In recent years, as social networking sites use two-dimensional codes for network entry, product promotion and the like, people have developed a living habit of reading two-dimensional codes, and the two-dimensional codes are well known and vigorously developed in society to facilitate people's lives, and it is a necessary way for merchants to replace common printed plastic labels with sealing labels carrying two-dimensional codes.
Disclosure of Invention

The barreled water sealing label comprises an OPP layer, a first adhesive layer, a printing layer, a PET layer, an imaging layer, a holographic laser layer, an aluminum plating layer, a variable code layer, a second adhesive layer and a heat sealing layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom.

the tensile strength of the OPP layer is more than or equal to 200N/m, and the deformation rate is less than or equal to 40%.
The deformation rate of the PET layer is less than 3%.
The high temperature resistance of the imaging layer reaches over 180 ℃. The purpose is in order to prevent that the holographic laser layer from appearing the matt phenomenon under high temperature.
The square resistance value of the aluminum-plated layer is 0.4-0.6. The information such as the two-dimensional code can not be peeped through the aluminum coating.

3) Spraying and printing a variable two-dimensional code on the aluminum-plated layer by using a coding machine to form a variable code layer by using a secondary overprinting technology; the two-dimensional code is unique due to the fact that one code is marked, the resolution of the two-dimensional code is 600 multiplied by 800dpi, the two-dimensional code is easy to read by verification, the binding firmness of the two-dimensional code and an aluminum plating layer is good, and the two-dimensional code cannot fall off in subsequent processing.

6) Compounding a heat sealing layer on the two-dimensional code surface of the PET by using a casting machine, wherein the thickness of the heat sealing layer is 50-100 mu m;
7) And an automatic die-cutting machine is used for die-cutting a set flower knife on a single sealing label, so that the sealing label cannot be used for the second time.

The deformation rate of the OPP layer is less than or equal to 40%, the deformation rate of the PET layer is less than 3%, and the two-dimensional code is not deformed when the prepared sealing label is subjected to heat sealing, so that the reading smoothness of the two-dimensional code is ensured.
4. The imaging layer has high temperature resistance of over 180 ℃, and the holographic laser layer does not have a matte phenomenon when the prepared sealing label is subjected to heat sealing.
5. The preparation method of the barreled water sealing label is scientific, reasonable, simple and feasible.

2) Performing mould pressing on the imaging layer 5 by using a mould pressing and gravure printing integrated machine, and copying holographic information on a mould pressing plate onto the imaging layer 5 to form a holographic laser layer 6; then aluminizing on the holographic laser layer 6 to form an aluminized layer 7; the square resistance value of the aluminum-plated layer 7 is 0.56;
3) Spraying and printing a variable two-dimensional code on the aluminum-plated layer 7 by using a coding machine to form a variable code layer 8 by using a secondary overprinting technology;
4) Printing the other surface of the PET in the positive direction by using a gravure press to form a printing layer 3;
5) Selecting 20 mu m OPP, and compounding the printing surface of the PET and the OPP by using a coating machine; the glue used in the compounding process is double-component glue, and the curing time is 36 hours;
6) Compounding a heat sealing layer 10 on the two-dimensional code surface of the PET by using a casting machine, wherein the thickness of the heat sealing layer is 60 mu m;
7) And (3) using an automatic die cutting machine to cut the set flower knife on the single sealing label.

the tensile strength of the OPP layer 1 is more than or equal to 200N/m, and the deformation rate is less than or equal to 40 percent.

5) Selecting 50 mu m OPP, and compounding the printing surface of the PET and the OPP by using a coating machine; the glue used in the compounding process is double-component glue, and the curing time is 36 hours;
6) Compounding a heat sealing layer 10 on the two-dimensional code surface of the PET by using a casting machine, wherein the thickness of the heat sealing layer is 60 mu m;
7) And (4) using an automatic die-cutting machine to die-cut the set fancy knife on the single sealing label.
