Abstract

The application provides an adhesive with adjustable curing time for installation of a coating-free gypsum board, which comprises a water glass solution, a curing agent, a lubricant, polyvinyl alcohol, a filler and a silane coupling agent. The cross-linking agent provided by the application can be used for bonding two gypsum plasterboards and can also be used for bonding the gypsum plasterboards and wood. The nail is prevented from being nailed or a buckle is installed or organic adhesive is introduced on the paper-surface gypsum board, the requirement of the paper-surface gypsum board on the nail holding force is reduced, and the pollution of organic matter volatilization to the indoor environment is avoided.

Adhesive with adjustable curing time for installation of coating-free gypsum board and preparation and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to but is not limited to the technical field of inorganic adhesive materials and the installation technology of gypsum plasterboards, in particular to but not limited to an inorganic adhesive with adjustable curing time for installation of a coating-free gypsum board and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The coating-free gypsum board is a board which is made of building gypsum serving as a main raw material and a small amount of fiber materials and has various patterns and decorations, secondary coating can be omitted, and the gypsum board can be installed immediately after installation. The existing installation method of the coating-free gypsum board mainly comprises a nailing method and a pasting method. The nailing method needs keels and screws for auxiliary installation, has higher requirement on the nail holding force of the plate and has certain damage effect on the plate. The pasting method is mainly installed by using bonding gypsum at present, the field is required to be mixed with water, and the setting time is relatively fixed.
Therefore, the development of an adhesive with adjustable curing time and without using mixing water is an urgent need for installation of a coating-free gypsum board.
Disclosure of Invention
The following is a summary of the subject matter described in detail herein. This summary is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
The application aims to develop an inorganic adhesive with adjustable curing time and without using mixing water so as to realize quick and nondestructive installation of a coating-free gypsum board.
The application provides an adhesive with adjustable curing time for installation of a coating-free gypsum board, which comprises a water glass solution, a curing agent, a lubricant, polyvinyl alcohol, a filler and a silane coupling agent.
In one embodiment provided herein, the adhesive comprises 40 to 45 parts by weight of a water glass solution, 5 to 10 parts by weight of a curing agent, 3 to 8 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, 5 to 10 parts by weight of a lubricant, 30 to 35 parts by weight of a filler, and 3 to 8 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent. Optionally, the adhesive consists of the above components.
In one embodiment provided herein, the water glass solution has a modulus of 2.3 to 3.4; optionally, the water glass solution is sodium water glass or potassium water glass.
In one embodiment provided herein, the curing agent is selected from one or more of condensed aluminum phosphate and aluminum phosphate;
in one embodiment provided herein, the degree of polymerization of the polyvinyl alcohol is 1700 to 2400, and preferably, the degree of alcoholysis of the polyvinyl alcohol is 88%.
In one embodiment provided herein, the lubricant has a fineness of 300 to 400 mesh; optionally, the lubricant is one or both of bentonite or kaolin.
In one embodiment provided herein, the filler has a fineness of 300 to 400 mesh; optionally, the filler is one or more of fly ash and alumina.
In one embodiment provided herein, the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of a vinyl silane coupling agent, an amino silane coupling agent, an epoxy silane coupling agent, a methacryloxy silane coupling agent, a mercapto silane coupling agent, and a ureido silane coupling agent.
In another aspect, the present application provides a preparation method of the adhesive, including the following steps: and uniformly mixing the water glass solution and the silane coupling agent, adding a lubricant and a filler, continuously and uniformly mixing, and finally adding a curing agent and polyvinyl alcohol, and uniformly stirring to obtain the adhesive.
In another aspect, the application provides the adhesive for bonding the paper-surface gypsum board and the floor slab.
In one embodiment provided by the application, the adhesive is also used for bonding a paper-surface gypsum board and a paper-surface gypsum board, a paper-surface gypsum board and cement, and a paper-surface gypsum board and wood.
The application has the advantages that:
the adhesive curing time of the preparation is adjustable, and the adhesive can be stirred with water, so that the adhesive is suitable for installation of a coating-free gypsum board, and the convenience in board installation can be greatly improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, embodiments of the present application are described in detail below. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the application provides an adhesive with adjustable curing time for installation of a coating-free gypsum board, and the adhesive comprises a water glass solution, a curing agent, a lubricant, polyvinyl alcohol, a filler and a silane coupling agent.
In the embodiment of the application, the adhesive comprises 40 to 45 parts by weight of water glass solution, 5 to 10 parts by weight of curing agent, 3 to 8 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, 5 to 10 parts by weight of lubricant, 30 to 35 parts by weight of filler and 3 to 8 parts by weight of silane coupling agent. Optionally, the adhesive consists of the above components.
In the examples of the present application, the water glass solution has a modulus of 2.3 to 3.4; optionally, the water glass solution is sodium water glass or potassium water glass.
In the examples herein, the curing agent is selected from one or more of condensed aluminum phosphate and aluminum phosphate;
in the present embodiment, the polymerization degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 1700 to 2400, and preferably, the alcoholysis degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 88%.
In the embodiment of the application, the fineness of the lubricant is 300 to 400 meshes; optionally, the lubricant is one or both of bentonite or kaolin.
In the embodiment of the application, the fineness of the filler is 300 to 400 meshes; optionally, the filler is one or more of fly ash and alumina.
In the embodiments herein, the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of a vinyl silane coupling agent, an amino silane coupling agent, an epoxy silane coupling agent, a methacryloxy silane coupling agent, a mercapto silane coupling agent, and a ureido silane coupling agent.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an adhesive for mounting a gypsum plasterboard and a preparation method thereof.
The application is gluing agent for mounting of paper-surface gypsum board, which comprises the following components:
base material: 40 parts by weight of curing agent: 10 parts by weight of a lubricant: 10 parts by weight of filler: 35 parts by weight, silane coupling agent: 5 parts by weight, polyvinyl alcohol: 8 parts by weight.
Wherein the base material is sodium silicate aqueous solution, the mark is SSL3340, the modulus is 3.2-3.4, and the base material is purchased from Qingdao gulf chemical Co. The curing agent is condensed aluminum phosphate, and is purchased from Wuhan Huazhi scientific & Biotech limited company. The lubricant is bentonite with the fineness of 300 meshes and is purchased from Hebei Hemiguang mineral products Co. The filler is double-flying powder with the fineness of 400 meshes and is purchased from Xin flourishing mineral products Co. The silane coupling agent is of a grade KH560 and is purchased from Shandong Leeon New Material Co. The polyvinyl alcohol has the polymerization degree of 1700 and the alcoholysis degree of 88 percent, and is purchased from Longhu science and technology Limited.
The preparation method of the adhesive provided by the application comprises the following steps: after uniformly mixing the base material and the silane coupling agent, adding the lubricant and the filler, continuously and uniformly mixing, and finally adding the curing agent and the polyvinyl alcohol, and uniformly stirring to prepare the adhesive for mounting the gypsum board.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an adhesive for mounting a gypsum plasterboard and a preparation method thereof.
The application is gluing agent for mounting of paper-surface gypsum board, which comprises the following components:
base material: 42 parts by weight of curing agent: 8 parts by weight of lubricant: 6 parts by weight of filler: 33 parts by weight, silane coupling agent: 4 parts by weight, polyvinyl alcohol: 5 parts by weight.
Wherein the matrix material is sodium silicate aqueous solution, the mark is SSL2451, the modulus is 2.3-2.5, and the matrix material is purchased from Qingdao gulf chemical Co. The curing agent is condensed aluminum phosphate, and is purchased from Wuhan Huazhi scientific & Biotech limited company. The lubricant is bentonite with the fineness of 300 meshes and is purchased from Hebei Hemiguang mineral products Co. The filler is double-flying powder with the fineness of 400 meshes and is purchased from Xin flourishing mineral products Co. The silane coupling agent is of a grade KH560 and is purchased from Shandong Leeon New Material Co. The polymerization degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 2400, and the alcoholysis degree is 88%.

Example 3
The embodiment provides an adhesive for mounting a gypsum plasterboard and a preparation method thereof.
The application is gluing agent for mounting of paper-surface gypsum board, which comprises the following components:
base material: 45 parts by weight of curing agent: 6 parts by weight of lubricant: 10 parts by weight of filler: 30 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent: 4 parts by weight, polyvinyl alcohol: 3 parts by weight.
Wherein the matrix material is sodium silicate aqueous solution, the mark is SSL2451, the modulus is 2.3-2.5, and the matrix material is purchased from Qingdao gulf chemical Co. The curing agent is condensed aluminum phosphate, and is purchased from Wuhan Huazhi scientific & Biotech limited company. The lubricant is bentonite with the fineness of 400 meshes and is purchased from Hebei Hemiguang mineral products Co. The filler is double-flying powder with the fineness of 300 meshes and is purchased from Xin flourishing mineral products Co. The silane coupling agent is of a grade KH560 and is purchased from Shandong Leeon New Material Co. The polymerization degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 1700, and the alcoholysis degree is 88%.
The preparation method of the adhesive provided by the application comprises the following steps: after uniformly mixing the base material and the silane coupling agent, adding the lubricant and the filler, continuously and uniformly mixing, and finally adding the curing agent and the polyvinyl alcohol, and uniformly stirring to prepare the adhesive for mounting the gypsum board.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example is an organic adhesive purchased on the market, and the brand is rabbit bass nail-free adhesive.
Performance testing
The adhesive for mounting the gypsum plasterboard prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were subjected to curing time, pull strength, and tensile shear strength tests (the curing time and pull strength test standard was JC/T1025-2007, and the shear strength test standard was GB/T7124-2008), and the results are shown in Table 1.

The test results show that the adhesive prepared by the method is suitable and adjustable in curing time, high in strength, low in requirement on construction environment temperature and capable of being used at low temperature, and can be used for mounting gypsum board partition walls.

Claims (10)

1. An adhesive with adjustable curing time for installation of a coating-free gypsum board comprises a water glass solution, a curing agent, a lubricant, polyvinyl alcohol, a filler and a silane coupling agent.
2. The adhesive of claim 1, comprising 40 to 45 parts by weight of water glass solution, 5 to 10 parts by weight of curing agent, 3 to 8 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, 5 to 10 parts by weight of lubricant, 30 to 35 parts by weight of filler, 3 to 8 parts by weight of silane coupling agent.
3. The adhesive of claim 1 wherein the water glass solution has a modulus of 2.3 to 3.4; optionally, the water glass solution is sodium water glass or potassium water glass.
4. The adhesive of claim 1, wherein the curing agent is selected from one or more of condensed aluminum phosphate and aluminum phosphate;
optionally, the degree of polymerization of the polyvinyl alcohol is 1700 to 2400, and preferably, the degree of alcoholysis of the polyvinyl alcohol is 88%.
5. The adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the fineness of the lubricant is 300 to 400 meshes; optionally, the lubricant is one or both of bentonite or kaolin.
6. The adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the fineness of the filler is 300 to 400 meshes; optionally, the filler is one or more of fly ash and alumina.

The adhesive of any of claims 1-4 wherein the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of a vinyl silane coupling agent, an amino silane coupling agent, an epoxy silane coupling agent, a methacryloxy silane coupling agent, a mercapto silane coupling agent, and a ureido silane coupling agent.
8. Process for the preparation of the adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the following steps: and uniformly mixing the water glass solution and the silane coupling agent, adding a lubricant and a filler, continuously and uniformly mixing, and finally adding a curing agent and polyvinyl alcohol, and uniformly stirring to obtain the adhesive.
9. The adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 7 is used for bonding paper-faced gypsum boards and floor slabs.
10. The use of claim 9, wherein the adhesive is also used for bonding paper-faced gypsum board to paper-faced gypsum board, paper-faced gypsum board to cement, paper-faced gypsum board to wood.
