技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱领域,具体为一种具有真空保鲜的冰箱。
背景技术
现在家里冷藏一般都是使用冰箱,但是冰箱并没有抽真空的功能,无法长时间保鲜,而且外出的时候对于一些母乳等物品也无法进行保存,冷藏不方便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具有真空保鲜的冰箱,结构简单,体积小巧,具有抽真空功能,可以实现实物的长时间保鲜。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有真空保鲜的冰箱,包括箱体,所述的箱体的上端安装有可开启的箱盖,所述的箱体的内部安装有冷藏腔和用于制冷的压缩机制冷系统,所述的箱体的内部安装有真空泵,用于将冷藏腔内抽真空,所述的箱体的前端上侧安装有插入到冷藏腔内的密封塞,所述的密封塞由箱体前端的按门驱动进行移动以结束冷藏腔内的抽真空状态。
作为优选,所述的冷藏腔的底部开有抽气孔,所述的抽气孔与真空泵相连。
作为优选,所述的箱盖与冷藏腔之间安装有密封圈。
作为优选,所述的箱盖与按门内侧相扣。
作为优选,所述的箱盖的上端内侧安装有控制线路板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
体积小巧,外形美观,可以方便携带,内置真空泵,可以对冷藏腔抽真空,在真空状态下可以长时间保鲜食物。

如图1-5示,本发明提供一种具有真空保鲜的冰箱,包括箱体1,所述的箱体1的上端安装有可开启的箱盖箱体2箱体,所述的箱体1的内部安装有冷藏腔箱体6箱体和用于制冷的压缩机制冷系统箱体8箱体,所述的箱体1的内部安装有真空泵箱体7箱体,用于将冷藏腔箱体6箱体内抽真空,所述的箱体1的前端上侧安装有插入到冷藏腔箱体6箱体内的密封塞箱体9箱体,所述的密封塞箱体9箱体由箱体1前端的按门箱体3箱体驱动进行移动以结束冷藏腔箱体6箱体内的抽真空状态。
所述的冷藏腔箱体6箱体的底部开有抽气孔箱体5箱体,所述的抽气孔箱体5箱体与真空泵箱体7箱体相连。
所述的箱盖箱体2箱体与冷藏腔箱体6箱体之间安装有密封圈箱体11箱体。
所述的箱盖箱体2箱体与按门箱体3箱体内侧相扣。
所述的箱盖箱体2箱体的上端内侧安装有控制线路板箱体4箱体。
实施例:
使用的时候,首先启动压缩机制冷系统箱体8箱体进行制冷,制冷到设定的温度时,压缩机制冷系统箱体8箱体停止工作,启动真空泵箱体7箱体,箱体内通过真空泵箱体7箱体和抽气孔箱体5箱体抽气,使箱体1内处于真空状态,当打开冰箱门时,按门箱体3箱体往内按,顶出密封塞箱体9箱体,排出真空,按门箱体3箱体与箱盖箱体2箱体脱开,即可打开箱盖箱体2箱体,如果没有顶出密封塞箱体9箱体,因为箱体1内处于真空状态,箱盖箱体2箱体比较难打开,所以要先把按门箱体3箱体往内按,顶出密封塞箱体9箱体,排出真空,同时箱盖箱体2箱体脱离按门箱体3箱体,从而可以打开箱盖箱体2箱体。
抽真空的时间为一分钟,时间根据冰箱的大小而确定,一分钟只是举例。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

1.一种具有真空保鲜的冰箱,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述的箱体(1)的上端安装有可开启的箱盖(2),所述的箱体(1)的内部安装有冷藏腔(6)和用于制冷的压缩机制冷系统(8),所述的箱体(1)的内部安装有真空泵(7),用于将冷藏腔(6)内抽真空,所述的箱体(1)的前端上侧安装有插入到冷藏腔(6)内的密封塞(9),所述的密封塞(9)由箱体(1)前端的按门(3)驱动进行移动以结束冷藏腔(6)内的抽真空状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有真空保鲜的冰箱,其特征在于:所述的冷藏腔(6)的底部开有抽气孔(5),所述的抽气孔(5)与真空泵(7)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有真空保鲜的冰箱,其特征在于:所述的箱盖(2)与冷藏腔(6)之间安装有密封圈(11)。
4.根据权利要求4所述的具有真空保鲜的冰箱,其特征在于:所述的箱盖(2)与按门(3)内侧相扣。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有真空保鲜的冰箱,其特征在于:所述的箱盖(2)的上端内侧安装有控制线路板(4)。
