Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a textile fabric capable of increasing friction force in a single direction and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Many friction-requiring textile fabrics are available, for example, cleaning cloths for scrubbing, such as schoolbag straps, for example, sofa fabrics, in various fields, which are characterized by friction and friction. The cleaning cloth can be cleaned only by friction, the schoolbag straps can not fall off by friction, and the sofa fabric can be stably seated only by friction. But there are places where it is only desirable to be able to generate friction in one direction. Such as train or car seat covers, it is undesirable for a train or car to slide forward due to braking. For example sailing boats, it is desirable that sails by means of the wind force be more powerful. For example, a compression bag, it is desirable to smoothly put in the bag and not to easily fall out. Therefore, there is a need for a market, and people hope to have a textile fabric which can increase the friction force in one direction.

passing a third warp yarn through a hole C of a harness wire CInIn the interior of said container body,
the fourth warp thread is inserted into the hole C of the harness wire CMiddle and upper middleIn the interior of said container body,
inserting the warp yarns into corresponding reed dents according to the warp density process requirement,
thirdly, lifting the heald, picking the shuttle and beating up for weaving;
the first shuttle lifts the second warp, the third warp and the fourth warp upwards, puts in the first weft and performs beating-up weaving,
a second shuttle for lifting the first warp yarn upward, throwing the second weft yarn, beating up and weaving,
and circulating according to the steps.
And fourthly, finishing.
So far, the manufacturing of the textile fabric capable of increasing the friction force in one direction is finished.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects: the third warp and the fourth warp are vertical to the cloth surface to form a salient point because the harness wire of the two penetrating warps vertical to the cloth surface is adopted and the tight warp and the loose warp are further adopted for weaving. The first warp and the second warp are tightly-woven yarns, so that the third warp and the fourth warp can be vertical to one surface of the tightly-woven yarns under the condition that the tightly-woven yarns are tensioned, in addition, the first weft and the second weft are interwoven with the second warp, the third warp and the fourth warp to form a triangle which is approximately a right triangle, so that a cross section is like a saw-tooth shape and has a barb feeling, the fabric becomes a textile fabric which has a unidirectional direction and can increase the friction force in a unidirectional mode, and the fabric is popular in the application field needing unidirectional friction, such as automobile and motor car seat fabrics, such as wind sailing boats, such as compression bags and the like.
