This plunger includes: a plunger transmission cylinder, in which a motor is arranged; the transmission device comprises a transmission rod and a sliding block, the transmission rod is connected with the motor, the motor can drive the transmission rod to rotate, and the sliding block is arranged on the outer side of the transmission rod and can move along the axial direction of the transmission rod; the tubular plug part is sleeved outside the transmission rod, the upper end of the tubular plug part is fixedly connected with the plunger transmission cylinder, and the lower end of the tubular plug part is fixedly connected with the sliding block; when the motor drives the transmission rod to rotate, the sliding block can move along the direction of the motor to drive the plug part to increase in radial size. Background
Along with the gas well exploitation entering the middle and later stages, the water in the shaft is accumulated due to the propelling of bottom water in the well and the operation measures such as fracturing and acidizing. And the yield and the pressure of the gas well are gradually reduced, the liquid carrying capacity is gradually deteriorated, and liquid accumulation and water flooding at the bottom of the well are more and more frequent.
Along with the exhaustion of the stratum energy of the gas field, the effect of the main drainage and production process is gradually reduced year by year, so that the accumulated liquid of the gas well cannot be timely discharged, and the stable yield capability of the gas well is influenced. The gas well is seriously polluted by partial liquid drainage gas production process (such as a foam drainage gas production process), and the applicability of a process system is gradually deteriorated.
At present, the commonly used plunger type gas lift needs to change the ground flow, frequently closes the well, forms intermittent production, influences the yield, has large leakage of liquid carrying, and has low liquid discharge efficiency.
The existing intelligent plunger rod adopts pressure difference to control the plunger to change the diameter, has high requirement on bottom hole pressure and has low reliability.

when the motor drives the transmission rod to rotate, the sliding block can move along the direction of the motor to drive the plug portion to be enlarged in the radial direction.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: referring to fig. 2 and 3, a plunger is put into an oil pipe, the plunger falls down on the inner wall of the oil pipe under the action of gravity, the pressure sensor 12 detects that the pressure changes suddenly in the falling process, which indicates that the pressure has entered the accumulated liquid in the oil pipe, when the pressure reaches a set value, the sensor 12 sends a signal to the controller 41, the controller 41 controls the motor 11 to work, the motor 11 drives the transmission rod 21 to rotate, so that the slide block 22 moves upwards, the outer diameter of the plug portion 3 is increased and clings to the wall of the oil pipe, the falling speed of the plunger is slowed down, an upper closed interface and a lower closed interface are formed in the oil pipe after the plug portion 3 changes in diameter, and the plunger gradually stops in the oil pipe. When formation pressure continues to increase, the pressure at the lower part of the plug part 3 of the plunger is increased along with the increase of the formation pressure, the plunger and liquid at the upper part of the plunger are pushed to move upwards, and after the liquid reaches a wellhead, the liquid column reaches a surface oil pipe and is discharged. Subsequently, the controller 41 controls the motor 11 to work, the motor 11 drives the slide block 22 to move downwards, the stretching outer diameter of the plug part 3 is reduced, and the plunger falls down on the inner wall of the oil pipe under the action of gravity to perform next liquid discharge.

when the motor (11) drives the transmission rod (21) to rotate, the sliding block (22) can move along the direction of the motor (11) to drive the plug part (3) to be enlarged in the radial direction.
