The automatic feeding operation of the battery shell is realized through the shell feeding mechanism, and the automatic feeding operation is automatic, convenient and efficient.
The screw feeding mechanism 8 is composed of a vertical plate 42 fixed on the machine table 1, a propulsion cylinder II 43 fixed at the top end of the vertical plate 42, a screw discharging plate 44 connected to the end part of a piston rod of the propulsion cylinder II 43 and a plurality of screw placing holes 45 arranged on the screw discharging plate 44. The automatic feeding of the magnetic screws is realized through the screw feeding mechanism, and the automatic feeding is convenient and efficient.
The driving roller 39 is driven by a motor in the driving box 37, four driven rollers 40 are rotatably connected in the driving box 37, a transmission belt 41 is arranged between the driven rollers 40 and the driving roller 39, and the driven rollers 40 are fixedly connected with the magnetic screw mounting head 38.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, a pole piece battery level group 12 to be welded is placed between two guide plates I9 on a pole lug welding table 5, a spring 16 acts on a feeding top plate 15 through a movable rod 14, the feeding top plate 15 acts on the pole piece battery level group 12 to enable a most front pole piece battery level group 12 to abut against a positioning block 10, namely, a welding station, then a micro cylinder 18 pushes a movable clamping plate 17 to fix the pole piece battery level group 12, so that subsequent pole lug welding operation is facilitated, when a pole lug is welded, two pole lugs are sent to a designated welding position on the pole piece battery level group 12 through equipment, when a welding manipulator 3 is used for welding, the cylinder I28 drives the movable clamping plate 29 to press and fix the pole lug, then the welding manipulator 3 welds and fixes the pole lug on the pole piece battery level group, after welding, the movable clamping plate 17 is opened, a screw 23 is driven by a micro motor 22 to drive a sealing frame 21 to be opened, after the material hole 20 is opened, the pressing plate 29 is driven by the first air cylinder 28 to continuously descend, the welded pole piece battery stage group 12 is pressed out and discharged through the material hole 20, at the moment, the battery shells 26 are placed in the placing groove 61 on the end cover packaging table 6, two of the battery shells 26 are positioned in the shell guide sleeve 25 to be aligned, the pole piece battery stage group 12 is guided by the pole piece guide sleeve 24 when being discharged through the material hole 20, automatic assembly of the pole piece battery stage group 12 and the battery shells 26 is achieved, meanwhile, in the discharging process of the pole piece battery stage group 12, the feeding top plate 15 sends the next pole piece battery stage group 12 into a welding station by the acting force of the spring 16, the next pole piece battery stage group 12 is fixed by the movable clamping plate 17, meanwhile, welding operation is continuously performed, at the moment, the battery shells 26 and the pole piece battery stage group 12 are assembled, the lifting air cylinder 34 controls the end cover packaging table 6 to descend, the first motor 31 drives the driven turntable 33 to rotate by a driving wheel 32 through a belt, and then stops, then the lifting cylinder 34 moves upwards to reset by driving the end cover packaging table 6, at the same time, two battery shells 26 to be assembled on the other side move to a shell assembling station to facilitate the assembly after the welding of the pole lugs, at the same time, the other two assembled battery shells 26 move to the end cover packaging station and are conveyed to a mounting station on the battery shells 26 through equipment, a plurality of magnetic screw mounting heads 38 on a mounting plate 36 are controlled to work simultaneously by a cylinder II 35, the end covers are mounted on the battery shells 26 through screws, the battery shells 26 are taken down after the packaging is completed, the feeding table 49 is pushed by a pushing cylinder I48 to enter a feeding station, an electric push rod 52 pushes a feeding plate 51 to move forwards to a designated feeding position, so that the two battery shells 26 at the front end are aligned with an alignment hole 57, a lead screw 56 is driven by a motor II 55 to drive a pressing plate 54 to loosen due to the action of gravity, two battery shells 26 automatically fall into two placing grooves 61 on an end cover packaging table 6 through alignment holes 57 to realize feeding, after feeding, an electric push rod 52 controls a feeding plate 51 to reset, a first pushing cylinder 48 controls the whole feeding table 49 to reset, in the feeding process of the battery shells 26, a screw feeding mechanism 8 synchronously works, a second pushing cylinder 43 pushes a screw feeding plate 44 to move to the whole lower part of a sealing mechanical arm 4, the sealing mechanical arm 4 moves downwards, a plurality of magnetic screw mounting heads 38 adsorb screws in screw placing holes 45 and move upwards to reset, then the screw feeding plate 44 resets to wait for next sealing operation, so that the operation is performed repeatedly and continuously, welding, assembly and end cover packaging are realized, operation steps are saved, and the production efficiency is improved.

the welding device is characterized in that a feeding unit, a fixing unit and a blanking unit are arranged on the lug welding table (5), two material holes (20) are formed in the lug welding table (5), a pole piece battery level group (12) is arranged in each material hole (20), the feeding unit is used for conveying the pole piece battery level group (12) to be welded, the fixing unit is used for fixing the pole piece battery level group (12) to facilitate subsequent welding, and the blanking unit is used for blanking the welded pole piece battery level group (12);
