本发明公开了一种提高配网线路跳闸后巡线通知的响应速率的方法,电网现场设备动作信号传输到智能电网调度技术支持系统,智能电网调度技术支持系统中线路跳闸故障判定情况模块将信号处理,合成方面调度员查看的开关事故分闸信号,并屏蔽无关信号;合成的事故信号在告警中可视化展示,帮助调控员处理事故,并将电网事故情况通过内网信通短信平台通知相应巡线工区,通过手机短信发送至巡线人员。本发明能够在线路跳闸后,将故障的初步情况实时迅速地通知到配运检部门,让抢修人员可第一时间做好巡线准备并赶往现场,以此提高线路抢修的应急响应速度,确保供电可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高配网线路跳闸后巡线通知的响应速率的方法。
背景技术
根据调度规程要求,在变电站配网线路跳闸后,当值调控员应通知线路运检部门巡线,发布巡线命令时应告知相关设备名称、保护及自动装置动作情况,线路是否带电等。
由于电网发生故障后,调控员需根据监控系统实时推送的事故遥信信号、开关变位等信息来判断线路开关跳闸情况,同时还需考虑是否有电网运行方式的变化、是否需要调整、是否有需紧急协调的情况,在这一系列流程完毕后,再对运检部门发布故障线路巡线命令。由于需一一梳理判断故障信息,若遇到台风、雷暴等恶劣天气短时间内出现大面积线路跳闸,到发布巡线命令的中间耗时更长。
因此,我们迫切需要采用一种方法,能够在线路跳闸后,将故障的初步情况实时迅速地通知到配运检部门,让抢修人员可第一时间做好巡线准备并赶往现场,以此提高线路抢修的应急响应速度,确保供电可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种解决当前电网事故发生后通知巡线时间过长、事故引号过多的问题的提高配网线路跳闸后巡线通知的响应速率的方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种提高配网线路跳闸后巡线通知的响应速率的方法,电网现场设备动作信号传输到智能电网调度技术支持系统,智能电网调度技术支持系统中线路跳闸故障判定情况模块将信号处理,合成方面调度员查看的开关事故分闸信号,并屏蔽无关信号;
合成的事故信号在告警中可视化展示,帮助调控员处理事故,并将电网事故情况通过内网信通短信平台通知相应巡线工区,通过手机短信发送至巡线人员。
具体步骤包括:
(1)配网调控员登录智能电网调度技术支持系统电脑终端;
(2)电网发生事故,线路跳闸情况故障判定模块对信号进行处理,合成开关事故分闸信号,并根据事故分闸后开关的状态,判定是否重合成功;
(3)将事故情况信息通过短信发送至相应的巡线责任区人员;
(4)配网调控员在智能电网调度技术支持系统实时告警窗中查看事故情况,进行事故处理。
本发明能够在线路跳闸后,将故障的初步情况实时迅速地通知到配运检部门,让抢修人员可第一时间做好巡线准备并赶往现场,以此提高线路抢修的应急响应速度,确保供电可靠性。

具体步骤包括:
(1)配网调控员登录智能电网调度技术支持系统电脑终端;
(2)电网发生事故,线路跳闸情况故障判定模块对信号进行处理,合成开关事故分闸信号,并根据事故分闸后开关的状态,判定是否重合成功;
(3)将事故情况信息通过短信发送至相应的巡线责任区人员;
(4)配网调控员在智能电网调度技术支持系统实时告警窗中查看事故情况,进行事故处理。
系统包括:服务器系统及基于事故信号告警判断和短信自动通知电脑、移动终端。
服务器系统,智能电网调度技术支持(D5000)系统提供事故发生时的信号,自动化系统关联事故信号,合成新的开关事故分闸信号。
基于事故信号告警判断和短信自动通知电脑、移动终端。通过服务器中线路跳闸故障事故信号判定发出开关事故分闸信号,并判断是否重合闸,将结果在实时告警窗显示,并通过短信平台发送短信给相应巡线责任区移动终端。
在本发明一个可选的实施例中,所述服务器系统,包括:智能电网调度技术支持(D5000)系统、自动化数据库、内网信通短信平台。智能电网调度技术支持(D5000)系统用来提供事故信号;自动化数据库将事故信号合成为开关事故分闸信号;内网信通短信平台自动通知响应巡线责任区人员。

1.一种提高配网线路跳闸后巡线通知的响应速率的方法,其特征是:电网现场设备动作信号传输到智能电网调度技术支持系统,智能电网调度技术支持系统中线路跳闸故障判定情况模块将信号处理,合成方面调度员查看的开关事故分闸信号,并屏蔽无关信号;
合成的事故信号在告警中可视化展示,帮助调控员处理事故,并将电网事故情况通过内网信通短信平台通知相应巡线工区,通过手机短信发送至巡线人员。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高配网线路跳闸后巡线通知的响应速率的方法,其特征是:具体步骤包括:
(1)配网调控员登录智能电网调度技术支持系统电脑终端;
(2)电网发生事故,线路跳闸情况故障判定模块对信号进行处理,合成开关事故分闸信号,并根据事故分闸后开关的状态,判定是否重合成功;
(3)将事故情况信息通过短信发送至相应的巡线责任区人员;
