 mm. The compressor, the condenser 12 and the evaporator 22 are connected in series by two refrigerant copper pipes to form a loop, and the refrigerant circulates in the loop to exchange heat indoors and outdoors. Specifically, taking refrigeration of a conventional air conditioner as an example, refrigerant gas is condensed in the outdoor condenser 12, and then sent to the evaporator 22 of the indoor unit through a check valve, a capillary tube, a dry filter and a liquid stop valve (a high-pressure copper tube); after the refrigerant liquid is evaporated in the evaporator 22 of the indoor unit, the refrigerant liquid is returned to the compressor of the outdoor unit by a gas shutoff valve (low-pressure copper pipe) and compressed again to maintain the refrigeration cycle.
Based on the inner structure of air conditioner, air conditioner pipeline preformed hole need be reserved during its installation, and the air conditioner pipeline preformed hole of air conditioner can reserve in the lump when the house construction, and then, when the indoor outer split type household electrical appliances of this application embodiment are the air conditioner, can save the work of additionally punching, utilize the intercommunication that the user access module 21 of receiving antenna module 11 and indoor set 2 with outdoor equipment 1 that air conditioner pipeline preformed hole can be convenient has no loss, simple to operate.
In addition, to the indoor and outdoor split type household electrical appliances of the embodiment of the present application, when being an air conditioner, the transmission line 3 may be additionally disposed, and the reception antenna module 11 of the outdoor device 1 and the user access module 21 of the indoor device 2 may be connected by correspondingly passing through the air conditioner pipe preformed hole, or may perform signal transmission by means of a component of the air conditioner itself, which is disposed in the air conditioner pipe preformed hole in a penetrating manner. Different materials or elements are selected according to signals needing to be transmitted in an additional arrangement mode, and the scheme of signal transmission is carried out by means of parts of the air conditioner, which penetrate through the reserved hole of the air conditioner pipeline, does not need additional arrangement, changes of the air conditioner are less, and the air conditioner is convenient to arrange and install.
Specifically, the transmission line 3 includes a copper pipe 5 through which a refrigerant flows, the copper pipe 5 is used to connect the compressor, the condenser 12, and the evaporator 22 in series to form a refrigerant circulation loop, and the receiving antenna module 11 and the user access module 21 are communicated through the copper pipe 5. Through carrying out the transmission of signal with the help of copper pipe 5 that air conditioner itself has, need not additionally wear to establish cable etc. convenient preparation and installation.
Since the two copper pipes 5 of the conventional air conditioner simply transmit the refrigerant in a gas or liquid state, and the refrigerant itself is an insulator and is not electrically conductive, the two copper pipes 5 can be used for differential signal transmission by slightly modifying the interface of the copper pipes 5. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the copper pipe 5 includes a low-voltage pipe 51 and a high-voltage pipe 52 arranged side by side, and the receiving antenna module 11 and the subscriber access module 21 perform differential signal transmission through the low-voltage pipe 51 and the high-voltage pipe 52.
In order to realize the differential signal transmission through the low-voltage pipe 51 and the high-voltage pipe 52, it is necessary to correspond to a component that can transmit the differential signal to the copper pipe 5, such as a coupler, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, pipe joints 53 are provided at both ends of the copper pipe 5, an indoor coupler 23 is provided in the indoor device 2, an outdoor coupler 13 is provided in the outdoor device 1, and the indoor coupler 23 and the outdoor coupler 13 are used for coupling the differential signal to the pipe joints 53 at both ends of the copper pipe 5, respectively.
When indoor outer split type household electrical appliances that this application embodiment provided are the air conditioner, carry out signal transmission's scheme with the help of the part of wearing to establish in the air conditioner pipeline preformed hole of air conditioner itself, the part that air conditioner itself set up in the air conditioner pipeline preformed hole is except that the circulation has the copper pipe 5 of refrigerant, still generally including being used for by indoor unit 2 to the electric wire 6 of outdoor unit 1 power supply, and then, also can carry out the transmission of signal with the help of this electric wire 6. That is, the transmission line 3 includes the electric wire 6 for supplying power from the indoor device 2 to the outdoor device 1, and the reception antenna module 11 and the subscriber access module 21 are communicated through the electric wire 6.
In the scheme of transmitting signals by means of the electric wire 6 of the air conditioner, the signals transmittable by the electric wire 6 are generally electric signals, and in order to enable the receiving antenna module 11 and the subscriber access module 21 to communicate through the electric wire, a device capable of processing the electric signals, for example, a programmable logic controller, is required. Specifically, an indoor programmable logic controller is arranged in the indoor device 2, an outdoor programmable logic controller is arranged in the outdoor device 1, and the indoor programmable logic controller and the outdoor programmable logic controller are used for converting network signals and current signals.
In the manner of additionally arranging the transmission lines 3 of the indoor and outdoor split home appliances according to the embodiment of the present application, different materials or elements may be selected according to the signals to be transmitted by the transmission lines 3, and the signals to be transmitted by the transmission lines 3 may be determined according to the specific components at the upper and lower ends thereof. The signal processing module 7 comprises a plurality of components, which may be located indoors or outdoors, as long as it is ensured that the receiving antenna module 11 is located outdoors and the user access module 21 is located indoors. Meanwhile, by determining the components in the outdoor equipment and the components in the indoor equipment, the upper end and the lower end of the transmission line 3 can be known, and further the signals which need to be transmitted by the transmission line 3 can be known, so that specific materials or elements can be selected. The indoor and outdoor split home appliances have various implementation modes according to the difference of components arranged in the indoor device 2 and the outdoor device 1. In various implementations, the transmission line 3 has different components corresponding to two ends to be transmitted, and further, the types of signals to be transmitted may be different, that is, the transmission line 3 needs to select signal cables with different transmission functions.
