Abstract
The invention relates to a braided fabric, an insole and clothes, wherein the braided fabric can be in direct contact or indirect contact with the skin of a user when in use, and the braided fabric comprises a first surface layer, a second surface layer and a middle layer, wherein the second surface layer is far away from the first surface layer, the second surface layer faces the skin of the user when the braided fabric is in use, the second surface layer is provided with a plurality of parallelly arranged braided strips, and each braided strip is in a straight strip shape; the intermediate layer is bonded between the first skin layer and the second skin layer, the intermediate layer being formed by a plurality of monofilaments weaving the plurality of woven strips onto the first skin layer. Therefore, when the braided fabric is used, hot air discharged by the skin of a user can be quickly discharged through a channel between any two adjacent braided strips and pores between the multiple monofilaments, so that the effects of ventilation and quick heat dissipation are achieved, the place where the existing braided fabric is insufficient in ventilation is effectively improved, and the braided fabric capable of improving the heat dissipation effect is further provided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of braided fabrics, in particular to a braided fabric, an insole and clothes.
Background
The existing braided fabric is mainly braided by selecting the yarn with good air permeability, so that the braided fabric has the effects of ventilation and ventilation, and when a user wears or bears (if the existing braided fabric is a backpack), the user cannot feel excessive sultriness on the one hand, and can reduce sweat on the other hand, thereby avoiding the existing braided fabric from smelling due to accumulated sweat stain.

The present invention provides a knitted fabric which, in use, is capable of being in direct or indirect contact with the skin of a user, the knitted fabric comprising:
the two surface layers are a first surface layer and a second surface layer which are arranged at intervals, the second surface layer is far away from the first surface layer and faces the skin of the user when the braided fabric is used, the second surface layer is provided with a plurality of braided strips which are arranged in parallel, and each braided strip is in a straight strip shape; and
an intermediate layer bonded between the two skin layers, the intermediate layer being formed from a plurality of monofilaments weaving the plurality of woven strips of the second skin layer over the first skin layer.
Further, the middle layer and any two adjacent weaving strips in the second surface layer jointly surround to form a channel.
Furthermore, the monofilaments of the middle layer extend divergently from the weaving strips towards the first surface layer, so that the cross section of the corresponding channel is in a V shape.
Still further, the first surface layer includes a plurality of first fiber lines and a plurality of second fiber lines, wherein the plurality of first fiber lines are arranged in parallel, each second fiber line shuttles back and forth in an S-shape to three adjacent first fiber lines, and the plurality of second fiber lines are arranged in parallel and sequentially weave the plurality of first fiber lines.
Still further, each of the woven strips of the second surface layer is a straight strip formed by a first yarn and a second yarn being woven alternately and repeatedly.
Still further, each of the knitting strips of the second surface layer includes a first yarn, a second yarn and a knitting yarn, wherein the first yarn and the second yarn are respectively a linear yarn, and the knitting yarn shuttles back and forth to combine the first yarn and the second yarn into a whole.
The invention also provides an insole which comprises the braided fabric and a pad body, wherein the braided fabric is attached to the pad body through the first surface layer.
Further, the insole has a width direction, and each of the knit strips of the second skin layer of the knit extends along the width direction.
The invention also provides a garment, which is made of the knitted fabric, wherein the first surface layer of the knitted fabric is positioned on the outer surface of the garment; the second skin layer of the knit is located on an inner surface of the garment.
The invention has the following advantages:
when a user wears, wears or bears the knitted fabric provided by the invention, the second surface layer is directly or indirectly contacted with the skin of the user, so that hot air discharged by the skin of the user can be quickly discharged through a channel between any two adjacent knitted strips, the effects of ventilation and quick heat dissipation are achieved, the middle layer is knitted by a plurality of monofilaments, and the multi-monofilaments have larger pores, so that the effects of all-around and multi-directional ventilation and quick heat dissipation can be further improved, the stuffiness feeling of the user is reduced, the sweat of the user is reduced, and the residual sweat odor on the knitted fabric can be further reduced; preferably, the monofilaments of the middle layer are divergently extended from the weaving strips towards the first surface layer, so that the pressure borne by the second surface layer can be improved, the plurality of weaving strips can be prevented from being extruded and deflected, the space of the corresponding channel is compressed, and the ventilation effect is reduced; in addition, when the braided fabric is used for the insole, each braided strip extends leftwards and rightwards by taking the direction of a user as reference, so that the friction force is increased through the plurality of braided strips, and the anti-slip effect is provided; in conclusion, the invention effectively improves the places of the prior braided fabric which are not enough in ventilation, sweat and sweat odor reduction, and further provides the braided fabric, the insole and the clothes which can improve the heat dissipation effect.

Detailed Description
The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the preset purpose are further described below by combining the accompanying drawings and the preferred embodiments of the invention.
The present invention provides a woven fabric capable of enhancing heat dissipation effect, which is in direct or indirect contact with a user's skin when in use, and a preferred embodiment of the woven fabric is shown in fig. 1 to 4, and comprises two surface layers and a middle layer 30, wherein:
the two surface layers are a first surface layer 10 and a second surface layer 20 which are positioned at both sides of the woven fabric, and the middle layer 30 is combined between the two surface layers (i.e. the first surface layer 10 and the second surface layer 20), wherein in the first preferred embodiment of the invention, the first surface layer 10 has a smooth surface; the second surface layer 20 is located on a side of the knitted fabric far away from the first surface layer 10, the second surface layer 20 is provided with a plurality of parallel knitting strips 21, each knitting strip 21 is straight, and the second surface layer 20 faces the skin of the user when in use, as shown in fig. 3, the knitted fabric can be applied to an insole 50, at this time, the knitted fabric is attached to a pad body 51 by the first surface layer 10, and the second surface layer 20 faces upwards, so that when the insole 50 is in use, the sole of the user directly contacts with the plurality of knitting strips 21 of the second surface layer 20, or indirectly contacts with the knitting strips 21 of the second surface layer 20 through a sock; in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the knitted fabric can also be used to form a garment 60, wherein the first skin layer 10 is located on the outer surface of the garment 60 and the second skin layer 20 is located on the inner surface of the garment 60, so that the skin of the user directly (or indirectly through an undergarment) contacts the second skin layer 20 when wearing the garment 60; in addition, the knit can be used in applications such as shoe tongue linings, shoe heel liners, backpacks, bed covers, leather of various types, synthetic leather glove linings, etc., where the knit is in direct or indirect contact with the skin of the user with the second skin layer 20.
As shown in fig. 2, the middle layer 30 is woven with a plurality of monofilaments 301(monofilament) to weave a plurality of woven strips 21 of the second surface layer 20 on the first surface layer 10, so that the woven strips 21 are combined with the first surface layer 10 through the monofilaments 301, as shown in fig. 2, the middle layer 30 and any two adjacent woven strips 21 together surround to form a channel 31, as shown in fig. 2, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the monofilaments 301 of the middle layer 30 extend from the woven strips 21 to the left and right and toward the first surface layer 10, so that the cross section of the channel 31 is in a "V" shape.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the first surface layer 10 includes a plurality of first fiber threads 11 and a plurality of second fiber threads 12, wherein the plurality of first fiber threads 11 are arranged in parallel, each of the second fiber threads 12 shuttles back and forth in an S shape to adjacent three first fiber threads 11 to weave the three first fiber threads 11, and the plurality of second fiber threads 12 are arranged in parallel and weave the plurality of first fiber threads 11 in sequence, so that the first surface layer 10 has the aforementioned smooth surface.
Still further, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, each of the knitting strips 21 is formed by a first yarn 211 and a second yarn 212, the first yarn 211 and the second yarn 212 are repeatedly interlaced to form a straight strip, the structural strength of each knitting strip 21 is increased by two repeatedly interlaced first yarn 211 and second yarn 212, for the sake of improving understanding, please refer to fig. 6, in which the first yarn 211 correspondingly passes through a position 211A, a position 211B, and a position 211C; the second yarn 212 passes through positions 212A, 212B, and 212C, respectively.
The second preferred embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first preferred embodiment, and the difference is: as shown in fig. 7, each of the woven strips 21 includes a first yarn 211, a second yarn 212 and a weaving yarn 213, wherein the first yarn 211 and the second yarn 212 are respectively a straight yarn woven independently, and the weaving yarn 213 shuttles back and forth in an S-shape to the first yarn 211 and the second yarn 212, so as to combine the first yarn 211 and the second yarn 212 to form the woven strip 21; in addition, the number of yarns that each of the woven strips 21 has may also be varied, for example, three linear yarns are joined by a binder yarn 213.
Through the technical characteristics, when a user wears, wears or bears the knitted fabric capable of improving the heat dissipation effect provided by the invention, as the knitted fabric is directly or indirectly contacted with the skin of the user through the second surface layer 20, hot air discharged by the skin of the user can be quickly discharged through the linear channel 31 formed between any two adjacent knitting strips 21 as shown in fig. 8, so that the effects of ventilation and quick heat dissipation are achieved, and the middle layer 30 is knitted by the monofilaments 301, so that the effects of ventilation and quick heat dissipation in all directions and multiple directions can be further improved, the stuffiness of the user is reduced, the sweat of the user is reduced, and the residual sweat smell on the knitted fabric can be further reduced; preferably, the monofilaments 301 of the middle layer 30 extend divergently from each of the woven strips 21 toward the first surface layer 10, so as to increase the pressure that the second surface layer 20 can bear, thereby preventing the woven strips 21 from being squeezed and deflected, and compressing the space of the corresponding channel 31, thereby reducing the ventilation effect; in addition, as shown in fig. 3, when the knitted fabric is used in the insole 50, with reference to the direction of the user, each of the knitting strips 21 extends left and right, i.e., extends along the width direction of the insole 50, so that the plurality of knitting strips 21 increase the friction force to provide a slip-preventing effect; in conclusion, the present invention effectively improves the ventilation and reduces the sweat and odor of the conventional knitted fabric, and provides a knitted fabric, an insole 50 and a garment 60 which can improve the heat dissipation effect.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (9)
1. A fabric, said fabric being capable of contacting, in use, the skin of a user directly or indirectly, said fabric comprising:
the two surface layers are a first surface layer and a second surface layer which are arranged at intervals, the second surface layer is far away from the first surface layer and faces the skin of the user when the braided fabric is used, the second surface layer is provided with a plurality of braided strips which are arranged in parallel, and each braided strip is in a straight strip shape; and
an intermediate layer bonded between the two skin layers, the intermediate layer being formed from a plurality of monofilaments weaving the plurality of woven strips of the second skin layer over the first skin layer.
2. The woven fabric of claim 1 wherein the intermediate layer and any two adjacent strips of the second skin layer together surround a channel.
3. A woven fabric as defined in claim 2, wherein said monofilaments of said intermediate layer extend divergently from each of said woven strips in a direction toward said first skin layer so as to define a "V" shape in cross-section with respect to said channels.
4. The woven fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first skin layer comprises a plurality of first fiber threads and a plurality of second fiber threads, wherein the plurality of first fiber threads are arranged in parallel, each of the second fiber threads shuttles back and forth in an S-shape to adjacent three of the first fiber threads, and the plurality of second fiber threads are arranged in parallel, and the plurality of first fiber threads are woven in sequence.
5. The fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein each of the woven strips of the second skin layer is a straight strip formed by a first yarn and a second yarn being repeatedly interlaced.
6. The woven fabric of any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein each of the woven strips of the second skin layer comprises a first yarn, a second yarn, and a woven yarn, wherein the first yarn and the second yarn are each a linear yarn, and wherein the woven yarn shuttles back and forth to bind the first yarn and the second yarn together.
7. An insole comprising the fabric of any one of claims 1 to 3, and a pad, said fabric being attached to said pad with said first surface layer.
8. The insole of claim 7, wherein said insole has a width direction, and each of said strips of said second skin of said fabric extend along said width direction.
9. A garment made of the fabric of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first skin layer of the fabric is located on an outer surface of the garment; the second skin layer of the knit is located on an inner surface of the garment.
