Abstract

The invention can receive the remote control instruction, control the water outlet flow according to the remote control instruction, realize the differential control of different water outlets, does not need wiring, reduces the engineering quantity and can realize the accurate control of the water outlet flow.

The water outlets 2 are provided with electromagnetic valves 5. The water valve main body is fixedly provided with a waterproof chamber 6, a controller 8 and a GPRS communication module 7 are arranged in the waterproof chamber 6, the controller 8 is electrically connected with the main electromagnetic valve 4 and the electromagnetic valve 5 of the water outlet 2, the waterproof chamber 6 is a sealed shell made of composite materials, and a drying agent layer 9 is laid in the waterproof chamber 6. The controller 8 is in communication connection with the remote terminal through the GPRS communication module 7, the controller 8 is connected with the GPRS communication module 7 through the communication conversion module, and the communication conversion module is divided into an RS-485 conversion instruction 1-8 and an RS-232 conversion instruction 1-8 signal value. The remote terminal controls the solenoid valves 5 of the water outlets 2 by issuing flow control instructions to the controller 8. The water outlet 2 is provided with flowmeters, each flowmeter is electrically connected with the controller 8, and the controller 8 obtains actual flow through the flowmeters and adjusts the opening and closing degree of the corresponding electromagnetic valve 5 according to the actual flow.
The controller 8 is electrically connected with a power supply through a power line, the side wall of the waterproof chamber 6 is provided with a power line interface, and a protective cover 10 is arranged above the power line interface. The power supply is a solar power supply, a singlechip, a power GPRS communication module 7, a Bluetooth module and a voice player are fixedly arranged on the solar power supply, and the singlechip is in communication connection with the handheld terminal through the Bluetooth module; the wireless communication module is a GPRS communication module 7, and the single chip microcomputer is in communication connection with the controller 8 through the power supply GPRS communication module 7 and the GPRS communication module 7. The solar power supply supplies power to the plurality of controllers 8, and the single chip microcomputer is in communication connection with the plurality of controllers 8, as shown in fig. 2.
In practical application, the remote terminal issues a control instruction to the target controller 8 through communication connection with the controller 8, and if the instruction format for opening a certain solenoid valve 5 is opening instruction + solenoid valve 5 device number, the controller 8 can open the corresponding solenoid valve 5 according to the instruction. If the overall flow rate is to be reduced, a command to close the main solenoid valve 4 of the main water pipe 1 is issued to the controller 8. The controller 8 judges whether the actual flow of each water outlet 2 is consistent with the target flow stored by the system or not according to the flow information detected by the flow meter of each water outlet 2, if not, the corresponding electromagnetic valve 5 is controlled and adjusted, and if not, alarm information is generated and sent to the remote terminal.
Because the solar power supply is arranged in an open place and has a good position, the singlechip of the solar power supply can also take the function of instruction forwarding, namely forwarding the instruction issued by the remote terminal to the corresponding controller 8. Meanwhile, the singlechip can also forward the control instruction of the handheld terminal to the corresponding controller 8, so that the water valve is more flexibly controlled.
Example 2
The flow control water valve provided by the embodiment is different from the embodiment 1 in that a storage battery is adopted as a power supply. The water valve comprises a water valve body, wherein the water valve body comprises a plurality of water outlets 2, each water outlet 2 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 5, a waterproof chamber 6 is fixedly arranged on the water valve body, a controller 8 and a wireless communication module are arranged in the waterproof chamber 6, and the controller 8 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valves 5; the controller 8 is in communication connection with a remote terminal through a wireless communication module, and the remote terminal controls the electromagnetic valves 5 of the water outlets 2 by sending flow control instructions to the controller 8. The water valve body is communicated with a water supply pipe. The wireless communication module adopts a Lora module.

The flow-controlling water valve of claim 1, wherein the water valve body further comprises a main water tube, one end of the main water tube being in communication with a water supply tube, the other end of the main water tube being in communication with the plurality of water outlets; the main water pipe is provided with a main electromagnetic valve which is electrically connected with the controller.

A flow control water valve according to claim 3, wherein one end of said main water pipe is connected to a horizontal pipe perpendicular to said main water pipe, and the two ends of said horizontal pipe are respectively a water supply pipe inlet and a water supply pipe outlet, both of which are provided with water threads.
5. The flow control water valve of claim 1, wherein a plurality of the water outlets each have a coupling ring for coupling to an outlet conduit.
6. The flow-controlling water valve according to claim 1, wherein the controller is electrically connected to a power supply via a power line, the sidewall of the waterproof chamber is provided with a power line interface, and a protective cover is disposed over the power line interface.
