The invention discloses a cleaning device and a cleaning system for a cigarette gun inlet of a filter stick forming machine, wherein the cleaning device comprises a cleaning block, the upper surface of the cleaning block is provided with an air inlet hole, the inside of the cleaning block is provided with an air inlet channel communicated with the air inlet hole, the lower surface opposite to the air inlet hole and the two side surfaces connected with the lower surface are cleaning surfaces, the cleaning surfaces are provided with a plurality of cleaning holes communicated with the air inlet channel, and the cleaning holes can blow and clean a plurality of surfaces at the cigarette gun inlet; one end face of the connecting block is connected with the cleaning block, a connecting hole is formed in the other end face of the connecting block, and the connecting hole is connected with a cigarette tongue at the inlet of the cigarette gun through a bolt. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, in particular to a cigarette gun inlet cleaning device and a cleaning system of a filter stick forming machine.
Background
The AF-KDF4/ZL29 high-speed filter stick forming machine mainly plays a role in loosening acetate fiber tows, applying a plasticizer, adhering the acetate fiber tows with forming paper sprayed with cold glue, sealing by hot glue, rolling the filter sticks by a cigarette tongue 102 and a cigarette gun 105 into filter sticks, and cutting the filter sticks into filter sticks with required sizes. Because the equipment has high running speed and reaches 6000 filter sticks/min (100 mm), paper dust generated by the friction between the forming paper 103 and the equipment, glue brought by the forming paper due to the leakage of hot glue, and flying wadding generated by opening the tows 104 can pass through the cigarette tongue and enter the cigarette gun, on one hand, the circumferential fluctuation of the finally formed filter stick 106 is large, which is not beneficial to the rolling of the next procedure and becomes a quality accident; on the other hand, flying flocks of the paper ash, the adhesive dices and the tows can cover and gather on the forming pressing plate, namely the inlet 101 of the cigarette gun, and negative pressure dust removal carried by the cigarette gun cannot be completely removed, so that the left flying flocks of the paper ash and the tows, especially the adhesive dices, always exist. In addition, the existing negative pressure dust hood 107 cannot completely cover the smoke gun inlet 101, a section of exposed part is usually left, complete sealing cannot be achieved, and the dust removal effect is greatly reduced, so that the final equipment becomes dirty and does not meet the field management requirement of 7S.
Therefore, how to provide a device which can blow up the paper ash and the tow flying wadding near the inlet of the cigarette gun and the pressing plate in time, is beneficial to negative pressure dust removal, and keeps equipment clean becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cleaning device and a cleaning system for a cigarette gun inlet of a filter stick forming machine, which can blow paper ash and tow flying wadding which fall near the cigarette gun inlet and a pressing plate in time, are beneficial to negative pressure dust removal and keep equipment clean.
According to a first aspect of the invention there is provided a rod maker smoker inlet cleaning device comprising:

one end face of the connecting block is connected with the cleaning block, a connecting hole is formed in the other end face of the connecting block, and the connecting hole is connected with a cigarette tongue at the inlet of the cigarette gun through a bolt.

Optionally, according to the cleaning system of the present invention, a quick connector is disposed on the air inlet hole of the cleaning block, and the quick connector is externally connected to a compressed air pipe for inputting high-pressure air.
Optionally, the cleaning system according to the present invention further comprises a negative pressure dust hood covering the position of the cigarette tongue and the cigarette gun inlet; the cross section of the cigarette tongue is triangular.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

2. the cooling device is beneficial to cooling the pressing plate in operation, can help the pressing plate to cool (the cloth belt generates heat in the operation of the pressing plate) to a certain extent through continuous high-pressure air injection, is beneficial to bonding and solidifying of the sealing glue, and reduces the problem of opening explosion of the rolled filter rod.

When the cleaning device is used, the connecting block 12 connects the cigarette tongue and the cleaning block 11 together, and only one connecting hole 121 is arranged between the connecting block 12 and the cigarette tongue, so that the cleaning device can rotate by taking the connecting hole 121 as a rotating center, the cleaning device is favorable for better adjusting the cleaning range when being installed with the cigarette tongue, and the final cleaning effect is ensured.
Further, the air inlet channel 112 is parallel to the edge of the cleaning block 11, and the center line of the air inlet channel 112 coincides with the center line of the cleaning block 11; the cleaning block 11 has an octagonal prism structure or a hexagonal prism structure. In practice, the cleaning block 11 needs at least three cleaning surfaces 113, and in order to increase the cleaning range, a certain included angle exists between the three cleaning surfaces 113, and the structures such as a quadrangular prism and a pentagonal prism cannot meet the above requirements, if the number of the edges of the cleaning block 11 is more, the size of the cleaning surfaces 113 is reduced, and the cleaning range is reduced, so that the structure of a hexagonal prism or an octagonal prism is preferred. In addition, the air inlet channel 112 is located on the center line of the cleaning block 11 and has the same distance with each cleaning surface 113, so that the pressure blown out from each cleaning hole 114 is ensured to be equal, and the problem that the final cleaning effect cannot reach the ideal stage due to inconsistent cleaning effect among the cleaning surfaces 113 is avoided.
Further, the other end face of the air inlet channel 112 far away from the connecting block 12 is provided with an air channel hole communicated with the air inlet channel 112, and when the cleaning block 11 works, the air channel hole is in a blocking state. Further, in order to ensure the cleaning effect, a plurality of cleaning holes 114 may be provided, the number of the cleaning holes 114 on each cleaning surface 113 is at least two, and the cleaning holes 114 on the same cleaning surface 113 are all located on a middle line of the cleaning surface 113 along the length direction.
As shown in figures 1, 4 and 5, the invention also provides a system for cleaning the entrance to a tobacco pipe, comprising a tobacco tongue 6, a tobacco pipe 7 and a filter rod making machine tobacco pipe entrance cleaning device 1 according to any one of the embodiments; the connecting block 12 is connected with the cigarette tongue 6 through the bolt 3, the cigarette tongue 6 is connected with the cigarette gun 7 through a pipeline, the cleaning block 11 is positioned on the cigarette gun inlet 4 between the cigarette gun 7 and the cigarette tongue 6, and the cleaning surface 113 is opposite to the cigarette gun inlet 4. The specific using method comprises the following steps:
the cleaning device has the advantages that a high-pressure air pipe is connected (the high-pressure air is controlled by an electromagnetic valve, is connected along with the starting of the device, and is disconnected along with the stopping of the device), the air pipe hole is sealed, after the cleaning device 1 is fixed on a cigarette tongue 6, the device can clean and cool a cigarette gun bottom plate 8 and a cigarette gun inlet 4 along with the fixing of the position of the cigarette tongue 6 during operation, and meanwhile, negative-pressure dust removal is facilitated;
in the operation of the equipment, the cleaning device 1 is fixed on the cigarette tongue 6, so that various debugging and operation of the equipment are not influenced;
when the equipment is shut down, the high-pressure air is cut off, and the cleaning device 1 can be manually separated from the bottom plate 8 of the cigarette gun along with the cigarette tongue 6.
Furthermore, a quick connector 2 is arranged on the air inlet 111 on the cleaning block 11, and the quick connector 2 is externally connected with a compressed air pipe for inputting high-pressure air. In order to ensure that the high-pressure air pipe and the air inlet hole 111 are stably connected, the high-pressure air pipe and the air inlet hole can be connected through the quick connector 2, and the air leakage condition is avoided.
Further, the smoke-generating device also comprises a negative pressure dust hood 5, wherein the negative pressure dust hood 5 covers the positions of the smoke tongue 6 and the smoke gun inlet 4; the cross section of the cigarette tongue 6 is triangular.
