Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information identifying method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be performed by an information identifying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the apparatus may be implemented in software and/or hardware. In a specific embodiment, the apparatus may be integrated in an electronic device, such as a server, and the following embodiments will illustrate an example of the integration of the apparatus in an electronic device. Referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include the steps of:
step 101, obtaining a production bar code of a current article from a terminal, and obtaining a plurality of article codes corresponding to the production bar code.
In particular, the production barcode may be a barcode given to the item by the producer, and the item code may be a code given to the item by the owner (e.g., dealer, carrier, network sales platform, etc.); the same item (typically comprising multiple items) has the same production barcode, which may be a 69 barcode; when the same article belongs to different owners, different owners can give different article codes, and the article codes can be sku codes.
The terminal may be a terminal with a barcode scanning or inputting function, and may acquire a production barcode of the current article by scanning or manually inputting, and upload the acquired production barcode to the electronic device, where the electronic device acquires the production barcode. Specifically, the production bar code is usually packaged and attached after the production of the articles by a factory, the production bar code conforms to a certain national standard or line standard, the same bar code represents the same article, and the current article can be the article which needs warehouse operation.
In a specific implementation, the corresponding relation between the production bar codes and the article codes can be maintained in the electronic equipment in advance, one production bar code can correspond to a plurality of article codes in the corresponding relation, and the electronic equipment can inquire the corresponding relation to acquire a plurality of article codes corresponding to the current production bar codes.
Step 102, acquiring a cargo owner identification of a cargo owner to which the current article belongs.
For example, the electronic device may obtain the owner identifier of the owner to which the current article belongs according to the related information of the electronic device or the additional information reported by the terminal. For example, the electronic device may query a job task corresponding to the current article, and obtain, from the job task, a cargo owner identifier of a cargo owner to which the current article belongs; or when the terminal reports the production bar code of the current article, the terminal can report the storage location identifier of the current storage location of the current article to the electronic device, and the electronic device can acquire the owner identifier of the owner to which the current article belongs according to self-maintenance inventory information (such as the corresponding relationship between the storage location identifier and the owner identifier), and of course, the owner identifier can also be acquired in other modes, which is not limited in detail herein. The owner identification may be the owner's name, code, etc.
And 103, identifying the article code matched with the goods owner identifier from the plurality of article codes to obtain a target code.
For example, a correspondence between a cargo owner identifier and an item code may be maintained in advance, and an item code matching the cargo owner identifier is identified from a plurality of item codes according to the correspondence.
In the embodiment of the invention, the production bar code of the current article can be obtained from the terminal, a plurality of article codes corresponding to the production bar code are obtained, the owner identifier of the owner to which the current article belongs is obtained, and the article code matched with the owner identifier is identified from the plurality of article codes, so that the target code is obtained. Namely, the embodiment of the invention can identify the article code of the current article by means of the owner identifier of the owner of the current article, the whole identification process can be automatically realized without manual selection, and the identification efficiency and accuracy are improved.
The information identifying method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is further described below, in this embodiment, an active job task executed on a current article is illustrated as an example, where the active job task, that is, the job task corresponds to an explicit owner, and the job task may include an owner identifier, where the job task is usually initiated by a specific owner, and the active job task is common for example: the method for identifying information in this embodiment may include the following steps, as shown in fig. 2, of purchasing, returning, allocating, selling, returning, allocating, and adjusting tasks:
step 201, generating a job task of the current article, and sending the job task to the terminal, so that the terminal obtains a production bar code of the current article when executing the job task.
For example, the electronic device may generate a job task of the current article according to the operation of the shipper at the shipper end (such as a computer and a mobile phone), and send the job task to the terminal, where the job task may include a shipper identifier (such as a name, a code number, etc. of the shipper), and information about the name, location, number, etc. of the job article. For example, when the job task is a pick task, the job task may include how many items to pick to a certain item to a certain storage location.
After the terminal receives the job task, the terminal can inform related operators of executing the job task, the operators can execute the job task through the terminal, and when the job task is executed, the terminal can acquire the production bar code of the current article. For example, an operator can scan a bar code bill attached to a current article through a terminal, so as to obtain a production bar code of the current article, and the terminal sends the obtained production bar code to electronic equipment.
And 202, receiving a production bar code sent by the terminal.
Step 203, inquiring the first corresponding relation to obtain a plurality of article codes corresponding to the production bar codes.
For example, the first correspondence may include a correspondence of a production barcode and an item code, and the same production barcode may correspond to a plurality of item codes.
Step 204, acquiring the owner identification of the owner to which the current article belongs from the job task.
Step 205, identifying an item code matching the owner identifier from a plurality of item codes, and obtaining a target code.
For example, the article codes of each cargo owner may be customized by the corresponding cargo owner, the article codes of different cargo owners may be different, and the correspondence between the cargo owner identifier and the article codes may be maintained in advance in the electronic device, so that the article code matched with the cargo owner identifier is identified from the plurality of article codes according to the correspondence, and the target code is obtained.
After the target code is obtained, whether the target code is consistent with the object code required by the current operation task or not can be determined, if so, the current operation task is continued, and if not, error prompt information can be sent to the terminal so as to prompt the operator that the object code of the current object is inconsistent with the object code required by the current operation task through the error prompt information.
Taking a warehouse-in task as an example, assume that for a batch of articles X (the batch of articles are the same type of articles, but the batch of articles belong to different owners), the electronic device has a correspondence relationship as shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
That is, the production bar code of the item X is barcode1, the item code corresponding to the production bar code barcode1 includes sku1 and sku2, the sku1 is matched with the owner identifier owner1 (i.e., sku1 gives the owner1 the item X code), and the sku2 is matched with the owner identifier owner2 (i.e., sku2 gives the owner2 the item X code).
Assuming that the owner identifier in the current operation task is owner2, the production bar code obtained after the terminal scans the current article is barcode1, and the article codes corresponding to the barcode1 are obtained through the corresponding relation shown in table 1, wherein the identified article code sku2 can be sent to the terminal because the owner identifier in the current operation task is owner2 and only sku2 in sku1 and sku2 is matched with owner 2.
Assuming that a cargo owner identifier in a current operation task is owner3, a production bar code obtained after a terminal scans a current article is barcode1, and obtaining that article codes corresponding to the barcode1 are sku1 and sku2 through a corresponding relation shown in table 1, wherein since sku1 is matched with the cargo owner identifier owner1, sku2 is matched with the cargo owner identifier owner2, and sku1 and sku2 are not matched with owner3, the article code of the current article is not identified as sku1 or sku2, and an identification result of failure identification can be obtained at this time. In this case, the correspondence relationship of the owner3 can be added in the electronic device through manual operation, and after the correspondence relationship is added, the identification method provided by the embodiment of the invention is executed, so that the risk of goods in series is avoided.
To further avoid the serial goods of different owners, the goods with the same production bar code but belonging to different owners should be placed in different storage locations in the warehouse for physical isolation. In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding relation between the storage location identifier and the goods owner identifier can be maintained in the electronic equipment, the storage location identifier can be a storage location name, a number and the like, and one storage location identifier can uniquely identify one storage location. And for the warehouse-in task, the storage recommendation or storage judgment can be carried out according to the corresponding relation between the storage identification and the goods owner identification and the target code.
For example, after the item code (i.e., the target code) of the current item is identified, the recommended storage of the current item may be determined according to the target code and the correspondence between the storage identifier and the owner identifier, and the recommended storage may be recommended to the terminal. For example, the storage location identifier a corresponds to the owner identifier owner1, the item code of the current item is sku1, and if the item code matches with owner1, the terminal may recommend that the current item be stored in the storage location corresponding to the storage location identifier a.
For another example, after the article code (i.e. the target code) of the current article is identified, the storage identification of the to-be-stored position of the current article can be obtained from the terminal, the to-be-stored position of the current article is determined according to the storage identification of the to-be-stored position of the current article, and then whether the to-be-stored position is reasonable or not is determined according to the corresponding relation between the target code and the storage identification and the goods owner identification; if the current task is reasonable, the current task is continued, if the current task is inconsistent, alarm prompt information can be sent to the terminal, so that operators are prompted to store the current object into the to-be-stored position through the alarm prompt information. For example, the storage position identifier a corresponds to the owner identifier owner1, the storage position identifier B corresponds to the owner identifier owner2, the item code of the current item is sku2, the current item is matched with owner2, if the storage position identifier of the to-be-stored position is B, the to-be-stored position is suitable, and if the storage position identifier of the to-be-stored position is a, the to-be-stored position is unsuitable.
For the ex-warehouse task and the adjustment task, since the inventory data is formed after the articles are put in warehouse, and the ex-warehouse task and the adjustment task both comprise the goods owner identification, after the production bar code of the current article is obtained through the terminal scanning, a plurality of article codes corresponding to the production bar code are further obtained, and the article codes matched with the goods owner identification in the operation task are identified from the plurality of article codes, so that the operation can be continued.
In the embodiment of the invention, the production bar code of the current article can be obtained from the terminal, a plurality of article codes corresponding to the production bar code are obtained, the owner identification of the owner of the current article is obtained from the operation task, and the article code matched with the owner identification is identified from the plurality of article codes, so that the target code is obtained. Namely, aiming at the active operation task, the embodiment of the invention can acquire the goods owner identification of the goods owner of the current object by means of the current operation task, further identify the object code of the current object according to the goods owner identification, automatically realize the whole identification process without manual selection, and improve the identification efficiency and accuracy.
The following embodiments take the example of executing a passive job task on a current article, where the passive job task is that the job task has no explicit owner, the job task does not include an owner identifier, such a task is not initiated by a specific owner, but a warehouse operator initiates the task autonomously, the corresponding owner is not known at the initial stage of the operation, and common passive job tasks include: disc profit and loss, warehouse moving, grade changing and the like initiated by warehouse operators. As shown in fig. 3, the information identifying method of the present embodiment may include the following steps:
step 301, generating a job task of the current article, and sending the job task to the terminal, so that the terminal obtains a production bar code of the current article when executing the job task.
For example, the electronic device may generate a job task of the current article according to the operation of the warehouse operator at the terminal, and send the job task to the terminal, where the job task may include information such as a name, a position, and a number of job articles.
And 302, receiving a production bar code sent by the terminal.
Step 303, inquiring the first corresponding relation to obtain a plurality of article codes corresponding to the production bar codes.
For example, the first correspondence may include a correspondence of a production barcode and an item code, and the same production barcode may correspond to a plurality of item codes.
Step 304, obtaining the storage location identification of the current storage location of the current article from the terminal.
Illustratively, the bin identifier may be a bin name, number, etc., and a bin identifier may uniquely identify a bin.
Step 305, inquiring the second correspondence to obtain the owner identifier corresponding to the storage location identifier, and taking the obtained owner identifier as the owner identifier of the owner to which the current article belongs.
For example, the second correspondence may include a correspondence of a stock location identifier with a manifest identifier, one stock location identifier corresponding to one manifest identifier, but one manifest identifier may correspond to a plurality of stock location identifiers.
And 306, identifying the article code matched with the goods owner identification from the plurality of article codes to obtain a target code.
Taking a stock shifting task as an example, and taking the corresponding relation shown in table 1 in the electronic equipment as an example, assuming that an operator needs to shift a current article from a storage position A to a storage position B, a production bar code obtained after a terminal scans the current article is a barcode1, and obtaining that articles corresponding to the barcode1 are encoded with sku1 and sku2 through the corresponding relation shown in table 1, and storing a stock record in the electronic equipment in correspondence with a cargo owner identifier owner1, namely, articles of the cargo owner1 are stored in the storage position A, and if the sku1 is matched with the owner1, the article encoding of the current article can be identified as sku1 instead of sku2.
In the embodiment of the invention, the production bar code of the current article can be obtained from the terminal, a plurality of article codes corresponding to the production bar code are obtained, the storage position identification of the current storage position of the current article is obtained from the terminal, the cargo owner identification of the cargo owner of the current article is obtained according to the storage position identification, and the article code matched with the cargo owner identification is identified from the plurality of article codes, so that the target code is obtained. Namely, for passive operation tasks, the embodiment of the invention can acquire the owner identifier of the owner to which the current object belongs by means of inventory data (namely the corresponding relation between the storage location identifier and the owner identifier), further identify the object code of the current object according to the owner identifier, and the whole identification process can be automatically realized without manual selection, thereby improving the identification efficiency and accuracy.
