Abstract
The invention relates to a lifting and lowering device of a bogie, which comprises a movable chassis unit, a scissor type lifting device and a bogie lifting device from bottom to top; the movable chassis unit comprises a wheel system capable of moving on the track in the inspection pit; the fork shear type lifting device is positioned between the bogie lifting device and the movable chassis unit, and the bogie lifting device is lifted up and down through a hydraulic cylinder; the bogie lifting device is provided with a bogie lifting frame. The invention can realize the operation of integrally and synchronously disassembling the bogie without marshalling the train on the premise of not changing the structure of the existing inspection pit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motor car overhaul and maintenance, in particular to a lifting and falling device for a bogie.
Background
The overhaul of the motor train bogie is a core task when the motor train unit is in advanced overhaul, and the operation of integrally and synchronously disassembling the bogie without marshalling the train becomes a trend in the overhaul of the motor train unit in China.
At present, the current method is to construct a new motor car overhaul warehouse and an entire train synchronous pit car lifting jack to realize the integral synchronous dismantling bogie operation of the train without marshalling. The method has the problems of high investment, long construction period, incapability of continuous operation with the conventional bullet train inspection pit and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bogie lifting and falling device, which can realize the integral synchronous bogie dismantling operation of a train without marshalling and marshalling without changing the structure of the conventional inspection pit.

The fork shear type lifting device comprises a fork shear mechanism, the bottom of the fork shear mechanism is positioned at the top of a chassis framework, the fork shear mechanism is lifted and descended by a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic pump station, and the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic pump station are both positioned on the chassis framework.
The bogie lifting device comprises a lifting platform, the lifting platform is positioned at the top of the fork shearing mechanism, and a bogie lifting frame is arranged on the lifting platform.
The bogie lifting frame on the lifting platform is provided with a front group and a rear group, and each group comprises two bilaterally symmetrical frames.
A transverse horizontal lead screw is arranged between the two bogie lifting frames which are symmetrical left and right, the lead screw is connected to a longitudinal horizontal transmission shaft through a reversing box, and the transmission shaft is connected to a speed reducing motor;
the speed reducing motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate and drives the screw rod through the reversing box, so that the two bogie lifting frames which are symmetrical left and right transversely move reversely.
The speed reducing motor is provided with a torque control module, when the bogie lifting frame is pushed to a working position, the torque is increased, and when the torque is increased to a set value, the speed reducing motor is powered off through the torque control module, so that the position of the bogie lifting frame is kept.
And a cylindrical pin for jacking wheels of the bogie is arranged on the outer side of the bogie lifting frame.
The edge of the top surface of the chassis framework is provided with a limiting block for supporting the lifting platform.
A butterfly spring is arranged on a wheel of the wheel system, a bearing block is arranged on the bottom surface of the chassis framework, and the chassis framework descends after being pressed, so that the bearing block is in contact with a rail surface.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention has good adaptability, can be installed and used in the existing inspection pit at any time, does not need additional construction, and is particularly suitable for the technical upgrading and reconstruction of the existing inspection pit.
2. The invention realizes the automatic centering of the bogie wheels through the cylinders on the bogie lifting frame, and has low requirement on the parking position of the locomotive.
3. The invention has the advantages of self-carrying hydraulic pump station, no need of external power device and high independence of equipment operation.
4. The invention adopts the lead screw to push the bogie lifting frame, has self-locking capability and can avoid the bogie falling caused by accidental power failure.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
The invention relates to a lifting and lowering device for a bogie, which comprises a movable chassis unit, a scissor type lifting device and a bogie lifting device from bottom to top; the mobile chassis unit comprises a wheel system 8 that can move on rails within the inspection pit; the fork shear type lifting device is positioned between the bogie lifting device and the movable chassis unit, and the bogie lifting device is lifted up and down through the hydraulic cylinder 10; the bogie lifting device is provided with a bogie lifting frame 1.
The mobile chassis unit comprises a chassis frame 11, and the wheel system 8 is located at the bottom of the chassis frame 11.
The fork shear type lifting device comprises a fork shear mechanism 6, the bottom of the fork shear mechanism 6 is positioned at the top of a chassis framework 11, the fork shear mechanism 6 is lifted up and down by a hydraulic cylinder 10 and a hydraulic pump station 7, and the hydraulic cylinder 10 and the hydraulic pump station 7 are both positioned on the chassis framework 11.
The bogie lifting device comprises a lifting platform 13, the lifting platform 13 is positioned at the top of the fork shearing mechanism 6, and the lifting platform 13 is provided with a bogie lifting frame 1. The bogie lifting frame 1 on the lifting platform 13 is provided with a front group and a rear group, and each group comprises two bilaterally symmetrical frames. A transverse horizontal lead screw 5 is arranged between the two bogie lifting frames 1 which are symmetrical left and right, the lead screw 5 is connected to a longitudinal horizontal transmission shaft 3 through a reversing box 2, and the transmission shaft 3 is connected to a speed reducing motor 4; the gear motor 4 drives the transmission shaft 3 to rotate, and drives the screw rod 5 through the reversing box 2, so that the two bogie lifting frames 1 which are symmetrical left and right transversely move reversely. The gear motor 4 is provided with a torque control module, when the bogie lifting frame 1 is pushed to a working position, the torque is increased, and when the torque is increased to a set value, the gear motor 4 is powered off through the torque control module, so that the position of the bogie lifting frame 1 is kept. The outer side of the bogie lifting frame 1 is provided with a cylindrical pin for jacking wheels of the bogie.
The top edge of the chassis frame 11 is provided with a limit block 12 for supporting a lifting platform 13. The wheel of the wheel system 8 is provided with a belleville spring, the bottom surface of the chassis framework 11 is provided with a bearing block 9, and the chassis framework 11 descends after being pressed so that the bearing block 9 is in contact with the rail surface.
Referring to the drawings, the bogie lifting and lowering device can move back and forth along a ground track, and the center positioning in the left and right directions is realized by the wheel flange of the wheel system 8. When this device pushes away to the bogie below, start gear motor 4, through the rotation of transmission shaft 3, switching-over case 2, lead screw 5, drive bogie and hold in the palm 1 (totally 4) symmetrical synchronous expansion of lifting frame, extend bogie wheel below. The speed reducing motor 4 is internally provided with a torque control module, when the bogie lifting frame 1 is pushed to a working position, the torque is increased, and when the torque is increased to a set value, the speed reducing motor 4 is powered off through the torque control module, so that the position of the bogie lifting frame 1 is kept. The hydraulic pump station 7 works, the fork shearing mechanism 6 is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder 10, the fork shearing mechanism 6 pushes the lifting platform 13 to ascend, and then the bogie lifting frame 1 is driven to lift bogie wheels. The bogie lifting frame 1 can realize self-positioning along the radial center of the wheel in the lifting process by jacking the bogie wheel by means of 2 cylindrical pins. During the ascending process of the bogie lifting frame 1, the bogie lifting and falling device bears the pressure of the bogie, firstly, a belleville spring on a wheel system 8 is compressed, a chassis framework 11 gradually descends until a bearing block 9 is contacted with a rail surface, and the chassis framework bears the force of lifting the bogie. The structure can protect the wheel shaft and prevent the device from sliding along the track during working. After chassis framework 11 descends to the operating position, pneumatic cylinder 10 continues to work, and after bogie lifting frame 1 rose to the operating position, subsequent bogie disassembly work can be carried out by operating personnel, disassembles the back that the work was accomplished, and this device falls back to initial position according to opposite flow, disassembles the bogie that gets off and can move out. The stop block 12 limits the lowest position of the slitting mechanism 6 to maintain its minimum working angle.

1. Bogie lifting and falling device, its characterized in that:
the device comprises a movable chassis unit, a scissor type lifting device and a bogie lifting device from bottom to top;
the mobile chassis unit comprises a wheel system (8) movable on rails within the inspection pit;
the scissor type lifting device is positioned between the bogie lifting device and the movable chassis unit and lifts the bogie lifting device to move up and down through a hydraulic cylinder (10);
the bogie lifting device is provided with a bogie lifting frame (1).

the mobile chassis unit comprises a chassis frame (11), and the wheel system (8) is located at the bottom of the chassis frame (11).

the fork shear type lifting device comprises a fork shear mechanism (6), the bottom of the fork shear mechanism (6) is located at the top of a chassis framework (11), the fork shear mechanism (6) ascends and descends through a hydraulic cylinder (10) and a hydraulic pump station (7), and the hydraulic cylinder (10) and the hydraulic pump station (7) are both located on the chassis framework (11).
