Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the stroller of the present invention includes a stroller frame having an unfolded state and a folded state, a plurality of wheels provided at a bottom of the stroller frame, a locking mechanism for locking the stroller frame in the unfolded state, and a braking mechanism for braking a part of the wheels.
The wheels comprise front wheels 5 arranged at the bottom front part of the stroller frame and rear wheels 6 arranged at the bottom rear part of the stroller frame. The brake mechanism can brake the front wheel 5 or the rear wheel 6, and in the embodiment, the brake mechanism brakes the rear wheel 6. The brake mechanism has a braking state and an unlocking state, and when the brake mechanism is in the braking state, the rear wheel 6 brakes and cannot rotate; when the brake mechanism is in the state of releasing the brake, the rear wheel 6 can rotate, thereby changing the position of the baby carriage.
After the locking mechanism of the stroller is unlocked, the stroller frame can be folded under the action of self gravity, so that any part does not need to be manually operated when the stroller is folded, and the folding operation of the stroller is facilitated.
This children's shallow still includes actuating mechanism, and actuating mechanism cooperatees with brake mechanism, orders about brake mechanism brake at locking mechanical system unblock in-process accessible actuating mechanism, can make children's shallow when folding rear wheel 6 keeps motionless like this, and the folding in-process of children's shallow whole car can not take place to slide promptly, and children's shallow is difficult for empting to make things convenient for the folding operation of children's shallow.
As shown in fig. 8, the brake mechanism includes a brake disc 21 and a brake assembly. The brake disc 21 is fixedly arranged on the rear wheel 6 of the wheel, when the rear wheel 6 rotates, the brake disc 21 can be driven to rotate, and when the brake disc 21 brakes, the rear wheel 6 can be synchronously braked. The brake assembly is movably mounted on the frame of the stroller, where the movement is rotational or sliding and is capable of engaging or disengaging the brake disc 21. When the brake component is matched with the brake disc 21, the brake mechanism is in a braking state, and when the matching between the brake component and the brake disc 21 is released, the brake mechanism is in a braking releasing state.
Specifically, the brake disc 21 is provided with a plurality of brake holes 211 at intervals along the circumferential direction of rotation thereof, and the brake assembly comprises a brake pin 221 and a brake seat 222. In this embodiment, the brake pin 221 and the brake seat 222 are slidably disposed on the stroller frame, the brake pin 221 can be engaged with or disengaged from the brake disc 21, and the brake seat 222 is used for disposing the brake pin 221. When the brake pin 221 is inserted into any one of the brake holes 211, the brake mechanism is in a braking state, and when the brake pin 221 is disengaged from the brake hole 211, the brake mechanism is in a releasing state.
A first elastic member 223 is further disposed between the brake pin 221 and the brake base 222, and both ends of the first elastic member 223 are disposed on the brake pin 221 and the brake base 222, respectively. By providing the first elastic member 223, a certain buffering function can be achieved during the braking process of the brake mechanism, so as to prevent the brake pin 221 from directly impacting the brake disc 21 when the brake pin 221 cannot be completely aligned with the brake hole 211.
The brake mechanism further comprises a second elastic member 23 for driving the brake mechanism to switch from a braking state to a braking-released state, and two end portions of the second elastic member 23 are respectively disposed on the brake pin 221 and the cart frame.
As shown in fig. 6, the drive mechanism includes a traction cable 31 and a drive member 32. In this embodiment, the traction cable 31 can be stretched during the unlocking process of the locking mechanism, specifically, one end of the traction cable 31 is fixedly disposed on the driving member 32, and the other end of the traction cable 31 is fixedly disposed on the member for driving the unlocking of the locking mechanism. The driving member 32 is movably disposed on the cart frame, where the movement is also referred to as rotation or sliding, and when the brake mechanism is in the released state, the driving member 32 is engaged with the brake assembly, i.e., the brake base 222. In this embodiment, the driving member 32 is slidably provided on the cart frame.
Specifically, the driving member 32 is provided with a first inclined surface 321, the brake base 222 is provided with a second inclined surface 222a matched with the first inclined surface 321, and when the brake mechanism is in the brake release state, the first inclined surface 321 is abutted to the second inclined surface 222 a. When the driving member 32 slides, the brake holder 222, i.e., the brake pin 221, can be driven to slide by the inclined surface fit between the driving member 32 and the brake holder 222, so that the brake mechanism is in a braking state.

In the stroller frame structure shown in embodiment 1, the other end of the traction cable 31 is fixedly disposed on the upright 14.
In this embodiment, the unlocking manner of the lock mechanism can also be the same as in embodiment 1. After the locking mechanism is unlocked, under the action of self gravity, the push rod assembly 13 rotates downwards to be close to the rear support 12, so that the upright stanchion 14 rotates relative to the push rod assembly 13 and slides downwards relative to the sliding piece 15, when the upright stanchion 14 rotates and slides downwards, the traction cable 31 is stretched, the traction cable pulls the driving piece 32 to slide relative to the frame of the trolley, and the braking mechanism is in a braking state, the specific braking process is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the folding process of the frame of the trolley is also the same as that of embodiment 1.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention.
