Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials, and particularly relates to a storage method of honeycomb ceramic filter pug.
Background
The honeycomb ceramic filter (DPF) pug is prepared by adding water into a raw material mixture containing a ceramic raw material, a forming auxiliary agent and a pore-forming material for mixing, then extruding and forming the mixed DPF pug into a honeycomb-shaped pug by using an extrusion forming machine, and then carrying out processes such as sintering, processing, hole sealing, skin grafting and the like to prepare the DPF product of the honeycomb ceramic filter. In the actual production, the DPF mud is not shaped and extruded immediately after being refined, so that the DPF mud needs to be stored, and the moisture and temperature of the mud need to be controlled to be uniform and unchanged in the storage process.
The existing conventional storage method comprises the following steps: (1) DPF pug is not treated separately, but a plurality of pugs are placed in a closable airtight container for moisture preservation and storage; (2) and (4) independently putting each DPF mud into a plastic bag and the like for storage. (1) The storage mode is deposited because the polylith is in the same place in the storage process, because the moisture distribution of placing the different pugs in position can be inhomogeneous gradually in gravity action and the container interior vapor microcirculation effect, and upper mud material moisture is low, and lower floor's pug moisture is high, and pug moisture is low all around, and middle pug moisture is high, and the big inhomogeneity of container is big more big. (2) The storage mode is characterized in that the moisture is uniformly ensured due to the single block of moisture preservation storage, but the operation is complex, the plastic bag is removed before extrusion molding, hidden troubles are brought to subsequent processes, and if the plastic bag is left or damaged, the plastic bag scraps can influence the extrusion molding to cause the occurrence of a blocked grinding tool or unstable molded products and the like.

In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a method for storing mud of honeycomb ceramic filter (DPF) comprises wrapping a single block of mud with at least one layer of glutinous rice paper, and storing the mud wrapped with glutinous rice paper in a sealed container.
According to the storage method of the honeycomb ceramic filter pug, 1-3 layers of glutinous rice paper are used for wrapping a single pug.
According to the storage method of the honeycomb ceramic filter pug, when the water content of the pug is less than 18%, 1 layer of glutinous rice paper is used for wrapping the pug; when the water content of the pug is 18-25%, wrapping the pug by using 2 layers of glutinous rice paper; and when the water content of the pug is more than 25%, wrapping the pug by using 3 layers of glutinous rice paper.
According to the storage method of the honeycomb ceramic filter pug, the thickness of the glutinous rice paper is more than 0.02 mm.
According to the storage method of the honeycomb ceramic filter pug, the thickness of the glutinous rice paper is 0.02-0.025 mm.
According to the storage method of the mud material of the honeycomb ceramic filter, the storage temperature of the honeycomb ceramic filter is 15-25 ℃.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
according to the invention, the mud wrapped by the glutinous rice paper is stored, so that the mud moisturizing effect of the honeycomb ceramic filter is good, and the stability of the water distribution of the mud is maintained; the sticky rice paper can be broken when meeting pressure and dissolved into the pug, the main component of the sticky rice paper is starch which is basically the same as the pore-forming material in the DPF pug, the quality of the sticky rice paper can be ignored relative to the wrapped pug, potential adverse effects on the next pugging or forming process can not be caused, the work of disassembling the sticky rice paper can be avoided, and the work efficiency is improved; the automatic production is easy to realize; the final performance of the product is not affected.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with examples are described in detail below.
Example 1
A storage method of a honeycomb ceramic filter (DPF) pug comprises the steps of wrapping a single pug by using glutinous rice paper according to the water content of the pug (cylindrical), and then putting the pug into a closed container for storage, wherein the glutinous rice paper mainly comprises starch, and the starch is basically the same as a pore-forming material in the DPF pug. In order to determine the beneficial effect of using the glutinous rice paper to store the pug, a test group and a control group are provided and respectively tested, and the test is as follows:
the test group randomly selects 5 blocks of pugs as test pugs, the numbers of the pugs are 1#, 2#, 3#, 4# and 5#, the initial water content of the 5 blocks of pugs is 22.46%, 22.52%, 22.48%, 22.49% and 22.51%, and the average weight of the pugs is 10 kg; according to the initial water content, each pug is wrapped by 2 layers of glutinous rice paper with the thickness of 0.025mm, the total weight of the two layers of glutinous rice paper is less than 10g, and the weight of the glutinous rice paper is only 1 per thousand of the weight of the pug and can be ignored; then, placing the pug into a plastic box with good tightness, stacking the pug according to a structural schematic diagram shown in fig. 1, wherein the stacking process preferably does not exceed 5 layers, the stacking layer is too high, and the weight of the pug is too large, so that the lower pug generates obvious deformation, and further glutinous rice paper is easy to deform, and the storage effect is influenced; and then, tightly covering the cover of the plastic box, storing for 48 hours at the constant temperature of 20 ℃, and detecting the water content of the 5 pugs after the storage is finished, wherein the water content of the 5 pugs is respectively 22.46%, 22.51%, 22.48% and 22.51%, and the change rates of the water content before and after the storage are respectively 0, 0.04%, 0, 0.04% and 0.02% according to the calculation.
Randomly selecting 5 blocks of pugs as test pugs by a comparison group, wherein the numbers of the pugs are 6#, 7#, 8#, 9# and 10#, the initial water contents of the 5 blocks of pugs are 22.51%, 22.48%, 22.53%, 22.49% and 22.49%, respectively, and the average weight of the pugs is 10 kg; and then directly placing the pug into a plastic box with good sealing performance, wherein the placing mode is the same as that of a test group, then tightly covering a cover of the plastic box, storing for 48 hours at a constant temperature of 20 ℃, and detecting the water content of the pug after the storage is finished, wherein the water content of the five pugs is respectively 22.47%, 22.45%, 22.53%, 22.51% and 22.5%, and the change rates of the water content before and after the storage are respectively 0.18%, 0.13%, -0.09%, -0.04% and 0.04% according to the calculation.
The test results are shown in table 1, and it can be known from table 1 that the water content of 5 pugs in the test group is in a more stable state in the storage process, even no change occurs; for the pug of the control group, the water content has a large change, the phenomenon of obvious reduction or rise occurs, and the water content of the pug is unstable, so that the quality of the pug is reduced, and the subsequent application process of the pug is influenced. In addition, the glutinous rice paper is broken when meeting pressure and is dissolved in the pug, the main component of the glutinous rice paper is starch which is basically the same as the pore-forming material in the DPF pug, the quality of the glutinous rice paper is negligible relative to the wrapped pug, potential adverse effects on the next pugging or forming process cannot be caused, a blocking net or a die cannot be blocked, the work of removing the glutinous rice paper can be avoided, and the work efficiency is improved; and the automatic production is easy to realize.
