Specifically, the background data management subsystem 21 includes an account management module 211, a log management module 212, a data management module 213, and a data storage module 214. The account management module 211 is configured to store and manage a login account of the AR device 1 connected to the background system 2 through a network; the log management module 212 is configured to record an operation log of the background system 2; the data management module 213 is configured to perform preliminary processing on the received forensic picture or video information; the data storage module 214 is configured to store the received forensic picture or video information.
The device management subsystem 22 includes a device configuration module 221, a device management module 222, and an industrial information data interface module 223. The device configuration module 221 is configured to perform basic parameter configuration on the AR device 1; the device management module 222 is configured to manage the authority and the login account of the AR device 1; the industrial information data interface module 223 is used for configuring data transmission authority and data transmission parameters of the AR device 1 and the system background 2.
The intelligent analysis subsystem 23 includes a video cluster analysis module 231, a video retrieval module 232, an image cluster analysis module 233, and an image retrieval module 234. The video clustering module 231 is configured to perform clustering analysis on the video information uploaded by the AR device 1; the video retrieval module 232 is used for responding to the video retrieval operation of the user and retrieving video information according to the set retrieval condition; the image clustering analysis module 233 is configured to perform clustering analysis on the forensic images uploaded by the AR device; the image retrieval module 234 is used for responding to the image retrieval operation of the user and retrieving the evidence-taking picture according to the set retrieval condition.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the evidence obtaining picture of the unqualified product is obtained through the camera on the AR equipment, the evidence obtaining picture is uploaded to the background system, and then the background system is used for classifying the evidence obtaining picture, so that on one hand, both hands of an operator are liberated, the evidence obtaining picture can be directly uploaded to the background system, the operation is visual and clear, the quality inspection efficiency and the accuracy of quality inspection operation of the operator are improved, and on the other hand, the background system is used for performing cluster analysis on the evidence obtaining picture to generate the quality abnormity database, so that the follow-up query, evidence obtaining and supervision management work of managers are facilitated.
Example eight
An eighth embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for executing a quality anomaly recording method when executed by a computer processor, the method including:
obtaining a evidence obtaining picture of the unqualified product through a camera on the AR equipment;
and uploading the evidence obtaining picture to a background system so as to classify and process the evidence obtaining picture through the background system.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the quality anomaly recording apparatus, the units and modules included in the apparatus are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A quality anomaly recording method is applied to an Augmented Reality (AR) device, and comprises the following steps:
obtaining a evidence obtaining picture of the unqualified product through a camera on the AR equipment;
and uploading the evidence obtaining picture to a background system so as to classify and process the evidence obtaining picture through the background system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining a forensic picture of a rejected product comprises:
displaying information of a quality inspection flow and a quality inspection standard which are pre-stored in the AR equipment so as to prompt an operator to carry out quality detection on a product according to the information of the quality inspection flow and the quality inspection standard;
the quality inspection process comprises all quality inspection items of a product and an execution sequence of all quality inspection items, and the quality inspection standard comprises a qualification standard of the quality inspection items;
and when at least one quality inspection item of the target product does not meet the quality inspection standard, shooting the target product to obtain a forensics picture of the target product.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when at least one quality inspection item of a target product does not meet the quality inspection standard, taking a picture of the target product to obtain a forensic picture of the target product comprises:
when at least one quality inspection item of a target product does not meet the quality inspection standard, responding to a record starting instruction initiated by an operator, shooting the target product, and acquiring a evidence obtaining picture of the target product;
wherein, the recording starting instruction comprises a key instruction or a voice instruction.
4. The method of claim 1 or 3, further comprising:
displaying the forensic picture through a lens on the AR device;
judging whether the evidence-taking picture meets the standard or not;
and if not, acquiring the evidence obtaining picture again through the camera.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
recording the quality inspection operation of an operator through a camera of the AR equipment, acquiring video information of the quality inspection operation, and sending the video information to the background system;
and when receiving a message that the quality inspection operation of the operator is irregular, which is sent by the background system based on the video information, playing a prompt voice of the quality inspection operation error.
6. A quality anomaly recording method is applied to a background system, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a evidence-obtaining picture of an unqualified product uploaded by the AR equipment;
performing cluster analysis on the evidence-obtained pictures, and constructing a quality abnormity database according to an analysis result;
wherein the quality anomaly database contains forensic pictures of all quality anomaly types.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising, prior to receiving the forensic picture of the rejected product uploaded by the AR device:
and initializing the AR equipment, and binding the AR equipment and the job number of the operator.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
receiving video information of quality inspection operation sent by the AR equipment;
judging whether the quality inspection operation of the operator is matched with the quality inspection operation specification or not according to the video information;
and if not, sending a message that the quality inspection operation of the operator is not standard to the AR equipment.
9. A quality anomaly recording method, comprising:
the AR equipment acquires a evidence obtaining picture of the unqualified product through the camera;
the AR equipment uploads the evidence obtaining picture to a background system;
and the background system classifies the evidence-obtaining pictures.
10. A quality abnormality recording apparatus, comprising:
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring a evidence obtaining picture of the unqualified product through a camera on the AR equipment;
and the audio and video transmission module is used for uploading the evidence obtaining pictures to a background system so as to classify and process the evidence obtaining pictures through the background system.
11. An AR device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-5.

the microphone is used for collecting voice instructions input by an operator;
and the loudspeaker is used for playing prompt voice of wrong quality inspection operation when the AR equipment receives the information that the quality inspection operation of the operator is abnormal, which is sent by the background system based on the video information.
13. A quality anomaly recording system, comprising: an AR device and a background system;
the AR equipment is used for acquiring a evidence obtaining picture of the unqualified product through the camera and sending the evidence obtaining picture to the background system;
and the background system is used for carrying out classification processing on the evidence obtaining pictures.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
