本发明公开了一种人防门涂层,包括中空的门板,门板内部填充固定有门芯;门板的正反两面从内到外依次涂覆有起到屏蔽电磁波的屏蔽层、适应大温差耐低温也耐高温的耐温层、防火防爆耐高温的防火层;本发明还公开了一种人防门涂层的涂覆方法,包括以下步骤:S1涂料制备;S2初步上料;S3二次上料;S4三次上料;本发明的涂料采用三层复合结构,防火防爆的防火层成分中含有双酚F环氧树脂和氧化细粉和其他防火成分,包裹在最外层柔性致密能有效防爆;屏蔽层中采用电性屏蔽离子材料,设置在最里层能在起作用的时候被保护;耐温层既能耐高温又能耐低温,对温差适应好,不仅是保护门板,也能保护屏蔽层并结合防火层,形成完整一体的涂料结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及人民防护设备领域,尤其涉及一种人防门涂层及其涂覆方法。
背景技术
人防门就是人民防护工程出入口的门,人防门分类比较鲜明,有普通单、双扇防护密闭门和密闭门,和活门槛单、双扇防护密闭门和密闭门等多种人防设备。这种人防门是政府动员和组织群众,采取防空袭、抗灾救灾措施、实施救援行动、防范和减轻灾害危害的活动所用的防护设备。
目前的人防门种类包括普通单双扇防护密闭门和密闭门、活门槛单双扇防护密闭门和密闭门、胶管式防爆波活门、悬摆式防爆波(屏蔽)活门、降落式双扇防护密闭门与密闭门、连通口双向受力双扇防护密闭门、坡道内开式双扇防护密闭门、防护防火密闭门、电控门、封堵板、防护密闭屏蔽门。起到的作用基本是密闭、屏蔽、疏通、防护、防火、封堵等作用。这些人防门要满足防护等级,除了需要可靠的内外部门体结构,关键就在于其采用门芯和涂层的材质及用量。其中涂层能起到许多特殊功能。具体地,如耐高温防火、耐低温防冻、电子屏蔽、防刮防光防爆等等。其中,涂层在耐高温上一直是研究的热门方向,但是耐高温的同时,很多时候就会牺牲低温耐受性,并且完全不能实现电子屏蔽防护效果。耐高温同时耐低温,但是不能适应温差的涂层也较多,不适用于昼夜温差大的地区。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的涂层在耐高温耐低温上存在温差不适应且功能不兼容的缺点,而提出的一种人防门涂层及其涂覆方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种人防门涂层,包括中空的门板,所述门板内部填充固定有门芯;所述门板的正反两面从内到外依次涂覆有起到屏蔽电磁波的屏蔽层、适应大温差耐低温也耐高温的耐温层、防火防爆耐高温的防火层。
优选的,所述防火层的原料按照质量份数包括硫酸钡10-15份、双酚F环氧树脂20-25份、苯基三氯硅烷30~34份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯26~30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯26~30份、羟丙甲基纤维素30~34份、氧化铝细粉30~34份、玻璃纤维1~3份、膨胀剂1-3份、纤维素醚0.1~0.3份、聚丙烯纤维0.1~0.3份、胶粉0.05~0.1份、催化剂0.1~0.15份、轻质碳酸钙10-12份、硅灰石3-5份、海泡石3-5份、硅藻土5-10份。
优选的,所述耐温层的原料按照质量份数包括异氰酸酯10-15份、环氧树脂25-35份,热固性酚醛树脂10-20份,氟树脂15-25份,多羟基聚丙烯酸树脂5-15份,颜填料4-10份,助剂1-5份,固化剂2-6份,有机硅5-15份,聚酰胺蜡1-2份。
优选的,所述屏蔽层的原料按照质量份数包括三羟甲基丙烷2-3份、硅灰石2-4份、聚氯乙烯5-8份、聚酰胺树脂22-25份、橡胶粉3-5份、四丁基溴化铵1-2份、双乙酸钠1-3份、环烷酸锌1-2份、助剂4-7份。
一种人防门涂层的涂覆方法,包括以下步骤:S1涂料制备;将屏蔽层的原料按照配比进行混合,在450℃条件下加热搅拌30min,搅拌速度100r/min,得到混合粘稠的屏蔽层涂料;将耐温层的原料按照配比混合搅拌得到耐温层的涂料;将防火层的原料按照配比混合,在90-110℃条件下加热搅拌1h,搅拌速度120r/min,得到混合粘稠的防火层涂料;S2初步上料;将屏蔽层的涂料扫涂到门板的正反面,平整烘干;S3二次上料;将耐温层的涂料等分为三份,分三次涂在屏蔽层的表面;第一次和第二次为间隔条状涂覆,第三次平整面状涂覆在第一次和第二次涂料的表面,等其自然干形成耐温层;S4三次上料;在耐温层的表面涂覆防火层涂料,烘干形成防火层。
优选的,在S3二次上料的时候,控制第一次和第二次的含湿量在60%~65%再进行第三次涂覆。
优选的,在S3二次上料的步骤中,第一次和第二次的涂料方向沿门板横向,第三次的涂料方向沿门板纵向;所述门板涂覆的时候为水平放置。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中,(1)本发明的涂料采用三层复合结构,防火防爆的防火层成分中含有双酚F环氧树脂和氧化细粉和其他防火成分,包裹在最外层柔性致密能有效防爆;屏蔽层中采用电性屏蔽离子材料,设置在最里层能在起作用的时候被保护;耐温层既能耐高温又能耐低温,对温差适应好,不仅是保护门板,也能保护屏蔽层并结合防火层,形成完整一体的涂料结构;(2)本发明采用的涂覆方法中着重于控制含湿量,能使涂覆进行地更加细密,三层复合结构不会出现分层脱离,在此基础上,进行耐温层的涂覆的时候,以条纹装进行前两次的间隔涂覆,后上第三层,一是能避免涂覆耐温层导致屏蔽层紧张,减少耐温层涂料干燥过程中对屏蔽层造成影响,且使耐温层涂覆的更加细密,提升三层复合结构的粘合程度。

在本实施例中,防火层4的原料按照质量份数包括硫酸钡10-15份、双酚F环氧树脂20-25份、苯基三氯硅烷30~34份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯26~30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯26~30份、羟丙甲基纤维素30~34份、氧化铝细粉30~34份、玻璃纤维1~3份、膨胀剂1-3份、纤维素醚0.1~0.3份、聚丙烯纤维0.1~0.3份、胶粉0.05~0.1份、催化剂0.1~0.15份、轻质碳酸钙10-12份、硅灰石3-5份、海泡石3-5份、硅藻土5-10份。
在本实施例中,耐温层3的原料按照质量份数包括异氰酸酯10-15份、环氧树脂25-35份,热固性酚醛树脂10-20份,氟树脂15-25份,多羟基聚丙烯酸树脂5-15份,颜填料4-10份,助剂1-5份,固化剂2-6份,有机硅5-15份,聚酰胺蜡1-2份。
在本实施例中,屏蔽层2的原料按照质量份数包括三羟甲基丙烷2-3份、硅灰石2-4份、聚氯乙烯5-8份、聚酰胺树脂22-25份、橡胶粉3-5份、四丁基溴化铵1-2份、双乙酸钠1-3份、环烷酸锌1-2份、助剂4-7份。
一种人防门涂层的涂覆方法,包括以下步骤:S1涂料制备;将屏蔽层2的原料按照配比进行混合,在450℃条件下加热搅拌30min,搅拌速度100r/min,得到混合粘稠的屏蔽层2涂料;将耐温层3的原料按照配比混合搅拌得到耐温层3的涂料;将防火层4的原料按照配比混合,在90-110℃条件下加热搅拌1h,搅拌速度120r/min,得到混合粘稠的防火层4涂料;S2初步上料;将屏蔽层2的涂料扫涂到门板1的正反面,平整烘干;S3二次上料;将耐温层3的涂料等分为三份,分三次涂在屏蔽层2的表面;第一次和第二次为间隔条状涂覆,第三次平整面状涂覆在第一次和第二次涂料的表面,等其自然干形成耐温层3;S4三次上料;在耐温层3的表面涂覆防火层4涂料,烘干形成防火层4。
在本实施例中,在S3二次上料的时候,控制第一次和第二次的含湿量在60%~65%再进行第三次涂覆。
在本实施例中,在S3二次上料的步骤中,第一次和第二次的涂料方向沿门板横向,第三次的涂料方向沿门板纵向;门板1涂覆的时候为水平放置。
本发明的涂料低温测试为-45℃不干裂,750℃不熔,15min内耐受90℃温差,且能起到对电子屏蔽的效果。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种人防门涂层,其特征在于,所述屏蔽层(2)的原料按照质量份数包括三羟甲基丙烷2-3份、硅灰石2-4份、聚氯乙烯5-8份、聚酰胺树脂22-25份、橡胶粉3-5份、四丁基溴化铵1-2份、双乙酸钠1-3份、环烷酸锌1-2份、助剂4-7份。
5.一种人防门涂层的涂覆方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1涂料制备;将屏蔽层(2)的原料按照配比进行混合,在450℃条件下加热搅拌30min,搅拌速度100r/min,得到混合粘稠的屏蔽层(2)涂料;将耐温层(3)的原料按照配比混合搅拌得到耐温层(3)的涂料;将防火层(4)的原料按照配比混合,在90-110℃条件下加热搅拌1h,搅拌速度120r/min,得到混合粘稠的防火层(4)涂料;
S2初步上料;将屏蔽层(2)的涂料扫涂到门板(1)的正反面,平整烘干;
S3二次上料;将耐温层(3)的涂料等分为三份,分三次涂在屏蔽层(2)的表面;第一次和第二次为间隔条状涂覆,第三次平整面状涂覆在第一次和第二次涂料的表面,等其自然干形成耐温层(3);
S4三次上料;在耐温层(3)的表面涂覆防火层(4)涂料,烘干形成防火层(4)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种人防门涂层的涂覆方法,其特征在于,在S3二次上料的时候,控制第一次和第二次的含湿量在60%~65%再进行第三次涂覆。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种人防门涂层的涂覆方法,其特征在于,在S3二次上料的步骤中,第一次和第二次的涂料方向沿门板横向,第三次的涂料方向沿门板纵向;所述门板(1)涂覆的时候为水平放置。
